Hi Fredy.... I'm glad you found the content useful and yes I too initially wanted to use the visor without any tint...but then decided to give it try and was really happy with the results - one additional advantage for getting this wrap is that it protects the visor underneath from scratches.

BS6 one is a bit broader than BS4 to accomodate the additional navigation device from RE... So ideally the newer one should be better than this one. I personally have switched to original Interceptor visor though because of my 90% city riding requirements.
I don’t understand why no interceptor own isn’t saying about the major issue of the bike that the front mudguard doesn’t work good… front tyre picks up dirts and debris.. i always face that issue its quite irritating.. that’s why I’m planning for a windshield not for the windblast thing
Not sure what you just said.... you're saying that the front tyre picks up dirt and it hits the rider while riding....? Because I've been ridiny Interceptor for 13k+ kms and I haven't faced such an issue.... Hence never spoke about it
@@TheTwinPost that’s what… my bike is straight out of the showroom and facing this terrible issue.. guy at showroom says it is because of the short fender design.. bike is amazing yet this particular issue kills every fun… you won’t believe after short ride i feel muddy sand particles sticking on me and sometimes in my mouth too.. i love this bike’s round headlight accompanied with its beafy chunky tyre looks.. guess have to trade them for some odd windshield
Practically yes the Carbon Racing wanderer windshield is better.... But it's better if highways are the only place you'll take your bike to....for regular use I found the CR windshield to be just too big.
Hi there - I got the visor tinted with a medium tint film from a local sticker shop - if you noticed I also got the headlight frame wrapped with a black film (it was chrome earlier). Entire thing cost me Rs.200/-
Now that's something that I don't think anyone has tried yet. RE provides a set of holders with the visor to make it fit the Interceptor.... Now whether those would directly fit the Himalayan - This my friend is something I'll have to see for myself before coming to a conclusion.
Hello people. I've ordered and received the same windshield for himalayan. Let me inform you that the windshield will not accomodate the knuckle guards from Royal Enfield. As a matter of fact, it will not accomodate any knuckle guard from any company. The company Carbon Racing claims that their windshield supports the original Himalayan handle bar and knuckle guard, but it doesn't. I would inform you that the company has falsely claimed that it fits with the above mentioned set-up, but it doesn't. So whoever has a RE Himalayan, and has knuckle guards, do not buy this windshield. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS WINDSHIELD IF YOU ARE USING STOCK HANDLE BAR ALONG WITH ORIGINAL/AFTERMARKET KNUCKLE GUARDS.
I can only afford to keep one bike for now...same bike does highways and city rides.. 110-120 kmph on the highways for hours feels extra tiring becuase of the wind blast so this was necessary....plus I find the Carbon Racing wanderer windshield awkwardly huge.
Hi there... Bhai looks to ekdum subjective cheez hai...kisi ko kuch achha lagta hai to kisi ko kuch. I don't really-really like the way this visor looks on my bike but I personally don't mind it that much. For eg: Some people have put on that race fairing on their Interceptor/GT just like the one which is available for Triumph Thruxton R... Now some think that it looks fabulous but I personally can't stand it and would never get it installed on my bike. But I totally understand your point.

MK designs have come with a clamp for Himalayan BS6 windshield. I guess this is BS4. Which one is better?

So the Carbon Racing Himalayan Windscreen can be fitted on the MK windscreen mount?
If the carbon Racing visor fits directly to the stock Himalayan setup then yes it would fit the MK mounts.
