It's doable I was looking at a power broom I wanted and fell into this. Told my wife I wanted a pick up truck she thinks I'm kidding. He fails to tell you that, he resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada - which get's plenty of "snow-and-ice" for 5 months a year and also a lot of rain for 7 months of the year!! Plus it is very COLD as well!! I have 25 Yrs. of experience on the Internet and have seen just about every "Scam" there is!! This is just another SCAM!!
He will NOT provide any REAL contactable Testimonials or References - for people who are supposedly involved in this "clean-up" business....That should be a big *RED FLAG* for you, as well!! Also, the BBB have never heard of him either!!......Save your $$ - stay away from this *SCAM*!! You have been *WARNED*!!

Thinking Winch makes more from his book than actual work! I said it before and I will say it again. You will be ignored by any large corporation because they are successful regardless if trash is in the parking lot or not.
Incorrect again. I make far more money from my maintenance service than from my book sales. Check me out. Property management companies are always interested in learning about a service that will appreciate their property values and keep them in compliance with local and federal litter bylaws.

been doing this for 2 years around my town. i didnt know you could make money. ive spent 2 years volunteering my time and money into litter pick up. i need some compensation for the gas driving around at least! im deff looking into this. i feel that i want to do road side more cuz of more trash and just want to make a huge difference. this is awesome!

Since I work from 4:00 AM until 12:30 Pm would it be a bad thing for me to get into? I assume you suggest picking up the litter early in the morning.
It's best to service your retail properties in the early morning hours before businesses open. Warehouse properties can easily be serviced in the early evening hours after 5-6pm.

Don't let skeptical haters dissuade you from doing an honest evaluation of this business opportunity. Some will claim that weather has a bearing on the success of this business. It does not. Well I bought the rather pricey material, wasted no time, followed the instructions to the letter, so far not one commercial property management company has been interested.

I spent the $175 to be registered with the IRS. I have contacted Dollar General, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, Wells Fargo Banks, etc. as well as Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate and 3 other Real Estate firms and 4 or more property management companies. No takers whatsoever except Walgreens that referred me to an outside company that wanted me to personally have 1-2 million dollars liability coverage and 500 thousand commercial vehicle coverage. So if anyone thinks this is a plausible business think again!

He is very hard worker.all he has done.
He is gone three wks straight and works everyday ten to 12hr days.Then home a week.
We live in East TN but I am wanting to go back to DFW area as my church is there.my family and my grand kids.
My husband isn't going to do this unless he can make the kind of money there as he does now.
Small town boys just don't move to big cities all though he works all over the country.
So I'm sharing all this to let you know we need a very lucrative business to be able to make this huge move.

Naw it definitely checks out say 9 hours times $40 an hour (this is median/lower end pricing) = $360/a day. $360 times 22 days a month = $7,920. $7,920 times 12 months a year = $95,040 a year. This is lowballing yourself and only working 9 hours a day.

If you do your research you'll learn that this opportunity is more relevant today that it was when I started in 1981. People are looking for simple, environmental business opportunities.

If you are going to a business or shopping center to buy something, you will do so regardless of what the parking lot looks like!!!!!

I have contacted at least 15 property management companies and yet again, no replies! Why? Because they have their own people
@@chukchuk7632 Skepticism is good. Yes, some property management companies do trash pick themselves, usually the larger developments where it makes sense to have someone on site. There are far more of the small to medium size properties that are contracted out.
