I'm biased because I used to watch him a lot, but Etika's book has to be one of the rarest out there, mainly because he is no longer with us. Knowing how much his legacy still carries to this day within the community, it definitely makes it even rarer.
Fun fact: with the 1.3 any* NBT book exploit, you actually could create tattered books! If you knew the tag was going to be added ~2 years later in 1.8... Also, while the title field was limited to 16 characters, the author field had no additional size checks besides the 32 kilobyte packet limit. Sad there are no books with multi-thousand character authors. (The NBT string tag limit is 65,535 characters, but the packet limit would be reached beforehand)
