I wish this was available on modern consoles. Square should definitely release a remastered game titled Final Fantasy: Ivalice Alliance, and have it include remastered versions of The War of the Lions, Tactics Advance, Tactics A2 and Revenant Wings.

Train an animist. One of the most important classes in early game that lets you steal, imbue ailments and one-shot enemies with Beatdown and so on. Sleep is a very powerful ailment that eases your xp grind to even out your roster.
I have a tip too, though I don't know if it helps but here goes... It's about Ability Points or AP. You earn about 30-40 per regular engagement, exactly 80 for the help land mission quests and 100 AP for beating a Totema. One more thing... Take into consideration race and job classes. Even the weakest class job has a strong strategic value. Last thing. To avoid micromanaing party members, do some dispatch missions to give AP to characters who are close to mastery of an ability. You can also spam Haste + Boost to get to Level 50 early (not too much of a fan of this exploit because then there's a chase of misding out on Turbo MP, ATK Support and DEF support which are pretty important)

Welp. Got 48 hrs before all my saved data was erased. 💔I should have just defeated the last crystal boss while I had a chance.. is it worth playing through again? Any tips to not having my data erased? At the this point I’m gunna just play tactics ogre reborn

I was just drunkenly listening to FFTA's OST and I stumbled upon this video that was uploaded just a few hours ago, which I'll give a thumbs up even though I haven't watched it in full yet. Just thought it was a nice coincidence. Guess I'll have to replay FFTA once more after all these years now.
There are so many ways to exploit this game. If you have a low level unit, just attack your strongest unit with it and watch it gain loke 20-30 exp each time when things are under control, heal, repeat. Sometimes I feel the devs didn't intend this to be like this, but it would have been so easy to fix if this was the case, just disable self damage exp, but no, it works like a charm.

this is why the sequel a2 changed this so you couldnt exploit the game at least in this context

you can find ds lites for about 150 - 200. too much tba. i think there are 3 party systems that allows you to play these games.
