I bought the Cruise650mmt yesterday and when I go to the navdesk update link it will NOT download the software for this model for WIN10 x64 (same with the user guide). Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.
Hi Pam, We are aware with some download issues when customers are using chrome or edge web browsers. Please try using firefox or Internet Explorer, and you should be able to download the NavDesk 2 software without further issue. Alternatively you can also visit our service website service.navman.com and select your model, and then download NavDesk 2 from there. Kind Regards, The Navman Team

Hi. Just updated My Navman EZY450LMT - eventually seemed to have worked OK. Said completed, device updated etc. But now, when I restart the Navman, it will only show that its disconnected from the computer. Have done the hard reset many times - it will not open, keeps showing the computer - Navman picture with the X on it (ie wanting me to connect to computer). How can I get my Navman to work again please? Going crazy here. Thanks.

My Navman Move 85 LM has never worked properly since new, it stops at the safety agreement. I will now be putting in a new battery on my Garmin 1390, its a much better device!!!

The Navdesk 7.50 is a painfully slow and clunky software. It's taken over an hour just for the stupid thing to read my Navman's HDD space to see if the map update will fit and it's still not done. I may have to leave this for the whole day. This certainly not normal. Sheesh !!!

Why doesnt the internet work on my navman ezy 200? When I click switch to internet profile it just disconnects fully and says wrong device profile :(
