5:13 great collaboration from all the teams to extinguish the fire. Shows really the passion from everyone in the community, and that, even though there are rivals within, the motorsport community remains a big family.

Holden stopped making the commodore and nissan has departed v8s.... its going to be a 1 make series for 2020

What a season 2019 was in this world class motorsport championship. Many epic moments during the year from Adelaide to Newcastle but my pick of 2019 was at my hometown race, the GC600 when I witnessed in person trackside the first ever Mustang to get written off by a heavy hit into the barrier right in front of me which almost wet my pants after Chaz collected the wall hard less than 5 metres away where I was standing. WoW but I feel sorry for Chaz with his rotten luck with Tickford as I'm a big BMW Motorsports fanatic. Plus who can forget the second Mustang to get written off heavily 2 days later as the debut Bathurst winning car. 😱🤬😬😎👍
Damn, Cam Waters did a damn good job of trying to get his Ford back to the garage quickly.

The Mustang teams are like the Mercedes of supercars. You have DJR who seem unstoppable and Waters/Mostert (Tickford) who is Hamilton v Rosberg
But Waters/Mostert dont race for DJR.... your confused with Maclaghlan/Couthard and Fpr

Are these races live streamed on TH-cam like many other racing orgs are doing? Because Australian Supercars definitely deserves more international recognition, but the timezones kinda screw the scheduling for live TV broadcasts in most of the western world.

Is anyone else not surprised the mustangs are always crashing.....I’m just glad the crowd are well protected, but don’t be surprised if one of those mustangs still finds a way to take people out, if I was in the pits I’d be asking for a raise.

When I was little I'd watch the bathurst on TV cause I live in NZ and literally watch the first few laps them go on my play station 2 and play v8 supercars 3 and I was obsessed with the v8s as a kid. Growing up it was dope also seen them in maybe 08/09 at pukekohe with my father. I MISS the old v8 supercars. The whole holden vs Ford and the 2000-2009 Era was my favorite. I wish they didn't change the cars :( it really ruined it for me

i have not watched v8 supercars ever since they switched to the mustang, and how seeing it (im not being bias because im Aussie) with the mustang it does not feel or look the same for some reason, with the new (from what i heard) "german" designed Commo and the American designed Mustang. but its still a great sport to watch but i think i wont be tuning in as much as before.
I honestly don’t know how anyone has the patience to be a racing driver. That you can spend all day working hard only for someone else to make an unrelated mistake and end your day would destroy me. I know they do blow up sometimes, but considering the stakes they all manage to keep so calm

Yeah it was great i was there! And the really expensive car racing after supercars finished you could actually see their rims glow red as they came around the bends as they were hitting the breaks so hard

Everyone says Rick held it into Mostert. Onboard tells you he didn't. I'm a Mostert fan but you could hear the transaxle noise when he lifted. That one was all on Tickford I'm afraid. As for Townsville, that's all on McLaughlin. Reynolds had no possible way to arrest a 1400kg car in the wet when some brick wall moves in front of him. Scott faltered under pressure.
The Holden cars are Holden Commodores or in the US, the Buick Regal...would have never considered a US Buick Regal was similar enough to a Ford Mustang GT to race against each other.

When he pulled the handbrake on the driver, thats funny and not a crazy thing to do on a race track and when its experienced drivers. A few years ago, where in from, some teens were heading back to school when the passanger pulled the brake (i the driver had only just gotten their licence) and the car went sideways hit a pole and one of the people in the back died.

one of the BT Sports, maybe 2? Races only though, no Quali, and practices are free on youtube
It stopped when Motorsport went off Sky AFAIK. I've missed it for ages :'( I don't know if it's on BT or Sky, I can't afford them. PLEASE Supercars, at least put the races on TH-cam after it's run on TV. I'll wait a couple of weeks like I had to with Motorsport TV if necessary. Indycar have abandoned YT as well :( Sigh...

Supercars has a specific web site for international viewers. Look for Supercars Superview. You have to pay in Australian dollars for access for the whole season but it's the easiest way to watch. I am in the UK and watch all the qualifying and races.
