Thanks so much for sharing our story. Tough to leave our tiny home on wheels behind but we look forward to getting back to Morocco when it's safe to do so 💜. Keep safe everyone x
Everybody does, and then there's over-tourism. Be lucky you don't live in a neighborhood overrun with tourists that treat locals - with no connection to tourism - like their personal servants.
@pat dunne wow, beautifully said. Long live Coronavirus and death of the business world altogether. Humanity, the most dangerous disease on earth and yet they keep reproducing and celebrating child birth. My only sadness is billions haven't been wiped out by Coronavirus.
Спасибо за замечательную статью. Меня очень впечатлил сюжет с животными. Их эта беда тоже это коснулась. Мы видим, что в мире, несмотря на сложное время, все ещё очень много добра. Спасибо за пример!
No one really knows for sure if it's good or bad.. but as we can see, people have become more fond of freedom and fresh air So they endeavor to care for nature, I suppose And it's really nice to see how people help each other.. a common trouble makes us closer
Thank you for the wonderful video, I enjoyed the inspiring scenery and also saw how people lived in other countries during the coronavirus. It's in such situations that you can see how people are willing to help others. And the most touching thing is that even the animals were touched by this disease. And we can all see the kindness towards them.
I know, me too. I'm in Bogota and because I'm a senior I´m not even allowed to go out of my apartment without permission. It's been like this for four weeks and will stay this way for two or three months. Until there is a vaccine or an effective medicine.
Me too! This summer I was supposed to travel to see my girl and propose to her! But now that’s gone until 🤷🏿♂️ who knows?

i am in vietnam, and very very happy to be here.....i'm sure i will be traveling again soon; but first halong bay and all the other incredible places and islands in this amazing country......love vietnam, love the people, love the food, the prices, the beautiful vietnamese girls......
My wife and 6 month old son are in the Philippines I'm trapped in a Pennsylvania, I need to get back to my family, it's not a vacation for me to travel there its neccesary! I need to be with my family! Please I hope they figure something out for people like me!
Same case, I'm in Mexico and my husband in Europe. Before covid19 the plan was that I would reach him in May... Now we don't have any idea when will we be together again 😑 this is hard. Wishing you the best.

Сoronavirus has shown that the whole world can stop actively living at one moment. Isolation has affected all spheres of life. This has particularly affected the tourism sector. I sincerely feel sorry for all the people who have lost their jobs, people who are stuck in other countries, away from their families. As it is written in the Bible "For nation will be moved against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and men will be without food, and the earth will be shaking in different places". As a kind of person who hasn't ever traveled far away from homeland I find this video highly informative. Plenty of people say nature restores itself during pandemic, however there are still numerous species of animals needing people attention and care to be protected from this global affection. I'm likely to think nothing will be the same as before, for the usual tourism will need to be ready to that the pandemic is only one of the options that could happen.
I'm so sorry. I did that last year and am so thankful I rented an apartment in Portugal. I would have been so distressed if this had happened to me just before I left the US. I wish you the best. Hang in there.
I did the same but I managed to get out on March 3rd and go to México. Well I rented an apartment and hunkered down but everything is closed everywhere here as well, so you're not missing much. Some places like puerto vallarta are mandatory stay at home. I thought about going back to the USA since they are slowly starting to re Open but if I do go I wont be able to return to México or probably anywhere else for a long time. I think these travel restrictions will go until September of not next year.
Oh well, life's tough. I just hope this lockdown will go on for a couple of years until all businesses and governments go bust. Maybe then people will change their ways.
Wonderful video, no kidding) Although I am not an Action addict or a Happy camper, however, the thirst for adventure sometimes makes itself felt. And at such moments, your videos help a lot, in which you can not just see a lot of picturesque places, but also learn a lot from the point of view of a professional traveler) Thank you for your efforts)
.....This is the greatest topic right now. You look at Prague which I've been to and want to have a return trip to. The place is thick with hotels, restaurants and pubs....but nobody is there. They have to be dying. How can anybody fly though when somebody on that plane will be coughing and sneezing his head off ???....
Lonnie Christopher why would somebody on the plane be doing that? When flights start again you will have to show a test that youre negative for coronavirus thats max 4 days old to be allowed boarding and upon entrance in the country you will most probably be asked to self quarantine for 14-28 days. I doubt tourism will ramp right up, bc who wanna self isolate that long when touristing... but hopefully travel to see our loved ones/go home will be possible.
