In a month i wil start my first year as a student interior designer so seeing a game that’s like the Build mode in The Sims and gameplay like Houseflipper combined is like so so soooo amazing!!! Great video and thank you for the first look at this game! ☺️
as an architecture graduate, this is awesome. time to polish my ID skills for free 🤣. though the game obviously have so much to improve, but considering its free, cant complain much. graphic is giving lumion 10 rendering. i hope they can refine them a bit in the future. everything looks too boxy and sharp edges. and the lighting is a little dim to my liking. hope they have adjustment setting for that. definitely loving the catalog and customisation option. It will be wonderful if we can customize the wall to be able to do half-half finishing. overall i cant wait to try this myself! thank you for sharing your first thought! 💕

I dont exactly have all information, but I heard something about Valve where they rely on as a developer and they changed something globally recently with fees developers need to pay per player or something. Which is why they had to change their plans when it comes down to pricing their game. So instead of making the base game free and the optional dlc 19,99, they now planned to launch the base game for 19.99 and make the dlc free.. However.. for me the game now is 15 euros or so? So maybe they changed it to 15 euros base game and 5 euros for the dlc.. I honestly dont know more than this 🙈 sorry about that!
@@DeLadysigner i dont know, i havent touched it in 3 weeks, waiting for the update that will bring sandbox mode because quite frankly the missions or story mode to make money are really not my jam.
I love the concept. But miss the freedom of your own creation and personal style that would still satisfy the clients. The texture of what you have just look terrible in my opinion. I understand that you work your way up that grants you more and more good looking textures, but still. Come on, it could be better looking even from start. I understand that this is a free game, but if we could pay a lower price and get more and better looking textures would be a lot better in my opinion

I recorded this video before it launched. And back then the plans were to make it a free to play game with a paid optional DLC. And then righr before launch valve company whichbgame devs use to launch games on steam or something was charging all devs an x amount per player. (Something like that) so thats why thay had to change their launch strategy 😊
That was the plan, until steam added a new rule that all developers had to pay x amount per sale.. dont know if this new rules really got through, but that was the reason why they had to release the plan of making the game freetoplay at launch..

It needs a lot of optimizing at the moment, lots of irritating visual glitches. Theyre not game breaking just annoying.
