    ive been exercise for years and everything is totaly a fact, number one key in achieving this is to trust yourself and achieve discipline. im not buff but i fell light and confidence and better than before. you really make my day, tnx for making this video a great motivation to start my day.

    Definitely have felt more confident lately. I would work out every other day but now the only days I don’t workout are Mondays and Saturdays.

      there is nothing wrong with eating a lot. All that matters is not to eat excessively compared to how much you need/burn. If you exercise a lot you'll need more fuel.

    Feeling sore does not mean you had a good workout. When you are sore is because your body is not used to workout, after 2 weeks or so, you will never feel sore again, and every person reading this that knows or workout frequently will agree with me.

    Well, started working out regularly (2-3times a week) 2.5 months ago. Had some major body recomposition happen. I am back to my high school weight but can fit into smaller clothes then i could back then. So working out has done wonders for me and i will continue on with it.

    This gives me even more determination! I always wanted to do gymnastics, but my mom does not want me to! I am too "old" she says for a 14 year old girl. So I am self taught...Doing splits and stuffs isn't being "flexible enough" for her!

    Helps with the lungs too. In JROTC, I had to work out every Friday. I have asthma that reacts to over exertion but in my junior year, the only year I was actually able to do the exersices, I noticed that throughout the year I had better lung function because I ran through asthma attacks and it seemed to have strengthen my lungs because at the end of the year, on my last two mile runs, I had no problem with breathing while running.

    I started the gym almost a month ago and can already feel differences I have more stamina can lift more than I would and I can see that my body is starting to get stronger and push out more like my chest and if I tense my arms they haven't grown much of course in nearly month but definitely feel a bit bigger and harder also I did realise after starting the gym I need the bathroom more often but I also realised I'm not cold as much as I used to be at times like cold weather isn't so bad

    I remember when I used to work out I used to feel more confident. However I say used to because I stopped but this got me pumped so you know what I will work out I just hope I can keep a well balanced routine. For having the determination and dedications is the number one thing that gets you to looking and feeling better and living a happy life :)

    If anyone is depressed or sad atm try exercising for like 10-30 minutes, it works and in the morning before school it boosts my mood and I feel happy and confident so try it out.

      Twenty øne Trapdøørs Exactly. working our is about more than trying to be skinny. So many benefits. Bigger ppl are often judged for working out but still being big or overweight and skinny people always get asked why they work out when they are already skinny.

    After serious knee surgery, I've been on crutches and can do zero activity. I was extremely active before the surgery and I've already felt a serious loss of muscle and stress management since.

    I have an extra room next to my garage so we made it into a gym, I added my treadmill and wide tall
    mirrors with a stereo for music. When anyone asks if I go to the gym I say:
    "no I have my own gym at home"
    Lol people think I'm rich.. but I'm not, I just put my workout machines in the extra room in my house and called it a gym 😂

    I love working out the only thing I really don't like about it is the locker room. But since I watch the Talko (ur amazing btw) my locker smells the best looks the best and is most useful but when I exercise I don't push myself too hard

    0:46 Sorry but that’s just not true at all. If you feel sore it just means you’re muscles are not used to that exercise. Not that your workout wasn’t good or whatever. It seems a lot of people don’t get that, which I totally understand because I didn’t either for a while.

    after a week of exercise I feel great! I thought im going to be fat bcause my body start to feel hungry more often. Now I know why thanks TheTalko 😮

    I do 2/3 reps of the same current one cos I love it and until I can't lift anymore (Ex.: 7* push up, arms (💪🏻) shaking badly) I don't stop! My mom says that DOMS are for bad stretching, but I know that's for good training 😊! I train once a week for about 1 hour on weekends (Ex.: Bicep, chest & abs) and doing the major exercises well

    Have seen women that do pushups, bench, bicep curl, situps and do other upper body exercises and had no breast saginess and had the best and firmest ones ive seen. Have also had a gf that had slighty saggy boobs that started doing pushups etc and it even reversed sagginess and lifted and firmed them and made them look way better.

    i work out at home cause i dont have a gym membership, but man it still works ! only a little more than a year in and you can slightly see my abs! granted i wasnt overwight to begin with bt still...
