    It works. You need to :
    1, Hold both buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
    2. release the right button for a further 5-10 seconds (until you get a steady / solid green light).
    3. wait for 5 minutes and it goes through (what looks like) an initialization process .
    Unfortunately this did not fix my Bluetooth connection problems though. My wallbox pulsar plus is refusing to connect to my phone, iPad or android device!

      Have you tried taking out and putting back the Raspberry?

    This didn’t work for me. Unable to reset via app neither with these buttons

    How many seconds each button? How long it may take till light start blinking?

    Hello, do you know how to hard rester the copper sb? I cant associate my account because its already associated with an another account

      Hard reset not help to this issue. Please contact Wallbox support

    Hi,
    we're from Italy and we just wanna share our issue hoping it could be useful for someone else.
    For us this solution WORKED, so thanks EVsOLUTION.
    Our problem: suddenly our wallbox pulsar plus stopped working, so when we connected the car the wallbox used to supply full power no matter what.
    We could not connect by wifi neither by bluetooth. Result, we could not make any change and charge the veicle (cause at maximum power 32 A our electric counter tripped.
    When we logged into the application we could still see our wallbox, but there was no wifi connection (the symbol was grey). Although it looked like there was bluetooth connection we weren't be able to connect.
    So what we did, after watching this video, was:
    1. Open the wallbox with a credit card, as shown in the video
    2. Turn off the power
    3. Remove the Raspberry (just sliding it up)
    4. Turning on the power
    5. Turning off the power
    6. Insert the Raspberry
    7. Turning on the power again
    8. Then started the procedure as shown (5 seconds both buttons, then 5-10 second just the left button and then we waited more or less 10 minutes for the complete shutdown and re-start).
    At the end we were been able to connect by bluetooth, set up the wifi and download the update.
    Hoping this could be useful.
