Jordan Sherbon for some reason your comment snuck through the cracks and we are only now seeing it. Please call us at 1-866-399-5562. We would love to speak with you and get you started.
Great question! If you have leftover material, you can leave it inside the equipment and heat it up again when you're ready to use it. However, it's recommended to clean it out completely after 5 uses to avoid the risk of charring rubber in areas where multiple layers may have built up. To clean it, heat up the equipment and scrape out the material with a scraper attached to a broom handle. Then, start fresh with a brand new box of crackfill. We hope this answers your question. If there's anything else we can help you with, don't hesitate to ask!

If we purchase this product can we purchase a wand to go on it so we can spray the oil into the bottom of the pothole so the pothole mix stays in the hole better.
@@pablog4852 thank you for the comment. General business and contractor licensing varies greatly from state to state. Florida being one of the strictest, to my knowledge. Also, important to note that within some states, Florida in particular, also have local municipality/city licensing requirements. We do not have thorough documentation of what various states require. I did find this link that has helpful info… www.homeadvisor.com/r/state-by-state-licensing-requirements/
@@AsphaltKingdom ok awesome thank you for the reply. One more question, bouncing off what you stated, would parking lot line striping require a license in your state? I feel like you wouldn't since you're not altering or building anything but I'd like to get your thoughts. I really want to start with line striping as a business. thanks again!
@@pablog4852 it’s really best to check with your state authorities as they are ever changing and we wouldn’t want to mislead you. Many stated don’t require but some do and again they are ever changing.
@@AsphaltKingdom How long does it take to melt a cube of hot pour...we need a ton of this stuff. Do people get the 30 gallon bigger one and us the 4 gallon dispenser?
CinePost great question! With our pro units it takes about half the time it does with regular torch models. Pro push melters take about 20 minutes to melt a complete block of rubber. Once you have melted rubber in your kettle it is much faster to melt down additional blocks. Similar to having hot water in a glass and adding ice cubes in. They melt faster in the hot water 😉. Many of our clients who Seal cracks on large parking lots or roads choose the RY30 PRO stationary kettle along with the RY10 PRO, yes! This allows you to have crack sealer that is constantly melted down and ready to apply at waking speed. Checkout the RY30 PRO at www.asphaltkingdom.com/30-gallon-crackfill-melter-oven.html
This particular unit is actually extremely affordable and a great bang for the buck. There is also a Pro model that includes an enclosed burner and melts crack sealer down 50% faster than torch models. Do you need to ever clean these machines out? So the tar doesn’t harden?

How much does it go for

The crack sealing machine is really designed to seal cracks and are not used for potholes. Are you looking for a tack machine?

So strange. Is it working now?
Great video, but Yeah, I can be doing this in my sandals? Those other guys are such amateurs!
CinePost couldn’t agree more! Never seal cracks in sandals. We always recommend boots and appropriate safety gear! #safetyfirst
