Beautiful Reaction! I have watched Angelina Jordan for at least 2 years now. I have watched many, many reactors to her songs from the age of 6 to 16. Many reactors say that she invokes emotions that are depicted in the original songs but she cannot have experienced any of these emotions herself because of her young age. Some reactors, actually, ask “ what will it be like when she has experienced these emotions”. Well, welcome to emotions that she can evoke and emotions that she has experienced. True, she wrote the song to pay homage to her recently passed away grandpa a couple of years ago. And when she wrote the lyrics she wanted people who may have had a similar experience to get comfort from her words. When she first recorded the song in the studio she admitted she started to cry near the end of the song. True, your reactions are genuine and if you cannot gather the energy to string together some words for us, so be it. Your heart is overwhelmed with love from her heart and it happens to all of us. And her wish would be for you to pass that love onto people you come in contact with. To be the best you can be as a wonderful human being. True, Angelina is who she is and she's not going to change magically into some kind of a super force. She is, I believe, a messenger of love. Have been following Angelina for years and this song really hit home because of loved ones lost at the same time, I struggle to listen to this song now because of the emotions it evokes. Studio version more so.
She turned 16 this month. And the thing is - she's getting better. Good as she is, she's getting better! Just wait until you see the latest live studio videos that she's put out in collaboration with the folks at Republic Records (who also produced this one; for which there is a live studio one as well). The live videos of her covers (versions) of Adele's All I Ask and Easy On Me are gorgeous. The production and presentation are perfect - just right for her. And she sings like a Goddess. I will confess I had not looked at your reaction videos prior my discovering AJ a few weeks ago, but since then I frequently drop by to see what are reacting to. I find that you very often seem to react to various things much the way I would. It is nice to know we are both right🤓🐙🦑! And particularly that is true with this wonderful young singer - Man, she can get you right in "feels" and she will not stop she hits the core! When I first heard "Million Miles" and had not read her statement about it being written straight from her heart to the listeners', I was almost in tears. After I read that statement, the next time I listened to it, I was in tears. That was totally unexpected, given that I am a 74-year-old semi-retired itinerant pedagogue, who had been convinced he had seen it all... And that, the "All" that he had seen was none too good, either. Well, then I discovered AJ, and found this truly beautiful young women, whose beauty extends through her entire being, and who exhales more talent with each breath than I could have ever hoped to have had in my entire life, certainly has shown me how wrong I was. It floored me totally the first 50 times hearing it. Going through the thoughest year of my life, I watched the lyrics video, doing my best to sing along, but voice was cracking up and tears pouring. Well TDS, very little talking on this one, but sometimes not saying much says it all. We got your message. Very glad that you resurrected this reaction from the abys. Some reactors do not take the time to figure this out and their work is lost. Hopefully, the masking is a UMG thing and not a requirement on every video. The way that you pumped yourself up prior to playing the video reminds me of what I used to do before a big event - a football game or a big sales call.
That is how I used to pump myself up before football (American Football) games. This was definitely a UMG thing. The didn't block the re-upload, just claimed it this time.

Just wait until you see the latest live studio videos that she's put out in collaboration with the folks at Republic Records (who also produced this one; for which there is a live studio one as well). The live videos of her covers (versions) of Adele's All I Ask and Easy On Me are gorgeous. The production and presentation are perfect - just right for her. And she sings like a Goddess. FYI, the young Angelina in the video was portrayed by Angelina's younger sister and her uncle stood in for her grandfather. The notebook contains the original lyrics and artwork, the two portraits in the hallway are Angelina's grandfather's, both lost to her in the past few years. The shoes and sweater were her grandfather's. Angelina uses the moon as a symbol in multiple compositions. And Angelina is now over six feet tall. You get an idea of her height when you see her leaning on the kitchen counter.

It was worth the wait, fantastic reaction again and check out, "I'm Still Holding Out For You", she was 10 when she recorded it, but not leaked until she was 12, before the original released his version. You will feel every song she sings, but she has some cheerful ones, so don't worry about getting slayed on every performance, some you feel it, but it's a good feeling, like, "Valerie", an Amy Winehouse cover, God Bless!

There are two more videos and slightly different songs to this song. One where the video is paintings by her grandmother which is a very gold video.
But my favorite out of the three is her live studio recording. Its still the same song but with some tweaks and video is different.

Hi TDS, I was going to add a comment, but I see Kenny Gorgas (below) beat me to the substance of it. I will confess I had not looked at your reaction videos prior my discovering AJ a few weeks ago, but since then I frequently drop by to see what are reacting to. I find that you very often seem to react to various things much the way I would. It is nice to know we are both right🤓🐙🦑! And particularly that is true with this wonderful young singer - Man, she can get you right in "feels" and she will not stop she hits the core! When I first heard "Million Miles" and had not read her statement about it being written straight from her heart to the listeners', I was almost in tears. After I read that statement, the next time I listened to it, I was in tears. That was totally unexpected, given that I am a 74-year-old semi-retired itinerant pedagogue, who had been convinced he had seen it all... And that, the "All" that he had seen was none too good, either. Well, then I discovered AJ, and found this truly beautiful young women, whose beauty extends through her entire being, and who exhales more talent with each breath than I could have ever hoped to have had in my entire life, certainly has shown me how wrong I was. She really makes it ( = life, the universe, and everything, to borrow a line from The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy), worthwhile, again.
