    Very nice set up! I am going to be a small business owner as well in the hvac and plumbing trade I am fortunate enough to be purchasing my first Ford transit soon, i have been on here religiously looking for set up ideas reviews and overall opinions on the trucks. I have to say I clicked on your channel and I am very impressed. Good job! Great reviews and very informative. Pretty soon when I launch my business I will be doing videos too!Family owned and operated! Along with some cool people and good friends! Thanks for the videos!

    I’m running my van the same way. A cool product that I got which I would recommend is the veto pro pac kp-xl. It’s a wall mount tool organizer with pouches, I screwed it onto my back door and its great for grab and go tools I don’t keep in my bag

      Yes! Those are awesome. I was thinking of getting one for the rear doors and a copper caddy

    I wish I had a truck like that. I have a rotted out 2004 e250 with 240k on it. My boss doesnt care much for keeping up with the vans. Mine is pretty organized. I love the milwaukee packouts, I think I'm gonna pick some up. Nice video..
    By the way, I got my 2 nitrogen tanks in the same spot in my truck inside of a milk crate that I secured to the floor. It fits the nitrogen bottles perfectly

      And yes these transit are awesome. They suck on mileage! And burn up brakes like no other, but I love this thing. Definitely get some mixed opinions on how they drive, and overall comfort. I don’t mind though. Pretty good acceleration too 👍🏻

    For your vac I bought a half wide, thin packout organizer box and removed the hinge pin and attached the bottom of the case to the bottom of the vacuum. Works great. Im sure Milwaukee will figure it out and make the vacuum with latching base...someday.

    We’re currently rearranging our 2500 Express HVAC van and trying to remove the Adrian Steel shelves and implement the Packout but it’s definitely not better space saving because the Milwaukee boxes with drawers are wider than the 14” shelves.

      @topgunheatingandairllc2197  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      yeah, kind of mixed feelings. as time goes on we'll see if its worth it. I think Milwaukee needs to come out with some drawers for these. funny to watch all these packout freaks modifying the crap out of their packout. Like free R&D for Milwaukee. they could do a lot more with them.

    Great set up and great video. It looks like you have the medium length sprinter. What is the length from the cage to the back closed door. Thanks

    • @topgunheatingandairllc2197
      @topgunheatingandairllc2197  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, there’s some pros and cons, just like everything. I’m sacrificing space though that I may not have used anyway to have a greater level of organization and efficiency in working. I think it’s still a win overall. Had definitely helped me keep track of tools on the job. If you have a smaller van though, bags are probably better. You just can’t stack bags. You can organize them according to task. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m happy for the moment. Until they release drawers in a modular system

      Most local Johnstone suppliers carry them, they’re made by Supco take care of them, they can break easily under high winds. The carbon fiber shaft is kind of flimsy, but they’re a life saver on the roof or side of a house when you’re working on a unit! I’ll try to find a good link for them as well!

    I had those western regulators for oxygen/acetylene, didn't like them. Have to be careful using them. If you look into the manual you can't use certain tips, so rosebud tip is one I know you definitely can't use along with a couple other sizes. I think those regulators were good for #0 and #1 tips.

    • @topgunheatingandairllc2197
      @topgunheatingandairllc2197  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah, my thought process when I bought those was "they look sturdy, and like they'll hold up for a long time" didn't realize you can't adjust them. Just got tired of the cheap sets getting banged around busted. don't even know how it happens most of the time. eventually the gauges are missing plastic covers, and the housing is bent and needles are broken.

    • @scrambler350
      @scrambler350 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is the comment I was looking for, like those regulators, but that's definiely a 'No Go' for me...I use a cutting head and rosebud from time to time.
      Thanks.

Sometimes I’m unaware of what I think is a tool or piece of equipment that’s common place and everyone knows about. Only to find many don’t. Umbrella is awesome. Very strong magnet, not built the most solid. Gemaire and Johnstone carry them. Check out Supco or amazon. If I find a good link I’ll post! Thank for your support!

      Crazy, I’ve thought about stuff like that happening, so I keep mine on the left at the side door. I’ve always had my refrigerant rack there until this van that I received a couple weeks back. I moved the rack to the right side facing the back but it’s a little awkward now getting a tank out since it is opposite of the way I have had it for about 15 years lol. I think I will face them toward the side.

      Lol, man you’re all over the place. First its too cluttered, then you say “where the filters at?” Make up you’re mind bruh. Shot the video with what was in there that day and what was needed. You can definitely be a minimalist of you want. I’ve found it doesn’t serve efficiency all that well. Filters are at the shop, take what’s needed for that day.

    to much crap... point of transit is walk in...get what you need and walk out. dont need filter boxes filling truck space. i stopped carrying filters. maybe pvc tube store pieces of copper and pvc. need to be able to walk rear to partition cage or your truck is to cluttered and your not utilizing the purpose for having and paying all that money for a transit.

    • @topgunheatingandairllc2197
      @topgunheatingandairllc2197  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Whole point of the system is its modular and mobile, you can easily walk from rear door to partition still.
