Seriously this is the best instructional wrestling video I’ve seen in terms of structure/production. It goes without saying that Cary is world class. Things I appreciate about the production: alternating to use in a real match, the concise instruction (no dead time), repeating the move multiple times from multiple angles (I don’t have to rewind), pausing for slow motion at key points, the music/graphics make it more engaging too, high quality videography/lighting. All in all, great quality. I would pay money to have access to videos/instruction produced at this level of quality because it keeps my kids engaged and is so digestible. Thank you and please make more like this!