Think virtual travelling or watching you tube vlogs will be how many people will be "travelling" this year. Most travel vlogs are rubbish as they show very little content of the place they purport to be in and are more about bragging rights to the friends of the person filming. Too much talking, very little useful info, lots of annoying soundtracks.
I love looking at Venice live cams, and it is obvious their entire economy is hurting. So is mine here in Hawaii. Many places depend on tourism. Will we be sticking closer to home? Will we limit tourism? Will we start doing more virtual reality trips, just wearing goggles? Because tourism is huge worldwide, we really need some answers. Some people love to travel and will want to do so, more than ever. Of course, some places can shift to other jobs but that will not work everywhere.
June is probably going to see a climb in cases, that's what I was thinking, we can only hope for a early vaccine challenge trial by september so as to begin to come back to normal.
Í do hope that Airlines will allow more space between passengers, upgrade their air filtering system, clean and sanitize seats. If not i wont dare to travel even if we may
@@davemaxa5263 what is a child doing alone, travelling?! And second of all if the child would be concerned about catching a virus then he/she wouldn't leave the house.
Thank you for the useful information, it was interesting to find out and see how people cope with difficulties with coronavirus and lockdown. This video clearly showed that we all need each other's help, and now is the time to provide it... I think everything will pass, and travel will soon become a pleasant and accessible part of our life again.
I mean it’s better than nothing. Like she said, it can’t capture the full experience of being there, but it can still be fun. I’ve spent countless hours in between trips wandering through Google Earth street view. It’s not the same but if you can’t travel it’s fun!
People will be back to traveling by July -- bank on it. The economic impact of shutting down tourism for a year would leave millions of people starving all over the globe. Would I book to Spain right now? No. But I just booked a trip (at great discount) to Greece (where only 2K people are infected) in late July. I can cancel and get a 100% refund right up until end of June if a 2nd wave hits hard, so my risk is practically zero. A lot of people are going to do some very cheap traveling this summer, you watch.
I hope you are right! I live in the US and have two trips to the UK booked now... one for July and one for September. I am HOPING that we get to take both trips. Perhaps our travel might be a bit different, with a bit more social distancing than before... but I am so hoping that we get to go!
Kindred Spirit! I have done the same, my friends think I'm crazy but without tourism the suffering will be worse than corona. I am prepared for cancellation but I still have hope!
There might be 2k infected in Greece but its the airport and the flight that counts the most. You will get infected on your way to Greece and then you will infect others!
gb997 Why?!? This pandemic is not going to stop ppl from moving about once this dies down... did the Bubonic Plague stop ppl from going to different countries? We will get over this just like everything else
I doubt "normal" travel will be possible before early next year ....and I belive that is a bit optimistic. Do not forget that some air lines might have gone bankrupt! So what would the price be on those flights left! UUhhh! I think a bit expensive..... for a while!
harry viking I believe it will be very expensive to travel in the near future, being as it stands now. There are people still trying to get back to there home land and a one way ticket will cost a person 2.000 On a one way ticket, such a rip off. Some people have booked and when they got to the airport... only to find out the flight was overbooked and could not get there money back. Sad situations.
They have to resolve this before the sporting events next summer. No fan will agree to such a tedious process. With 12 different nations hosting the EuroCup, they have to do SOMETHING to resume travel to normal
Thanks BBC Travel for this documentary on future of travel amidst Coronavirus. But I am hopeful that the tourism industry will reboot gradually and by the end of this year things will pick up. This lockdown is a time to pause and reflect and also be responsible tourists in the future.
It's inspiring to see how people don't give up during tough times and trying stay optimistic! Coronavirus has effected on every aspect of our normal life and especially on travelling. But one thing really scares me is that in the near future we will use this face covering goggles for VR tours on a daily basis. I hope digitalization will not destroy our thirst for adventure!)
That's a really useful information. Thanks for your video! It's heartbreaking that this situation affected even animals. We as people can cope with everything because we are conscious creatures while animals do struggle when they're not in their natural habitat. The whole coronavirus case has shown us that we can control nothing in this world. But also it has shown us that we as human species are united. We need to remember that not only when something bad affects all of us but we must do it all the time. United we stand. Divided we fall.
Hello! Thank you. It's a great video that gives a lot of interesting information. So glad to listen to different people around the world who tried to find ways that can help them continue working. Also you give lots of useful information for traveling and places. It's so pleasant that now we can go anywhere.
