It’s gratifying to me to view the Gunpowder and Freedom channel. Your son is far and away ahead of the “curve” which I can attribute to your influence over the years. The same openness, honesty and integrity really shines through. What a blessing.

I have never seen a concrete company be as quick, efficient, and high quality in their concrete work.
I do high end residential landscaping and am always looking for a great concrete crew. I wish you guys were up in Ontario, Canada.

Once again I see one beautiful estate made even more beautiful w your decorative cement. I just love the almost wrap around decks! The family can have the shade or sun. It has a rough look now w all the construction and unfinished landscaping, but after all is done and the driveway poured it will have such a level of eye candy, people passing by will be ooohing and aaahhhing out loud! Workers walking on my fresh pour would drive me nuts! Honestly I think you and your crew handle the pressures of your profession very well. I guess the years of experience will give you that ability. I actually didn't know or see all the pressures of pouring concrete, and what you guys do is a long way from ordinary, which just adds to the pressure. Plus, both your boys are busy building their own homes! Never a dull moment would be an understatement for sure. I really do enjoy watching this channel Tom, thank you and the guys for letting us come along!👍👌❤🇺🇸🇺🇸

The reason I enjoy watching Concrete with the Hauses, is professionals doing an awesome job at their profession. Also now that I'm retired I love work, I can watch it for hours. Especially when there's a blizzard going on outside. Starting about 1:00 a.m. this morning with freezing sleet , rain , and snow blowing from the West Northwest now , and looks like it's not going to be a letting up for a while. Question for the day, what makes a professional an expert? The crew that goes with Tom to The High Ground compound in West Virginia become experts. They are doing a job more than 20 miles away from home.

GREAT to see your ATTENTION to the smallest details and always striving for PERFECTION! Personal traits you have clearly passed along to your sons and the rest of the crew! And NO YELLING! Low pressure, chilled atmosphere in the work environment! Very uncommon in the construction business!

I'd love to find a place maybe on the other side of West Chester a piece of land do a fancy place with all steel rivets glass concrete and teak. I'd love to have a fabrication shop in the back and just make stuff. I envy you guys I know you put the time the effort and work in and it was a lot of blood and sweat but I really do and I appreciate everything.

I think I have an idea what would grow your channel. Show frequent videos of projects that a 2 or 3 man crew could do without expensive equipment and massive experience. We all know that most of us will never be as good as you and your crew but would still like to tackle the small jobs. We still like to see the complicated stuff you do too.

Tom, I watch them all, and Mike Morgan sent me. I have a question for you on who your audience(s) can be, and I see at least two important types of videos for you to create. First might be “trade education”, where you help develop younger people in this area, including those that may not do concrete full time (folks that do other construction as well). The second would be future customers that want concrete work. Now most would be outside your area, but that’s TH-cam overall. You could really help people understand design options, how to incorporate concrete with other landscaping, color and stamping options, maintenance, etc. I think this second group might be one of the larger growth areas for your channel, but just my opinion. I’m an electrical contractor, and I’m not a TH-camr, but I enjoy your channel. Oh, one other type of video you might ponder: the ASMR group, where you do work with no talking a quiet background sounds; these types of videos are popular and what you do CAN be relaxing to watch. Keep up the good work, and keep working on the music integration 🙂.

Curious Tom, does your area near Pgh have non-permeable coverage limits on residential lots? We have that in many location in TX and the permits to build or remodel will be rejected or not issue an occupancy permit if it is exceeded.
