Fabric mesh need to be replace... As it blocked by ears wax goes inside.... I'm facing same problem... I removed the fabric earbud mesh to check ... After removing sound increase like a new one but after reinstall it sound again decreased.... I'll now take my earbud to service center to replace new fabric mesh...
