    Listen God bless this man. He didn’t have to but he is giving the game right now! He is such a blessing. Everything he said in this interview made me realize that it is God confirming this is what I need to be doing. On top of that I don’t mind cleaning outside!

    How do you set prices

    • @InspiredMoney
      @InspiredMoney  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Geaux. Brian mentioned looking a the property to determine the size, frequency of litter pick up, and how long it would take. Whether there are food businesses (like a pizzeria) that generate more litter vs an office building that would have less also matters. I'd assume that regional price differences also vary.

    Hello my name is Paola, my husband and I have had a sweeping business for 3years now and are trying to start getting our own properties. How would we get connected with bidding or how do we contact to get direct contracts?

    • @InspiredMoney
      @InspiredMoney  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You should reach out to Brian. I would start with direct outreach to property management companies in your area. Municipalities and bigger companies might require an RFP. Start small.

    Should I start a a Sole Proprietor or jump right into an LLC? I plan on employing my 13 year old son as well. How do I start?

    • @InspiredMoney
      @InspiredMoney  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Valerie, You may consider getting Brian's book at www.inspiredmoney.fm/cleanlots. Or go to your local library to read about setting up a company or LLC specifically. Setting up the LLC and carrying insurance would provide you important protections. But you might see if you can line up clients first. Check state labor laws about children... oh, and set up a ROTH IRA or IRA account for your son if when he makes income.

    • @InspiredMoney
      @InspiredMoney  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Omar. I don’t have the handbook so do not have specifics. Brian mentioned looking a the property to determine the size, frequency of litter pick up, and how long it would take. Need to consider if there are food businesses (like a pizzeria) that generate more litter vs an office building that would have less.

    Wife and I do alright and have good careers but wouldn’t mind making an extra 1000 months to help have more cushion and up investments. Is parking lot cleaning something that can be done part time?

    • @InspiredMoney
      @InspiredMoney  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Can be done part-time. It depends on the number of lots and frequency.
