Introducing the Fair Housing Land Use Score

Researchers with the UCLA Lewis Center developed the Fair Housing Land Use Score, a new tool to measure how effectively local regulations promote inclusion across neighborhoods. In this webinar, the researchers behind this tool will introduce the score and reveal results for several Southern California cities. They'll also discuss implications for neighborhood segregation, affordability, and homelessness - and share how this new tool can help cities plan more racially and economically integrated communities moving forward.
