Chris Coleman always speaks my language. He understands groove more than "beats", and he always has that one hilarious moment where he makes a face at a camera. Hahaha. It shows how much he just loves drumming.
Unbelievable!! The power, the precision, speed, creative ideas, groove - what a flawless performance! What control and command over his instrument and rhythm in general! Plus he has this energy and charisma, and makes it look like it's the easiest thing to do!
A lot of people don't think fast and energized drumming has pocket, but this is proof that it totally does. Impeccable time. Impeccable consistency. Impeccable dynamics and note placement. If that doesn't count as pocket then I don't know what does.

Even when full blown drumming you can see the rhythm of the beat moving through his entire body quite vividly. Especially around the 3 minute mark.

I know there are a sea of drummers out there that are incredible and all but there is something with Chris that sets him apart.. His groove and feeling is something you can spot from only hearing him play for only a few seconds. As well as power to his playing, to have a heavy hand yet be as fast and articulate is a damn pleasure to always watch. He for me is definitely apart of the mount Rushmore of drummers, hands down!

I have listened to a lot of drummers that made a cover of this track. And when I say a lot, I mean a LOT (including Kaz himself). But to be honest with NO DISRESPECT especially to Kaz, THIS MAN RIGHT HERE PLAYED TO THIS TRACK THE BEST THAN ANYONE I HAVE EVER WATCHED.
