This movie is well worth the watch, had tears in my eyes with laughter and sadness... I say it is definitely worth watching.. judge for yourself !!! .
This is not the title as listed in IMDB....But this one is, 'Adventures of the Naked Umbrella'
Fun and entertaining. Love the freedom that B-movies have to dare to tread where Hollywood can't. I also love films coming from the Salton Sea. Keep rocking!
This movie is significant. Possibly the first fiction film to appear out of the current chaos and confusion of the Great Awakening. Almost every film before this will soon seem hopelessly old-fashioned. It's hamstrung by its low budget and by needing (given our current climate) to be presented as a harmless comedy but, as Aristotle said, comedy is truth, and the substance of this movie is truly contemporary and a harbinger of things to come. Gerald Brunskill might well be the D W Griffith of the coming new era. People in the future will point to The Loonies as foundational: one of the very first entertainment films to break out of the matrix.

Great Awakening? Do you mean the great reset?
It was certainly decent. I thought the production value was pretty good, it definitely cost some money not too much but more than the average independent film, would've cost more if it weren't for CGI fire. Also great editing, it kept things exciting with attention to detail and precise timing. As for story I'm at 1:09:49 and the story is getting good and mirroring real life characters rising and falling due to their spiritually and ego, I'm gonna take a break before I conclude it.
I finished it, it's decent not great but the best B movie I've seen in a long time
Update: This should not be called comedy. It is more like a happy tragedy! I am heartbroken by the resolution. This is a beautiful, and powerful film. Very sad for a comedy though. A couple of belly laughs, but a very sad story. Mental health is a real issue, and the world is a cruel place with little compassion for those who are unwell.

Just starting the film. I see that the cast includes Tom Arnold! I wonder if there will be any classics, such as, "I'm My Own Grandpa," from The Loonies, like there was in the classic, "The Stupids," so many years ago?! I came for Taryn, but I'm excited to see what's in store.

21 minutes in and the comedy seems right around the corner. As it did the first 5 minutes. It seems to be at or lower than the Tom Arnold level of funny to me.

I don't want to rune Christmas but the reason the kids toys are all crispy is some one came down with a infectious disease....so they now have a (clause) that has to do with (sanitation ) so rather the burning the hole house down....with all the toys when ever some one gets sick .....they just throw away the toys .....so every year.....we get new toys ...."from* old crsp cringle *" or saninty clause ......ok Darby ....
