Hi Niomi, I think these videos are gorgeous! Might I suggest some Indian dishes.. there are loads of vegan indian dishes, that can be tasty.. and you could tone down the spice and give it your twist. Just a suggestion for new recipes!

Please do more of these videos! they help me so much. I'm gluten free and cant eat dairy and egg (so I eat vegan food in that respect) and your book and these videos help me with meal ideas! and also what is the protein powder you used in your smoothie as I want to try and gain weight and the doctors said protein powder is the best way to go but I'm finding it hard finding vegan ones. (you probably don't remember but I met you at your book tour and gave you a letter saying I was bullied for being skinny and that's why). thankyou and love you

I was wondering this too! I have a ton of plant-based and vegan friends who say that they probably wouldn't have a long term relationship/marry someone who wasn't vegetarian or plant-based or vegan also, and I'm wondering if Niomi feels the same way? But she's so sweet, even if her significant other ate meat, I feel like it wouldn't deter her!
I'm sure Niomi changed her diet for health reason (trying to jog memory), as we know she is Plant based not vegan and when she vlogs at her Brighton home her family all eat meat - I feel like Niomi accepts people for who they are, she appears very non judgemental and if Joe or any other close person eats meat I think she would leave that choice to the individual :)
yea shes not vegan. she also never says plant based diet is the only right diet in her opinion, so i doubt thats gonna be the reason if they ever break up. but there sure is a possibility that he will eat plant based majority of the time if they stay together, easier to cook the same food and its good for you and the environment.
He's not vegan/follows a plant based diet. (idk if he changed after they met) but, If you read their extremely cute interview with 'desmond and dempsey', he says he's not vegan.

Well done on using the water filter! Water in London is pretty bad, people say that if you live in London the water that you drink has probably been through 7 other people...😳😷I live in London and filter even the water I use for cooking. I would suggest to consider getting a water filter for your shower too - you will notice a huge improvement in your hair and skin 🌸
Lilac Tales I read in many water filters the filth still gets stuck in the center and so you end up drinking it anyway...does it depend on the filter? any recommendation?

Because fruits and vegetables are grown outside and will occasionally have bugs in them if they're organic. I find all kinds of bugs on my fruits and vegetables in my home garden.
