Fastest way to start as Druid, I think.
Used to be fire druid before the buffs
I love the summoner Druid. Such an easy build and the summons feel really tanky, with the added bonus of being able to summon them anytime with no needed corpses.
Hmm, I didn't know that poison creeper damage stacks with rabies. But you are right, I have three druid characters, pure summoner, elemental and rabies/fury druids. Only in the last case I maxed out (and invested in principle) poison creeper and rabies. But still I can't use it to the full, because my gear is concentrated on attack rating and damage bonuses rather than +skills. Thanks for the video!
The best 683 seconds of my life! Ive waited this video for so long. (No fake)
Were going have to tell the teacher about that mana mister
I can’t remember which D2 mod it was (this was years ago) but it changed the other two vines to fire and frost. Fire casted fissure, while frost casted arctic blast. They also all synergized one another and you could have all of them out at once plus you could have a total of three each; so like nine vines swarming around you. It was crazy fun.
I always thought having a vine that casted an amp/decrep effect and one that cast CE would make all druid build variants alot more competitive. Both of the spell druids, the summon druids, and the ss drudus all deal phys damage and would benefit from it a great deal.
Corpse explosion helps any and everyone.
Are floating enemies, like ghosts, affected by the poison on the ground? In theory they shouldn't since they can pass over inaccessible terrain.
Any chance of some more D2R theorycrafting videos soon? I miss your mad experiments
I am afraid D2R is on hold for the foreseeable future, but I have plenty of videos on the way
:(
I think Creeper's job is to collect skill points for u. U get enough skill points put it all to Creeper then reset and now u got skill points for everything u want. :D
I did a full on zoo druid last ladder. I used him for only one thing. To stop life regeneration.
A very important thing
Poison creeper is used by a lot of druids to speed run all the way to act 3 nightmare. It 1 hits from lvl 1 in p1 all the way to p1 nightmare act 3
Poison creeper maxed plus poison sundered charm plus heart of wolverine.
I wish there was a synergy bonus along the creeper line, imagine if the Solar/Carrion creepers left a mat of poison behind after consuming a corpse in a group of enemies, or if the poison creeper had life/mana per kill which siphoned to the player.
So psn creepers mats don't stack if enemy walks over multiple mats ? I'm fairly new to hc. I'm thinking about starting my first hc druid. What skills should I go for to take on norm Durial ?
Correct only one effect at a time but they can reapply the poison and refresh the duration
This Skill is worthless on my ps4. Blue screens my machine. Been over a year now. Still not fixed.
Does the poison interrupt other damage in the same manner as say poison nova with Skelly's with the damage applied to 25 frames a second cancelling the damage. Just for fun I was thinking of a creeper/ arctic blast build.
I think they should buff poison creeper to scale with summong tree innstead of rabies because the summoning tree lack way too much aoe damage
Im building a rabies/summon druid. So I prioritize Dire wolf and Barb Spirit rather than maxing out all the summons. I say give a plant a chance 🌱 make D2 eco-friendly
Poison Creeper is very weak on late game.
Its a shame, the druid conceptually he is a cool character but is handicapped by his own skills. He is not bad like the barbarian is, he is just not the best at anything. Necro is better summoner and poison caster. Sorceress is better elemental caster. Paladin and zon are way better melee characters. The changes are a good start but too little too late.
Would love to add this to my druid but I get this error message whenever I use it:
[PopcornMeshBatchKey/4] [:0]: Too many meshes in an animated model file! The limit is 4 and the model has 10. Model path: ‘data/hd/vfx/meshes/missiles/plague_vines/plague_vines.model’.
Anyone seen this before?
so anything that adds poison will add to poison creeper?

All those vines died too often!