As much as I love to travel, when I see people littering, putting on non-sea safe sunscreen, kicking animals, being rowdy/noisy, cutting lines (I've seen a lot of Chinese bad tourists), decrease in tourist is the best for nature.
But the issue here is asymptomatic has no fever all is normal. Kinda crazy this means all these tests are just superficial unless all passengers must do covid test
Impossible to do in a free world! There are people who's livelyhood include travel or where they must travel for business. They could only put these types of restrictions on travel for a limited period of time.
@@OneMustFly correct. Many live between two or three countries many have multiple citizenships. Many have to travel weekly or monthly to earn livelihood. Any restrictions would be a humanitarian disaster. Its totally myopic to assume that people travel for tourism only.
Or set a quota. And some countries are already implementing your suggestion, but how feasible is the last one? How many people will be willing to take a medical test in a foreign country?
Thank goodness I decided to live in Medellin Colombia. When this is all done I plan to travel more around the country and record my experiences. Can't wait to get out of the house! 😁
We had flights booked and all were cancelled . London to Barcelona on Ryan Air. Barcelona to Miami on Norwegian Air. I had an email saying our refund has been processed so it should soon be at my bank. I booked three reward flights with British Airways. They sent me three vouchers which are impossible to use when i phone them. We also had a train from Miami to New York which the train company quickly paid. Norwegian Air yet haven't sent a refund from New York to London. 4th April to 19th April no trip.
The easier answer would be to just have test centres at the airports testing people prior to travelling that day and incorporating the fee into thier schedule.
We got stuck in the Cebu Philippines, hardly any covid here, the beaches are fantastic, people are so friendly, amazing weather, we feel blessed to be 'stuck' here...
We're travel bloggers - on the road for 10 years but don't mind to be stranded back home here in Valencia, Spain. We're just happy that we're able to leave the house now since May 2nd. If we can do a For91days within Spain, we're going to be super happy!
Thanks for the video! I hope the situation is better now, in 2022. That's sad that so many animals can't live without people's help. As we can see, people aren't reliable at all, even when people do want to help, circumstances can get in the way.
unfortunately in the UK we still have our borders open and inbound flights are still arriving. Without any swab testing our infections will continue to rise
I am sorry for you. I heard that medical healthcare workers need to work even they are contracted virus and if you are contracted virus, stay at home instead of getting treatment and hospitalization. What a health care system of yr country!!
Covid19 destroyed my trip to Thailand for my Thai Box training... But i know, when we can travel again, it feels like coming out of the jail.... It will be much more beautiful then we think ❤️💯🙏🏼
This was legit my big year graduation and taking a couple of years out to travel but I as hard as it is I will be waiting until it's safe to go lives are being lost which is far more important we will not be taking this for granted again
Considering COVID hotspots are where people go or come from travel causes doubts on the 'oh-so-wonderful' yet-setter life. I love traveling/backpacking myself, but it might also be time for people to focus attention on what this whole situation's higher meaning is... Unlimited travel, accessibility and consumptions will make things even worse in the future, for nature and us. So, hopefully this bad situation initiates something good in these insta-driven western minds.
She is lucky to be on the island... yes saw the canada couples vids that had to leave the van behind.:( yes, leaving morrocco ended up being very last minute. I was on the last flight out of Morocco for americans.
Hopefully next spring I can finally make it to the UK to hug my auntie who will turn 90 this June ( my surprise got cancelled to see her) but looking forward to seeing her, my brother and family .. Hopefully British Airlines will extend my voucher if the countries don’t open up by next spring as they only gave us a year to use👍
I think that for international travel to return we will need rapid diagnostic testing before you're even allowed to enter the airport. There will have to be international agreement for diagnostic test standards similar to the standards that are set for modern day airport security and when you get your test results you will receive a copy of your test results, the airport that you're leaving from will also get your test results, the airline that you're flying will receive a copy of your test results and the country & airport that you're flying into will also receive a copy of your test results. This is the only way we can fly safely without having to go into quarantine.
All these travellers who seemed shocked that the borders closed really surprises me. Coronavirus has been in the news for months; early March people should have decided to come back home since things were escalating quickly which I did personally. 10 days later countries were closing borders.
BUT....on the good side...the earth's atmosphere breathes a sigh of relief from the airline fossil fueled madness....and damage to our fragile planet! Maybe C19 will be looked upon as a saviour? As well as destructor....
