Great job on mixing it up and keeping things interesting. Not much experience with Fuji cameras for me but I’m sure they are more than capable. Is there an option to cross process on the simulations as in mixing or combining several into one? What lenses do you have for your XH1?
Thank you for appreciating my efforts! I admit, I scratched my head a lot, trying to show the 10 simulations in an interesting way. A mix/combination of several simulations into one is a great idea, but it's not possible from inside the camera. Only Photoshop could help here. The creative possibilities could be endless, now that you mentioned it; making, for example, different forms/textures with multiple simulations, on different parts of the image. On the XH1 I have the Fujifilm XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 Lens. It is a kit lens, that, surprisingly, has wide apertures. I'm new to Fuji - bought one because I was very curious. For sure, in this video, I just scratched the surface of what this brand can offer. To be continued. 🙂 Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Yes, Fuji's apsc lenses are great, especially their primes; but even my XF 18-55mm F2.8-4 is fantastic - probably the best kit lens in the world. Weather sealing is the only thing missing on it, but everything else looks and feels premium.
Of course, I agree - the price is a bit high for Leica's cameras, though (that's the biggest impediment). I believe they manually calibrate the sensor, pixel by pixel, in the factory, same as Hasselblad does.
What are your thoughts on Fujifilm cameras?
tou forgot to mention all the film recipes and the ability to save them! Fuji is sooo worth it, the pictures are.. really really nice
Correct! The film recipes are another big plus! Thank you for mentioning them!
Very clear video. I love the simulations and the manual old fashioned feel of my Full camera.
Thank you! Glad to hear you're enjoying their film simulations!

Yes bro
Been eyeing for a while, not many of the brands create a solid apsc lens selection, especially for compact primes.

@@cameraexplorations Quite the neat lens.
I think for the same color science people prefer Leica as well am I right @Camera Explorations?
