The Robin Reliant ‘orbiter’ was the most entertaining, enthralling and epic piece of television that Top Gear and the BBC has ever produced. A superb idea and effort. I‘m still as surprised as you possibly could that Jeremy‘s house caravan was somehow road legal
Maybe they got some sort of permit to drive it on the road? Like Geoff, I'm fairly sure that one wasn't road legal in the slightest
it was prob as tall as an lorry. so, maybe that's why.
It's 'could "be"'.
I often ponder that while stroking it 🤔👌
No one said you can't have a tall car. Let's not be auspicoous
The fact that reliant Robin even managed to take off is a achievement on its own

By far one of the most ambitious ideas from top gear
The first time I had ever heard of Top Gear here in The States. The moment when May turned to Hammond, pointed and said, "That's why" had me hooked.
It's really incredible that the only issue with James' limo (apart from the horn at the start) was James himself...
Well, except the steering wheel falling off the Alfa end.
Captain sense of direction in action 😂

"As you would imagine, mine is much bigger than Hammond's"
"Unlike James', mine is white"

We were so innocent as kids
I still cant believe hammond basically had an rv and decided to make a cardboard fortress instead
Top gear is at its peak when the budget is small and the ideas are terrible 🤣🤣 shitboxs for the win
Cause it was about three friends
One of my biggest gripes with grand tour is they only use brand new cars for the challenges
