Going through this right now. Took a whole year off (Career Break). Still haven't been able to figure out what I want to do next. Sometimes I contemplate going back to IT, but thinking about it again scares the hell out of me !!!
It seems like an absolute yes for mid 30 profs. Great content. Please continue to do the sessions. Would be happy to be a part of the network that's in building.
Thank you pavan for another interesting and useful content, today video is reflection of struggle(having more than 10 yrs experience). Request you to please make more videos and provide career guidance.
Rightly said Pavan, a lot of folks struggling with this but refrain from discussing..series specifically targeted at this theme would be helpful…waiting for the google form…
Thank you for this video. Even though I am in my mid-20s and have 2.5 years of experience, I believe it is important for me to prepare myself for this particular issue. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more videos on this topic. Additionally, if possible, I would love to see a career plan tailored for individuals in their mid-20s. Thank you once again for your valuable insights.
Yes Pavan.. this is very insightful topic to understand our career planning after 30s or early 40s..it will be excellent to have a series of videos from you!! I immensely benefit from what you share from your videos
Hey Pavan, You are doing an incredible job, everyday i lookup for your videos and lot of learning and insightful vidoes. Please do make a series on this topic and trust me this will definetly help lots of folks out there, Thank you.
I can feel this each and every words. As he said by the time you spend 8 to 9 years, either you should be the kind of go to person in your organization or you should have command over your skills! So that you are in demand always. But IT is changing so rapidly. AI, ML, IoT are not everyone's cup of tea. So how to upskill and have a good career path? I have been working in Business analyst domain, want to progress in to Product owner role, eventually one fine day as Product management roles. Anyone can shed some lights?? He talked about networking in this video😅 let's have a productive discussion here fellas 😂
Many Thanks for making this video, I am actually going through this even after completing 10 yrs of work experience, although I am doing well in my field but in a dilemma whether I acquired the required skills to perform and doing better compare to other peers in the same field. Please make a series to guide in the grey areas
Thanks pavan! You are the perfect mentor one can expect🎉 Although i am in my initial years of career, your guidance and insightful knowledge is helping me to chuck over the competition Keep doing the good work!
I am working in a bank and have seen many business men who are successful and have crores of net worth. What i have observed in all of them is more than family or anything they focus on their business. The point here to take is if want to have both you must be ready to accept trade off or have a bigger vision of developing yourself so that it can be helpful for your family in the future.
Amazing content Pavan. IPL part was bit funny but a sarcasm. Can you please make a video on how a data science expert can transform his career into a management consultant role
Thank you sir for creating this channel ,it helps me to do think better ,kindly create a video to transform ones career in 30s and meetups would be great .
How to get better in career at 30s is definitely a topic we would love you to speak on. Is there a series already? Thank you for all the practical guidance
Hi pavan, please continue with his series. I just turned 30 last November but I am trying to switch my career. Also, if possible through you experience can you please let me know when could be a possible career options in IT with software licensing/ software asset management background
Thanks TH-cam for suggesting this video. I clicked on the video thumbnail within minutes. How to register a startup company in India? I am from bangalore btw.
Thank you so much for sharing this. It gave me so much clarity, especially as I'm entering my 30's and am weighing out so many different factors. Would you say getting the MBA degree earlier allowed you the flexibility to pick options you like vs options that are more lucrative?
i have changed it back to IT from my wealth sales management and there is no job satisfaction. all i achieved is get my self free time to work on something new.
I have 11 years of experience in the operations management and supply chain management domain. I am planning to switch my career towards data analytics field
@@athulkrishna8916 It is a good field, there is no doubt. But, I am not living in India. Right now I am in Dubai and planning to move to either Canada or Australia. For that, I felt Data Science or Data Analytics are better options.
