I think I'm done with social media for today, I got everything and more from this video. You really touched my soul with this, from experiences through life I started distancing myself from others as you did, there was an emptiness and sadness. I have met a wonderful group of friends whom I consider family now and feel full, connected, loved and cared for, this is such a beautiful feeling. Indeed, we should pray. I can totally relate to you. When people get too close, even when i know they are good people, i end up pushing them away because i'm scared they will end up hurting me just like both my parents have.
@@bluebird4815 I do the same thing. I've jeopardized so many relationships because of being guarded and suspicious. It's a part of me that I want to change so bad. I just want to be carefree and loving. But it's very hard.

This hit me so hard. I've kept my distance from people for many years now. My walls are so high. I want them to come down, I want to trust people, I want to let people in, but I'm so scared of getting hurt as I have in the past. As a New Years resolution I'm gonna to start going to therapy. I need someone to talk to and not keep everything bottled up. Someone to open up to and given me advice on how to trust people, making friends and controlling my anxiety, and many more things. What happens to me was the other way around.. i grew up in a Christian Family.. a zone full of positivity .. then came the working age.. i learned that people can hurt you and misinterpret the goodness on you.. and so i kept a little distance .. im on guard with relationship and a bit paranoid.. now im learning to accept realities and turn it over to God.. 😊

Yes, I experience snow every year 2 to 3 times a year for 55 years. I love the snow as ling as I don't gave to drive in it. I wish and pray for a peaceful, happy, and good health in the new year 2020!
I can relate on personal relationships being on guard with everyone around me and always trying to please others but found out in the grand scheme of things coming from Riches to Rags as my life story I found that it is important to be happy first and find myself with the guidance of the Lord then share that joy with others that it is who you are that people should like or love you and not because you are rich or well connected or successful , for me my outlet in my life being a single mom with no family in a foreign country looking after my three young sons , I find comfort in serving others through a charity for the homeless - this makes me humble that there are people worse off than I am and so find Joy in helping at least one person in this world who genuinely needs the help and support , compared to trying to please ten people who just want more from me. This share reminded me that in our lifetime there is still hope in this world, hope for humanity and genuine kindness of others - not expecting too much from others but just giving back the hope that I have lost along the way - now, I found that hope after my separation and through my sons it has made me stronger over the years and made me realize who I really am. stay Blessed and thank you for the share I hope it brings your viewers comfort and hope as it did me on a true to life perspective. merry Christmas to you and to all 🎄❤️

To me, the first verse definitely captured the heart of Jenny Lind in the movie, who felt empty despite having fame and fortune because she never felt like she belonged. Her heart was to have someone she can love, and who can love her back. But the rest of the song constantly repeated the motif of never having enough, which, to me, represented Barnum’s mindset throughout the movie. The beauty of this song is that it’s relatable to both protagonists.

Were you at Big Bear Lake or Big Bear City? My ex-husband's family had a cabin literally at the edge of the lake. It's been decades since I was there. Big Bear City was even further into the woods and more rustic. The zoo was fun there tho small of course. Nowadays Idyllwild is my preferred SoCal mountain hideout....no skiing and lots of artsy stuff....really lovely. Make sure you get your pooch boots for his frozen toes! ;)

To me, the first verse definitely captured the heart of Jenny Lind in the movie, who felt empty despite having fame and fortune because she never felt like she belonged. Her heart was to have someone she can love, and who can love her back. But the rest of the song constantly repeated the motif of never having enough, which, to me, represented Barnum’s mindset throughout the movie. The beauty of this song is that it’s relatable to both protagonists.

Were you at Big Bear Lake or Big Bear City? My ex-husband's family had a cabin literally at the edge of the lake. It's been decades since I was there. Big Bear City was even further into the woods and more rustic. The zoo was fun there tho small of course. Nowadays Idyllwild is my preferred SoCal mountain hideout....no skiing and lots of artsy stuff....really lovely. Make sure you get your pooch boots for his frozen toes! ;)
