Dam that’s a lot our company. We do our own Checks the fluids tires before we leave for the night we dump in dumpster. On different properties. Fill up truck with gas before we return the truck then we leave. We are allowed to sleep in the trucks if we’re tired. Never had to. But we can.
Anybody who has sweeper truck experience, Do the trucks sweep the dust and debris or do they vacuum them up like a vaccum cleaner or shopvac? How efficient are the different kinds of trucks like Nitehawks Raptor (pickup truck with the hopper in the bed) or Nitehawk Osprey (over the cab larger sweeper truck that’s closer to the size of a commercial dump truck and larger than the smaller pickup truck style trucks like the ones they have in this video sweeping)? How long would it take to clean a 30,000 sqft parking lot (like one at a mid-size shopping plaza or big box hardware store like a Lowe’s Home Improvement Store) in a pickup truck sweeper truck vs larger over cab (more like a commercial over head lift dump truck size) truck? How much revenue can esch style of sweeper truck (pickup truck, & larger over cab style) reasonable generate in gross revenue per month? I’m interested in learning all I can about this type of business-if you have any good links to learning more, getting professional training, truck maintenance and parts/service education, etc please send me the links. Thanks for your time & All the best guys
Don't go to sleep what!!!!! You Have to take a nap or something if u doing multiple stops a night that's a lot of working and driving and b4 you know it you in the damn ditch smh I hope that dude done retired or something
Parking lot sweeping is a horrible business, you work horrible hours, it’s unsafe. Finding employees is hard, mostly sex offenders and ex cons. Property managers are clueless to the sacrifices you make.
That was an awesome video thank you so much for the education! What a great American company! Very professional and super informative.😁
They look like are 210 sweepers. Yall do a great job on them trucks
I wonder how Atlanta Sweeping manages things 9 years later? I imagine there are now simpler ways of doing things - metrics apps for example.
Still going I believe
Just make sure that if you do take a nap do it after you clean your property
Why are the light bars hidden between the cab and debris container???
How much do these workers get paid? Do they get benefits and is it hourly?

Logistically, financially stable job prospect.
I wonder why they didn't go with a cabover truck. They turn on a dime. Drove one before learning a trade.
Broom badger all the way. I like them over any sweeper
Cheaper to do. And this video was from 2012

Question. How much should I charge when I get the contracts? I am thinking on investing on a couple of street sweepers.
Charge very little so you are constantly struggling.

I would move to Atlanta just to work for this company. Well run nothing like where I currently work in Rhode Island
Had to explain to my supervisor when he brought up gas mileage that uh cars don’t get the same mpg forever 😂
Very good boss. Love from Nigeria.
You will get a rare look at a very efficient organization...well a very blurry one
I would love to get a job like that right by my house in Sacramento
Great video
Awesome video thank you.
It looks like a combination of military. prison and slavery
Why don't they just take the sweeper to the dump and empty it?
Faster process and their trucks are likely not 4wd
I have to comment again... I guarantee "nate" is not doing this on an everyday basis....corporate is on his ass and those kneepads are worn.
