I usually search in google "(Game name): ROM" or something like that and find the download with the appropriate extension. Use a file converter if needed to change the filetype, then load it up into an sd card before plugging it into my handheld. Careful when downloading shady stuff from the web and use common sense I guess. Good luck

It’s fixed if you use Spruce CFW. There is a firmware update that mostly fixes it from Miyoo but Spruce optimizes emulation

It usually doesn't, you have to install spruce on an SD card yourself. Probably worth buying a nice sandisk card and doing that. @@arey256
