    Recipe Ingredients:
    6 to 7 cauliflower florets
    1 egg
    Coriander leaves
    2 teaspoons oregano leaves
    Salt (as per need)
    Black pepper (as per need)
    2 teaspoons coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Boil Cauliflower:
    On low flame, add water to a saucepan.
    Boil the cauliflower florets for about 6 to 7 minutes.
    2. Prepare Egg Mixture:
    In a bowl, add the egg and all the spices: 2 teaspoons oregano leaves, salt as per need, black pepper as per need, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon redchillii powder.
    Mix everything well.
    3. Cool the Cauliflower:
    Once boiled, let the cauliflower cool down.
    4. Heat Oil:
    On low flame, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
    5. Coat and Fry Cauliflower:
    Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well-coated with the spices.
    Place the coated florets in the pan.
    Fry until the cauliflower turns light brown.
    6. Serve:
    Once the cauliflower is light brown, remove it from the pan and arrange it nicely on a plate.
    These savory cauliflower pancakes are perfect for children aged 2 to 4 years. Enjoy!
