I’m definitely going to purchase both of your cookbooks but I am thankful you do videos because I am a visual person. At least with the cookbooks I don’t have to continue to hand write the ingredients and directions. Also, the most important part, you get compensated for your knowledge and time. Thanks again.
you are my favorite teacher thanks so much you all you give to people who like me want to learn your art very simple way to explain and all time you sorprise me with your videos... hope one day you came to london will be one big honor to meet you.
La paciencia es una cualidad que utilizas para lograr que tus postres queden tan bellos!... te mando un abrazo Julia. me encantaría conocerte en persona, porque de verdad te admiro en gran manera.
Thank you so much for your videos. You sure step it up a huge notch. I was wondering if I was to make about 50 of the round stenciled ones, or the cones or the cookies. lol. How long would I be able to store them in an airtight container. Or do I have to make them the evening before and fill when ready to eat. I would love to make these for my daughters wedding. Tks again
I accidentally touched the hot pan while making these, but definetly worth it, this recipie worked aloot better than the ones i've tried before, thank you for sharing the recipie :-)
What a beautiful human being you are my dear pretty generous Lady... Much love from the bottom of my heart 💕💕💕💕 Wish you all the best & success & happiness 🙏😊
@@JuliaMUsher it's my pleasure dear... I'm following you from North Africa Algeria, very far from where you live but thanks to TH-cam I'm being able to enjoy every tutorial.. Really you made my day... 😊💗 Be safe my dear Julia 🌷

Julia Another awesome treat and technique. I am going to give these a shot for a celebration I have coming up. My question is how many do you make at one time. Or do you just make one at a time? Thank you so so much for sharing! I always learn something from your videos, you really go over everything. Thank Again! Wish me luck! Hugs Jen
Beautiful Job! I love your tutorials... Thank you so much for sharing... I hope one of these days (My Wish is) to server some of your of your delicious and OH SO Beautiful Deserts in my Acting Studio... I want to put on a Dinner Theatre ... If and when this happens I'll send you pictures... I think the Tuiles are so special and now in different ways! I have done this once before, (I baked for 5 days straight, until 3 am... for over 200 guest... We sold out!!! Our Actors didn't even get any desert... So I baked more! but I think your special deserts will make it even better... You are one great teacher... ;)
I'm so excited to try these! I don't have a silicone mat at the moment so i was wondering if you think parchment could work under them, or if it could also be used instead of acetate to create the stencil. I might have to experiment because those look so yummy....I think i will be trying to make some pirouette type cookies very soon:-)
thanks! i will definitely pick up a mat then:-). Would this work well for shaping into pirouettes/chocolate cigars? i have a little aluminum tube i can use to shape them. The ones I've seen are wrapped diagonally to form a tube then filled with something whipped and delicious. since the cookie has to overlap I'm not sure if this recipe may be to fragile.
I am. I thought of you today. Just got back from the Wilton Warehouse sale in Woodridge, Illinois. They had LOADS of edible paper and punches that you would have loved. It was fun, but total madness. (2nd day from Grand Opening)
Julia M Usher sorry I didn’t make that clear. I was so excited by my idea I thought everyone could hear it out loud .. Would you have enough time to stencil it after it was baked and before you had to get it shaped?
***** I've noticed that you bake every single one seperately. I bake several of them together and while I shape the first the last sets meanwhile. I think, that's my problem. But I just don't have the nerves to bake each one of them seperately as you want to make a whole batch of them.

I must try this technique
You should. It's relatively easy and the results are so elegant. I'd love to see what you make, so please share!
