- S TIER weapon. Nullify power creeps a little bit. In this video I go over (and show) multiple god rolls for it. There is a roll for everyone on it so craft what you want, but there are a couple VERY special rolls. All the weapons that came out, I would nullify in the top 3.

Under-Over really got a huge buff since Subjugator health bars are coded as shields. Makes you do drastically more against Subjugators at all times, totally worth considering.
I'm so damn glad I didn't shard my roll with under over and vorpal. Lol. I saw it, went "Meh.", and threw it in the vault. Since I don't have the red borders yet, I'll definitely be trying to see how it feels.

As someone with a roll with no reload help other than Flared Magwell, just a bit of reload help+ a loader is honestly all it needs to feel good (and I'm a reload & handling fiend). Under-Over + Chaos Reshaped is definitely what I would recommend, especially in a Barrier Pulse Episode.
Tons of other craftable Solar guns can give you Heal Clip + Incan, that's such a boring & oversaturated combo.

When I saw that Chaos Reshaped was basically Frenzy on crack I immediately jumped for that, Frenzy is already one of my favorite PvE perks in endgame content because of how easy it is to proc not even requiring a kill, and now you give me a version that not only stacks to One For All levels of damage but also starts healing me and you have a quick contender for my favorite Primary Weapon perk in the game, only thing it's missing is the reload boost as the tradeoff so I went Firefly/Chaos to compensate it back to 100 Reload after a kill in addition to the extra AoE damage.
Something I think that Bungie should bring back is damage bonuses on Raid Weapons against the main enemy faction of the Raid. Salvations Edge Weapons should have increased damage against Dread. Whether its the Origin Trait or not.
They can just add that to the effects of their raid-specific origin trait in addition to what they already do. It can be a small bonus, just something, like 5%.
It'd be cool flavor.

Hear me out. The pvp issue with these isn’t their own frame. It’s that 340’s have been way too easy to use for a .67 ttk from 40 meters for literal years now. And they’ve only gotten easier to use with multiple updates.
While I somewhat agree, I think these frames are particularly worse due to their very handling too. That's why its so much harder to counter that with these than it is for say, a 140 hand cannon, or even a lightweight pulse.
@@tenacity25 340 and 450 aggro pulses both along with these have poor handling. These have enough range i don’t consider them even competing in the same way 140’s do. 140 HC’s also have a .87 with zero forgiveness on crits and damage falloff. That’s not the reason why these struggle. It’s the better pulse frames.
@@tcritty2812 No, no, what I'm saying is that higher handling would help these frames compete with the better pulse frames in the same way that those other 0.87s TTK guns could, even within the same range space.
It's not a reason, its one of multiple potential solutions.

@@tenacity25 I mostly wasn't crazy how Coolguy kept showing such an awkward upclose duel clip you'd normally not want to get yourself into and acted like that is enough to really write off the frame as "bad", yet Cool Guy in recent past has championed for lesser used Lightweights and Adaptives pulses being super competitive when often they are frames that suffer hard leaving somebody with fractions of health left due to the damage per shot and needing an edge of a dmg perk to feel nicer. You can make anything feel like garbage if you're way too close of range and challenging something that can hit you for a lot more. Yeah sure you're not gonna run and gun up close with Messenger but if you're a good shot you have infinitely larger of a hedged bet to lay the hurt up close just on what the frame offers.
I don't mind critiques and I get 2 burst in general aren't gonna be everyone's thing, I just feel like it's a bit corny to show 1 single clip of a less than ideal engagement and act like that's enough to not run it.

I bet Abyss Defiant is going to be amongst the top 3. The origin trait synergizes amazingly with it.
Scout rifles that reload one bullet at the time prock heal clip the best.

Nullify is without a doubt, one of the best Solar Legendary Pulse Rifles. Currently using Heal Clip + Chaos Reshaped and it's a blast.
This pulse has literally replaced all my other solar pulse rifles!!
Firefly/chaos for master/grandmaster content.
Heal Clip/Incandescent roll has replaced Adhortative
Demo/incandescent roll has replaced BXR-Battler
Firefly/incandescent for general gameplay
This pulse has literally powered creeped every single pulse rifle.
Chaos Reshaped has power creeped frenzy with 35% weapon damage and 40 health every 7 seconds!
To be fair 40 health every 7 seconds isn't all that significant. The damage increase is super nice though I'd argue a big part of Frenzy is the reload speed bump.
@@ROFLWAFFLELAWL4 the main bonus is clearly the 35% weapon damage. The health is literally a free perk on the already insane weapon damage.

My planned roll for pvp is going to be Under-Over + Collective wiyh a full stability suit, acting as an anti-OS/Woven Mail & Healing machine, being able to outrange most of the commonly used weapons currently and shoot back at things like No Time and Red Death, though always sticking to peek shooting, since these pulses feel like super long range hand cannons more than pulse rifles.
Not saying I disagree on the TTK point, but like... MOST weapons and MOST players would have lost that duel. That was a Messenger, had you dead to rights, shot first, even by a hair, and hit their crits.
Yeah, I find that I agree with coolguy on most things, but what guns *can* realistically beat a messenger that gets a burst (with crits) on you before you've even aimed at them?
The origin trait on these weapons was so disappointing. We’ve been getting banger after banger but this one just feels useless in most settings
Loving Chaos Reshaped, great perk. Got it on Critical Anomaly w/ chill clip and the bonus dmg on sniper crits plus freeze is funny
Nullify with Critical Anomaly with Chill clip covers all champ types for GM's and since Chaos Reshaped works like Frenzy you can run it on both and keep it up for a long time as you hot swap. It's easily my favorite GM combo this season.
Heal clip + chaos reshaped is the reason to care about this thing in pvp imo, and that's a crazy unique combination. Constant self healing.
If they ever buff these things, that's gonna shred.