Yes and no. Plastic consumption, emissions from electricity use, and transport of goods and services are significant contributors too, and they are still very much present. In a prolonged lockdown, when more people rely on home delivery (where they can afford it), and when there's a large uptick in hazardous medical waste, the aggregate impact will increase. Also, history tells us that post-recession, overall outputs from primary and secondary industries increases to offset lost productivity. In an era when the world is led by climate deniers, this is a very present danger.
June is a bit of a pipe dream, no way are countries like Australia, New Zealand, South Korea or the Pacific Island nations going allowed in North Americas or Europeans in! All my English friends are like I'm coming to Australia in two months, I'm like, no your not unless you have a leave pass from Boris!
It will be total dependent on countries situation. Host country wont allow if ur country isnt stable. Guest country wont allow u if they arent done yet. So it is overall mix stuff
Jp111 nah they’re just saying June 2022 but nothing in set in stone. I’m from Australia and there’s speculation that international travel won’t open until 2021 but domestic travel night open by Christmas time
I do not feel bad for people not being able to make adventure travels. I feel bad being stuck in my country not being able to be with my four-year-old son in his country of birth - where I used to live too. His mother died in a tragic car accident when he was 1 1/2. Then the mother in law looked after him when I had to go on work trips. She died from heart failure when he was 2 1/2. He now stays with great-grandma. I haven't seen him in 2 1/2 months. We talk several times a week on Watsapp, but it is heartbreaking not to be able to be with him. My elderly close family is also in another country and I can't help them now when some of them are hospitalized. Please don't whine about not being able to roam the world as privileged rich kids when other people actually have real problems. Think of all the small businesses worldwide suffering, people who lost their livelihood, people who can't be with their loved ones.
I love to travel, but despite the situation in the world which is associated with the coronavirus, your video inspired me even more. But I hope that this EPIDEMIA will be over soon and people will live with pleasure
The only priority in life are simple hood health, food, people you love or your nearest and dearest ones and peace. Not money, travelling , materials matter much. In the end it's proved that only humans can save and love humans and other living beings. As conscious beings this should be our priorities first. Corona is teaching us a lot 😬
Thank you for the great video! Useful information and wonderful scenery. We all miss travelling but tourism and hospitality was hit extremely hard by this crisis. We sincerely hope that whole world and especially travel industry will soon leave this crisis behind.
My family and my relatives live in Moldova I'm stuck in Russia because of my study Really hope that soon I could see them, hug them , and say how much i love them We used to have a huge opportunity to travel around the world, now everything is different . We should live in the moment, because we don't know what might happen tomorrow
I left Thailand quickly, one month early, as I knew this virus pandemic would be a huge problem! I was lucky only paying 250US to change my ticket. A friend of mine did not go....and now the first available flight for him is in OCTOBER!!! I wonder when we can start flying again...does not look good...
I am from Germany and booked a flight with Lufthansa to Israel. Due to corona it was cancelled and they promised me a refund. 7 weeks after i saw nothing on my creditcard. I am not expecting any refund from them anymore. I just hope my flights in june will not be cancelled too.
Sorry to say it most likely will. I tried to get a flight out of México back to the USA this week and they canceled it . Well IT wasnt a direct flight as there are none right now. I would have had to fly to the border and then drive or walk across.
park our car for a coupe of weeks and it won't work properly - planes are much more complicated - I expect a lot of returns to airport as electronics fail
Tourism can wait as it needs to .. the real thing here are us who need to travel to be able to reunite with our loved ones. I got stuck in my home country as I was visiting my parents and cant go back now to my boyfriends country where we live... being w out him like this is torture. Cant believe this couple where shes stuck in Yemen and hes in Canada and theyre laughing and smiling seeming totally fine.... i mean good for them...
Thanks for such an informative video. I live in 2024 but approximately remember what was happening in 2020. But I’ve never thought, being a teenager then, the pandemic impacted so much on the globe…esp. on animals…. Many of people were out of work… But thanks to kind ones who donated organizations of assistance to animals)
I booked a holiday in early January 2020 for 4 people from May 5th-May 12th 2020, flight and apartments booked separately flight was cancelled by airline weeks ago,so friends pressuring me for refunds. Airline offered change flights free admin but any difference in price has to be paid or "Voucher" however friends not working so need their money as I do.I filled form and told could take up to 28 days. Now Simon Calder saying give companies plenty time so what about the people who need "their" money back now, they've had our money since early January 2020.
we booked on Eurowing from Ft Myers to Düsseldorf .in mid July. Now I wonder if this flight will ever happen .? how do get my money back or rebook. As of now Eurowing canceled all fligjts to Ft Myers ! No international flights coming or leaving into Ft Myers . Can not even get hold of Eurowing / Part of Lufthansa
Good luck unless you purchased the extra insurance. I had a flight from Cancún to México city this week and they canceled at the last 12 hours.. they wanted me to go to the airport to check in and use the receipt as a voucher for my refund, which would not even be the full fare and would take minimum 3 months.
