The place I saw, although this was a while ago and I was just a visitor, was a complete dump. It was a halfway house located in south Minneapolis; I felt bad for the guys who were stuck there. Looked like they were cutting A LOT of corners there, so no surprise.

Minnesotans should be wary of DHS. They are completely incompetent. This type of thing has been going on for decades along all lines of Medicaid provider’s and perhaps Trump needs to have DOGE intervene. I think that’s what it will take honestly.

Psychiatrists see you for 40 to 50 minutes and charge for charting and other paperwork. It is how it works in medicdl care.
