So the wraith is upgraded. Hmmmm. Flip the wheels and tires and see what happens. Broken in tires vs stock unbroken tires. I think the Capra would eat the wraith if the field were even. Enjoyed the video. 2 humble up!

Looks like the Wraith wins here. Have you tried 2.2’s on the Capra and lengthening the wheel base with some longer rod ends? Also curious what’s causing all that whining on the Capra? ESC?

Besides, the stock axial parts are shite. The gears are all casted rather than machined, the c-hubs and knuckles are crap, the links are like spaghetti and the electronics just don't work. So after a while of hard driving things tend to break
Does the wraith have 2 different models? A crawler and a rock racer or did they only make 1 wraith?

1/10th wraith rock racer 2.2 tires

A moded Wraith vs. a stock Capra?
I actually in the wraith I have holmes hobbies 21t crawl master expert brushed
With the holmes hobbies BXL esc in the wraith with pro-lines super swampers 2.2 tires and their 2.2 beadlock wheels
The capra has the holmes hobbie revolver motor with the castles monster X mini or micro esc
But the wheels and tires are stock hope that helps

The wraith is way more of a crawler, the Capra is more the tool for going fast in the dunes sand.
I think the Capra is an all well rounded rig for any situation 👍

@@STP_RIDGELINE for comparison to the Capra the one more in its style would be the yéti, who’s more a GO faster in the sand dunes and the Wraith is slower but more articulated in the suspension really more oriented in the rock crawling department. 👍👍