In my opinion, Tourism is one of the biggest fields where people increase their income . one year ago it was the time for crisis specially in travelling , where there’s places get closed ,people who owned touristic places had bankrupt and people felt their years had been wasted in being stuck in same area for a long time without travelling and having some joy and celebrate things or descovering places , there were people who were stuck in other countries where they couldn’t see their families for many months and this destroyed many people’s mental health
What is happening in the world right now is very scary. For the people themselves, for the global economy, and for tourism. I hope that soon the situation will be resolved for the better and we will live as before.
Unfortunately no. Many countries are banning all air travel until September..and thats just the beginning. The reality is probably until a vaccine comes out.
This video contains valuable and interesting information. Thanks to creators. All tourists and travelers want to go to other countries, and this video perfectly tells about traveling now.
After 8 years on the hop , I can see my nomadic lifestyle will never be the same ,places will change ,people will change, freedom & good will be different 🙏🏻😓
Thank you for the great video and bringing awareness to the people. I believe that travel industry will back to "normal" again because as Victoria said in the video that travel industry is typically resilient and used to dealing with crises and we can get trough it. Let's take an example of hotels. For hotels who are facing crises now, in order to recover from crises, hotel can give personalized service spectrum and a total service model to custumer. This will mean the guest of the future will be able to tailor every aspect of their experience including technology, hotel services, the bedroom, the journey, pricing and communications. Each guest will have their own preferences, demands and characteristics. The challenge for hotels is to understand and act upon these evolving requirements.
I think with the advancement of digital tourism during this pandemic, it is a little resolved by running tourism virtually. After that, when conditions allow for tourism as usual, the desire of tourists to carry out tourism activities will increase as in general

Was thinking the same. Not sure where he’s getting his news!
on a market planet I guess
Í do hope that Airlines will allow more space between passengers, upgrade their air filtering system, clean and sanitize seats. If not i wont dare to travel even if we may
synnøve seats were to close anyway. It was painful and uncomfortable
Well now it’s time to develop better plans that carry less people and has more space!!
synnøve Well it’s probably gonna be too expensive anyway. Reducing it to one person per row means that one person’s ticket will cost 3x more.
yeah i have to travel in September, and when i booked it months ago, the flight was almost full. so i wonder how it will work if most people shows up.
Airlines are some of the dirtiest, scummy vehicles to travel in and we pay a lot of our hard earned money to travel in them. Don't hold your breath
Im hanging out tonight at a virtual club with my girlfriends siri and alexa. 😂
Never, i prefer to die while traveling than to travel virtually.
The child sitting in the seat next to you probably doesn’t agree and won’t thank you for giving them the virus.
EivenKim ちわ:D Iiiiiiif we can travel at all...
dave maxa you scared me, I spent the day looking for that child in my apartment cos I live alone 😨
@@davemaxa5263 what is a child doing alone, travelling?! And second of all if the child would be concerned about catching a virus then he/she wouldn't leave the house.
@@maverich217 well you can stay at home and enjoy virtual reality while we normal people go explore things for real and have true memories, SLAVE
Thank you for the useful information, it was interesting to find out and see how people cope with difficulties with coronavirus and lockdown. This video clearly showed that we all need each other's help, and now is the time to provide it...
I think everything will pass, and travel will soon become a pleasant and accessible part of our life again.
Are u kidding me 😂, are you being serious about this? Who the heck would want virtual traveling.
Teresa pinheiro they better make that sht free. No way am I gonna spend my hard earned money to virtually be somewhere. What a load..
I mean it’s better than nothing. Like she said, it can’t capture the full experience of being there, but it can still be fun. I’ve spent countless hours in between trips wandering through Google Earth street view. It’s not the same but if you can’t travel it’s fun!
