for reference in case someone's actually wondering, the grow island joke is that the song was remixed into the style of Shuric Scan, a classic ytpmv song
There's a similar one to the fitness rip that had me laughing based off the Fiend theme from Nocturne but like with the dude with the pelvis rod thing, it's great.
Also there's a Spore rip of Dancing Mad and it actually implements the music changes caused by taking particular routes in each stage equivalent to a Zealot route, which is really funny as someone who played both games.

The reason everyone remembers cotton eye joe is being a little kid and running around the gym with the big spiders and pumpkins and cats a wall you had to climb over into a giant beach ball with a hole you had crawl through and run out to the chest scooters.
