- Here's the full dance of Chloe Lukasiak's ballet solo "Thank You for the Music" at Dance Educators of America (DEA) Nationals in New York, New York on Saturday, June 27th, 2009. She placed 2nd in Small Fry Solo, and received a Gold award.
She represented the Abby Lee Dance Company.

feet pointed and knees straight! At the age of 7 she was already a beautiful ballet dancer! her born talent was that! she looked so beautiful taking those short steps! she was a very expressive dancer with only 7 years.
She was statistically better at ballet at age 7 than the other girls when she was older, it's a shame Abby didn't take advantage of making a name for herself in ballet with such a beautiful dancer.

Mhm but also they didn’t do ballet much and when they did Chloe usually did it. The only other person would’ve been Maddie and I think she only did like 2 ballet solos the whole time! And your right Abby even admired in season 8 she didn’t want Chloe to win but she did anyway!

Chloe could've been an amazing ballerina. Ballet is the hardest dance style imo, being this good at it at just seven is incredible.

Fun Fact! For Chloes solo, "Don't Catch Me" Christi took this costume and tore the music notes off, stitched up the seams and tada! had a brand new costume. (She said this in a recent youtube video)
She actually left the musical notes on! Just patched them up with flowers!

I’m still surprised that her costume still fit Bc she was 7-8 when she originally wore the costume and 9-10 when she wore the costume on dance moms

Chloe did a beautiful job with this dance, but also, it was a very well-choreographed dance for beginner ballet, which is pretty rare. :)
She was only 7-8 when she did this solo and she was SO GOOD! An actual ballet solo! She really was a little ballerina too bad Abby destroyed her confidence just because she didn't like her mom 😒

I still can’t get over how good she was for 7 especially in the early 2000s. This really is a cute dance.
As much as I loved seeing Chloe on dance moms and she as always my favourite, I really wish she had gone to a proper ballet school because she honestly is such a beautiful ballet dancer and so talented and I feel like if sheʻd been properly trained and encouraged she could be a ballerina
as a huge abba fan and dance moms fan, I never knew Chloe did this solo and it’s so cool to see her dancing to abba even if it’s a cover!
the choreographer for this solo is the one that choreographed a lot of kenzies first solos bc i remember christi saying that when they went to spy on maddie at the studio

This song is so adorable !! It fits Chlo’s personality well. She also did very well considering it was ballet and she was 7/8 !! There was some advanced things in there (Passés, changements, etc)

Maddie was in the title division chloe was in the solo division they're different things and when chloe was this age she was getting a butt ton of ballet privates since you love using christi as a source then I'll do it too she's literally admitted that chloe was getting loads of privates up until 2011. There's also the fact that the tap solo maddie was competing was her first tap solo ever and she'd only been practising tap for 2 years while chloe had been doing ballet for 6 years when she did this solo as well as the fact that this was her second ballet solo. Chloe couldn't do a tap solo at age 13 that was as good as maddies was at 6 but maddie at 13 could easily do a ballet solo. Also no the level of ballet chloe was in was not harder than maddies advanced tap you just love excuses

Maddie has never done an actual accurate Ballet solo in her life because she’s not capable of it. THAT SOLO IN SEASON THREE WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REAL BALLET HONEY. IT WAS LYRICAL. GO ASK THE PRO BALLERINAS WHO COMMENTED ON IT. Even the Joffrey Ballet said that she was not up to potential for Ballet. That’s why she did not not get a Ballet scholarship dummy. Maddie could never beat Chloe in Ballet if she tried, at 13 Maddie’s little lyrical ballet solo was still not as hard as Chloe’s Pas De Dux that she competed at age 9 at YAGP that Maddie wasn’t even capable of at that age or older 😭💀💀💀BALLET IS THE HARDEST STYLE OF DANCE AND EXISTENCE BECAUSE IT INVOLVES THE MOST TECHNIQUE. THIS IS A FACT. GO LOOK IT UP. Joffrey Ballet also said this.
And no, Christy said that Chloe had one Ballet private week, and starting in 2011 Chloe was refused private lessons and that’s exactly when Maddie started to get better than her. Maddie had MULTIPLE PRIVATES A WEEK EVEN BEFORE THE SHOW THIS HAS BEEN SAID MANY TIMES. Every single mom has said that Maddie had more private lesson time than in the other kid even before the show started because of Melissa and Abi’s favoritism, and every single single mom has said that as the show went on, the kids got less and less time. And you wonder why she look like she was the best? You are truly so so so so stupid. Go get mental therapy right now.

But then when Chloe danced, they told her that she was extremely talented and was ready for their program and needed to get into more ballet classes, which Abi refused for her to do. Christy never said that Chloe was doing tons of privates dumbass, she said that she was doing one Ballet private a week and Maddi got more privates and anyone even before the show started. Holly also said this, Kelley also said this. Stop acting so stupid, you lie to yourself is embarrassing. MADDIE NEVER DID A BALLET SOLO EVER. that solo in season three was lyrical dummy. It has some ballet moves, but it was not actual CLASSICAL BALLET. Only child on the entire team who ever did a classical ballet solo was Chloe at the most prestigious , ballet competition in the world called YAGP. Maddie never even competed at that procedure competition because she was not good enough for it. Her technique was not strong enough at nine let alone at 13. At NINE Chloe could do clsssicsl ballet and Maddie couldn’t cause she wasn’t good enough. 😂Maddie was competing at little tiny regional comps not difficult ones like Chloe went to at age 9 and placed bc of good technique and musicality (her musical theater solo). Maddie could not do Chloe’s ballet routine in her dreams. Ballet is the hardest style of dance in existence, it’s the very first style of dance and existence. Because it involves technique. Technique is the hardest part of dance. Seriously go educate yourself. This is ridiculous. Literally go look it up. Ballet technique is the hardest of all dance forms. Chloe had that down. Maddie didn’t. End of story.

This is the costume Christi was talking about in her video where she altered the costume a bit, and Chloe danced with it in Don’t Catch Me. One of her best solos.

@@la6don No, she was 8. The description says this was performed on June 2009. Chloe was born in May 2001 so she had already turned 8 when she performed this.

@@la6don Yeah. She turned 9 in 2010 and turned 10 in 2011. The early Season 1 episodes of dance moms were filmed before her 10th birthday. However, she turned 10 in the middle of S1.

Christi just confirmed in an instagram Q&A that Chloe's first solo was actually called Every Girl Can Be A Princess. Do we think the song used for the solo was Every Girl Can Be A Princess from the album Cinderella and Friends? It was released in 2005 according to google.