So you'd rather travel somewhere you could end up being very ill or dead? Good luck
@@Dreadlock1227 Yep. That's what I do! Also POV walks on TH-cam.
people with disabilities
Perhaps our travel might be a bit different, with a bit more social distancing than before... but I am so hoping that we get to go!
ferkemall I hear you... wondering if I can wear a mask for 11 hours straight 😳
Its gonna be endemic by July... the airport will be no more dangerous than your local school...
Kindred Spirit! I have done the same, my friends think I'm crazy but without tourism the suffering will be worse than corona. I am prepared for cancellation but I still have hope!
There might be 2k infected in Greece but its the airport and the flight that counts the most. You will get infected on your way to Greece and then you will infect others!
we should take this opportunity to stop 'mass tourism' from ever returning
Especially those giant cruise ships!
gb997 Why?!? This pandemic is not going to stop ppl from moving about once this dies down... did the Bubonic Plague stop ppl from going to different countries? We will get over this just like everything else
Ban Chinese tourists.
@keepitmoving The Rich Ruling Class will continue to do business with China.
You are right. This is the most important thing to do. An international law to cut forever the mass tourism.
We are in July, and there is still no flight out allowed outside of australia unless very very rare circumstance
I doubt "normal" travel will be possible before early next year ....and I belive that is a bit optimistic. Do not forget that some air lines might have gone bankrupt! So what would the price be on those flights left! UUhhh! I think a bit expensive..... for a while!
not to mention those who lost their jobs. their have been massive layoffs during covid-19.
harry viking I believe it will be very expensive to travel in the near future, being as it stands now.
Why have comments become more useful then actually watching the videos to understand what’s truly going on !
They haven’t.
This. I paused the video at 0:02 and just started reading comments to find answers.
Iti is so true.Comments are real treasure...Videos serve only to navigate you faster to good ideas and sometimes valueable informations ;-)
Thank you very much for your video. It was really interesting to listen and watch experiences from different people
Can’t wait to travel again once it’s safe to do so!
traveling is just an illusion for a lot of people!
Yeah. Being positive
Same, we just got to be patient 🤷🏽♀️
Ask those got stuck overseas now Year and Year
yep.. there's a whole fkn planet we didn't get to totally stink up yet!
I love that you took this opportunity to highlight so many organizations and causes
Thanks BBC Travel for this documentary on future of travel amidst Coronavirus. But I am hopeful that the tourism industry will reboot gradually and by the end of this year things will pick up. This lockdown is a time to pause and reflect and also be responsible tourists in the future.
COULD YOU HELP ME WITH FINDING SOME COLLOCATIONS IN THIS VIDEO ?
Road trips are the way to go for the foreseeable future. I’m gonna buy one of those roof top tents for my car
You can't drive across the Atlantic
I wish we could drive across the ocean. The most problematic travel now is international travel.
Thank you for featuring animal rescues and bringing awareness to these great organizations. YOU ARE AWESOME!
As much as I love to travel, when I see people littering, putting on non-sea safe sunscreen, kicking animals, being rowdy/noisy, cutting lines (I've seen a lot of Chinese bad tourists), decrease in tourist is the best for nature.
Ugh...we were Going to Bali for summer. My heart aches. Next year hopeful.
How will airlines social distance in the plane?
shaffique allibhai you can’t if asymptomatic people on board not a chance
But the issue here is asymptomatic has no fever all is normal. Kinda crazy this means all these tests are just superficial unless all passengers must do covid test
They could put restrictions on how often you can travel and where you can go. Medical on the way back and on arrival.
Any smart country will curb tourism for quite a while
Safi La smart and socially conscious
You mean any country until the grip of the deep state
Safi La Australia is one of these countries. Border will remain closed till they successfully developed medicine/vaccine for the China virus .
Travel is going to be the least of your problems wake up we are being screwed
Colm Munnelly I agree. Something is gonna go down w China.
Thank goodness I decided to live in Medellin Colombia. When this is all done I plan to travel more around the country and record my experiences. Can't wait to get out of the house! 😁
@ferkemall I loved the UK when I visited! Beautiful countryside.
Did he interview him from a 2 meters distance?!! Omg this gave me the chills
Looking forward to planning and dreaming again soon. XO, K&N
Let's use this time to slow down and reflect and plan for the future. 🙏
We got stuck in the Cebu Philippines, hardly any covid here, the beaches are fantastic, people are so friendly, amazing weather, we feel blessed to be 'stuck' here...
