Once a barber has mastered how to fade out lines, I don't think there is a such thing as a bad barber. Customers just don't like his style of his fading and call him a bad barber because it's not the style they were used to or wanted. There are 101 ways to do a basic mid fade but the client wants it done one specific way, and if that barber doesn't do it that specific way then the client will say "he's a bad barber".
I love your work kann you are a awesome barber and i love the way you explain as you go ..i am a cosmetologist but always been infatuated with barbering i found a guy who teaches barbering to cosmetologist and took a class it was nice but i start getting scared when a actual client come to the salon so i just stick to what i do but i also work at a phyc ward cutting hair all day so i have lots of practice .i love watching your videos Thank you very much keep up the good work
cynthia morgan thank you so much Cynthia i really appreciate your comment. i totally understand what you mean. I still get scare from time to time. But i know that i need to just do it if i want to improve. I was scared that i would mess up. But let me tell u something the first time u do something you’re gonna mess up for sure!! Let’s make that clear as day! And let’s get that out the way. So when i realized that no matter what i do for the first time that i was going to mess up, i stopped worrying about messing up. Cause i knew i was going to mess up. I hope i explained that clear. So now i don’t have any fear of messing up. Which is great because, before i would be fearful of messing up, and that fear was what was keeping me from trying to do the haircut, Which kept me from learning
I have been following this channel since 1000k subs... but then forgot about it. I always come back to learn new techniques. Btw. I am also asian self learned barber and it’s an awesome hobby ! :-)
I learned so much about cutting hair from you im not steady handed enough to do no guildlines but i use your guidline bald fade technique inch up lever open no guard and 1 guard closed fade into that then do no guildlines with the bulk of the hair 🙌
Fynal Abode thank you so much!! Yes i would point cut a comb over! Point cutting gives the hair volume and texture, i think it would give the comb over more life!
I love your cuts....your style of cutting is amazing but the very first time I stepped outside of my box and tried to do a bald fade....I tried your method and man....it was awful lol so I said ok I need tip practice that one and I fixed it by doing it the way a lot of other barbers said to do it....lmao I wish you could've been there....you would've thrown up from laughing and i don't get offended by it because hey it was horrible....I can't explain exactly what I did but I know it was all WRONG!!!! Lol boy I would've paid good money for you to have seen that cut....lmao now.....boy oh boy....anyway I'll keep practicing because I didn't to get it right....lol have a good day sir
Elite Mentality yeah it’s tough at first, you have to visualize where the blend will end. Usually i only blend up about an inch per guard! Keep that in mind when u try the no guideline technique
your style of fading is unique and they always come out crispy! love your work🖒learning allot from your tutorials😁
Nice cut, ALWAYS positive vibes!
I love these videos bro. Describing a haircut as crispy is so damn satisfying to me.
