Shukriyaa ! You saved me a lot of trouble this evening. I will explain. I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which I bought when the phone was first released. Recently it started acting up and eventually it would no longer charge and it was doing odd things like dropping contacts, etc. So I rushed out of the house this afternoon to find a mid-price phone with a phablet screen size. I settled on the LG Stylus 2 DAB+.
When I got the new phone home (after all the shops had closed) I tried to put my original SIM into the LG. Nope! The new phone is a nano-SIM unit and the Note 2 was micro-SIM. What to do? So I came onto TH-cam and watched your video. I followed your instructions precisely and, to my great delight, the SIM started working just fine in the new LG phone. So thank you very much, my friend! You saved me a lot of hassle! :)