You don't need virtual headsets. Read Goethe on Italy. Flaubert on Egypt. Charles Dickens on America.
that was hilarious
We're travel bloggers - on the road for 10 years but don't mind to be stranded back home here in Valencia, Spain. We're just happy that we're able to leave the house now since May 2nd. If we can do a For91days within Spain, we're going to be super happy!
I really hope we appreciate more our local wonders ☀️ also good for our planet Earth 🌍
gotcha!
It's all bs that's why. Wake up
I am sorry for you.
I heard that medical healthcare workers need to work even they are contracted virus and if you are contracted virus, stay at home instead of getting treatment and hospitalization.
What a health care system of yr country!!
Arriving from foreign countries?
Lolitaloliops yep
Keith Chapman What’s bs?.... People dying from covid19?
Covid19 destroyed my trip to Thailand for my Thai Box training... But i know, when we can travel again, it feels like coming out of the jail.... It will be much more beautiful then we think ❤️💯🙏🏼
Covid19 didn't destroy your trip, people's overreaction to it did.
People are struggling to come home yet others are trying to leave the UK ?
Where i can donate for the donkeys? I am very sorry for them :(
This was legit my big year graduation and taking a couple of years out to travel but I as hard as it is I will be waiting until it's safe to go lives are being lost which is far more important we will not be taking this for granted again
Simon must have been born under a lucky star. He gets paid to travel and present about his travels even though he has the charisma of a IT geek
But how'll be airlines fee? what do u think will it get increased or decreased for attraction of travelers
For awhile it will be cheap, just to get bums in the seats. Then with a reduced # of airlines I'm thinking big fare increases.
I really liked the idea of virtual travel, today I will watch a couple of excursions!
10 days later countries were closing borders.
the channel Rambalac is absoultey brilliant !
I checked this video bcoz of Mike Corey ( fearless & far)
BBC travel, thank you. I enjoyed this show. The world will travel again.
I loved this documentary.
Tosser...
Does anyone think unrestrained travel might be unsustainable in the future?
You are kind of true. At least unrestrained travel will be the norm for this year or so.
it's unsustainable right now.. especially since everybody and his dog mysteriously became a anti global warming protester..
My fiance is in the other part of the world😢 i don't care about traveling as i care about meeting 💔😔
I hope he's fine in a safe country
Stay strong and take care
My Dads stuck in the Philippines..
I wish i was there. On a beach. With someone beautiful like you. Well, its a nice dream. Have a great day.
June, they are really high!
It will be total dependent on countries situation. Host country wont allow if ur country isnt stable. Guest country wont allow u if they arent done yet. So it is overall mix stuff
@@zuiokopl2256 make sense !!
i guess its correct it will be back in June ....June 2022
Jp111 nah they’re just saying June 2022 but nothing in set in stone. I’m from Australia and there’s speculation that international travel won’t open until 2021 but domestic travel night open by Christmas time
Depending on statistics & new tests.
Wow! Someone is very selfish and jealous. Like you wouldn't roam if you had the money.
I used to love traveling and normally go on at least 3-4 trips abroad year... I had to cancel my trip to Japan this summer which was disappointing
My family and my relatives live in Moldova
I'm stuck in Russia because of my study
Really hope that soon I could see them, hug them , and say how much i love them
We used to have a huge opportunity to travel around the world, now everything is different .
That's sad for your friend
Thanks for the stories.Hope everything will be ok soon. And all of us can travel where they want.Believe in good
i'm kurdish and i want to see every contrys of world🙌
I am from Germany and booked a flight with Lufthansa to Israel.
Baroness von Rat exactly, I am in the same situation... can wait to go back or at least he come find me. Let’s hope things go better than now soon.
Selfish
I love traveling, but for now, I'd rather be safe.
End of June, a lot of wishful thinking there unfortunately. June 2021 more like it!
As much as I miss travelling. It’s important to recognise how unsustainable it was :(
Thank you for highlighting conservation efforts...!
Thinking a 2 x week hotel bond for returning travelers to quarantine in is the first place governments will go if letting their citizens travel again.
I agree
happy to hear things may go back to normal by June/July
Dream on
Unfortunately no. Many countries are banning all air travel until September..and thats just the beginning. The reality is probably until a vaccine comes out.
This video contains valuable and interesting information. Thanks to creators. All tourists and travelers want to go to other countries, and this video perfectly tells about traveling now.
I agree with this , just me I knew many informations from this video
