In this video, I share my experience of a 30-hour bus journey from Pokhara, Nepal to New Delhi, India. This was a rollercoaster of events including landslides, treacherous muddy roads, and the worst road conditions imaginable.
Throughout the journey, our bus made numerous stops for food and breaks, giving me a unique insight into the local cuisine and rest spots along the way. Another string of events took place at the border, where a few police officers singled out my luggage for an intense inspection, complete with sniffer dogs checking every nook and cranny.
To add to the drama, the immigration process turned sour, leaving me with a lasting impression of the challenges faced during this cross-border travel.
