Just bought a RCF2072 to replace my moth eaten Rhino .
Immediately removed all the plastic driveline "condoms " to get the grease zerks and the shear bolt.
And yes...I don't like slip clutches on a brush hog,
    Good video Kevin....Thanks,

Crazy Uncle Duke, the grease zerks are a challenging for sure. So far this cutter is working out ok.

@@KevinGreer I haven't used mine as of yet but to only brush hog 10 acres of open land on my place in East Texas.
I'm sure when the weather cools down I'll put it to a real test taking down elm suckers and cedars that took over the place after I got out of the cattle business.
      Thanks for your reply.

Roll of paper towels right at grinder sparks is quite a fire hazard. I would relocate immediately .

I cant get to the grease plug on the clutch end of the pto.

Try disconnecting the drive shaft from the PTO and turn it to line up with the hole in the plastic shield. Hope that helps.

@@KevinGreer thanks but the hole in the shield completely covers the plug no matter the position. Have to unhook the shaft every time just to grease it. Looks like with all the money this equipment costs and the maintenance required they could come up with a better method.

That’s for sure, that grease zerk is the hardest to get too. I also use an extension that I made to help. I will make a video

bigal25938 take a look at video #55 I just uploaded on the grease extension I use on the driveline. Maybe this will help out.

@@KevinGreer That one is almost impossible to get to.

Can you be more specific as to how you greased the fitting inside the bell cover. I haven’t figured that out.

Watch video #55, I show the extension I made and how to use it.

Great video....My stump jumper blew apart (surprising that it only has about 80 hr of cutting on it). But, to change it out, does anyone know the 'proper' way to bind the driveline down so I can break off the lower nut? There is no go place to put a bar in there and didn't know if bind the clutch down would damage it. Thanks!

Gary Moody I have not had to do that. Maybe try hitting it with an impact. If that does not work unbolt the clutch. Use the clutch bolt hole with a bolt and a piece of angle iron to bolt it down.

I have the 60 inch version. On the ends of that bumper piece did you add the bolts or did it come that way? I have seen photos without and mine is without. You can imagine the result.
    Thanks.