Crafting is neat. But with Masters out Imma aim for a double/triple godroll version. something future proof instead of having 2-4 nullifies.

Some reddit posts were sayin chaos reshaped situational perk with 22 sec cooldown but every endgame activity which challenging you proc easily. love it.

Kinda enjoy it in Cruci, I got Zen+Desperado and it is definitely a lil wonky, definitely not a scout, but I’m also willing to take the .67 sec bet against options like Messenger. It also gives me a chance to set down my Cryo77k and use Trespasser.

Besides it being energy, would you really do anything different then blast furnace in pve? I just feel it’s the only legendary pulse rifle i would take in hard content.
I'm using Blast Furnace with Tremors One for All. Shreds in GMS. And with the current GM where those fallen drop the mines on death. The tremors destroy the mines.

I crafted a Firefly/Incandescent and I love it. But after crafting a Heal Clip/Chaos Reshaped I feel unstoppable lol…..it is so good trust me lol
At first I wanted demo/incandescent to replace bxr, then i realized bxr is better for the job since add clear doesnt need the high damage

While good tyranny is a lightweight frame. Probably the worst archetype in game for bows

I don’t agree with the example at 12:15 at all. That was a perfect 2 burst at a 0.67 ttk. Khvostov is slower than that and would’ve lost that gun fight too. Is Khvostov bad then, too?
Something I'm confused by in the video - it's stated at 8:10 that exotic primaries used to deal 40% more damage to red bars! Is this no longer the case? When was it changed? Thank you!
Since final shape they now only deal 30% extra when compared to legendaries

I use adhortative with heal clip and incandescent in all content now with phoenix warlock helm, 400 easiest pvp kills, paired with dragons breath can solo most things and pardon my dust disorientating just makes it even easier
You should try to get a subsistence or heal clip/incandescent darkest before from the prophecy dungeon

11:53 that’s unfortunately what happens when you try to duel a high impact pulse with literally anything except an smg or sidearm. No other primary comes close to its ttk except maybe 4 burst pulses, which are quite literally just worse versions of high impacts. The state of high impact pulses is just an unfortunate oversight by bungie
the 0.67 drops drastically IF they miss a bullet. these 2 bursts don't apply that much flinch compared to a HC, smg or sidearm.
@@CoolGuyGames that’s true, but these days you have perks like rapid hit or zen moment to keep your bullets tightly grouped, and I think that plays a huge role in high impacts dominance in that engagement space
So as far as PvP goes, what would the archetype need to hang better in the snadbox? damage profile/RoF? Range?
it's a hard place to. Damage profile will allow it to get to 2 bursts with damage perks. 0.47 at 39m isn't good. So they won't do that. If anything it would be a RoF change to get it to a 0.8. damage perks will get it to a 0.67. Otherwise it would be to nerf outliers.
@@CoolGuyGames Going off your Aisha's Care review, with Desperado being the recommended 4th col perk, an RoF buff would make sense (maybe a bit below Desperado active). And whatever indirect tweaks happen over time.

Yeah I tryed the Aisha’s care in pvp for a few games and its in such an odd spot cuz it feels like if a 140 hc became a pulse but now its a 2 shot burst. U can peak shot better than a tradish pulse and has the same ttk as a 140 with more range, BUUTTTT the 18 zoom ruins this type of pulse for me if they made these like 16-17 zoom they could duel waayyyyy better imo. Cuz if I wanna map ppl with a pulse then y not just go elsies or messy or even disparity or belisarious? And those pulse can 2 burst any guardian and if I wanna peak shot then I could just use a 140, SoOoOo WTF 2 burst pulse ya gotta step it up!

@@arjunbaweja7755personally the timers are way too strict for me. It’s a raid that demands perfection. That and from what I’ve seen of the 4th encounter I just don’t like it.
Heal clip shines the most when you can empty a clip as fast as possible and the reload is fast. Heal clip just doesn’t feel as good on things like pulse rifles. It feels so good on heliocentric because you’re constantly emptying the clip and reloading.

You could get away with just doing the first encounter. It's honestly very easy and that encounter drops the Pulse, SMG, and Bow which I'd argue are the main ones to go for. There's the sword, sniper, and glaive which I think you can get most from the final encounter which itself is also fairly easy but I don't see a reason to rush to get them.
Wonder if Bungie would let me buy one for 1000 silver. I’m not gonna raid so I’ll just have to use other weapons. ;)

This is the weapon I am most looking forward to in the raid. I am a sucker for these two burst rifles, and I can't wait to craft one.
Meh. This archetype sucks. Slower than 450, deals as much damages as the comp pulse, which can have 3 stats above 80/90 with elemental compensator and headsicker. Trials god roll is okayish, this is the same.
