Thank you the great master Shunyamurti! Indeed the real Self is an amazing mixture and total substance that consist on life, consciousness and love. That's why when I harm, beat or kill any living being I make the same and maybe more to my Self. Ego is a highly foolish, narcissistic and sometimes dangerous mental distortion of the truth and Self. But ego is also a very skillful social and linguistic trap. It is necessary to break the narcissistic mirror of the ego and to have courage and wisdom to liberate ourselves from the trap of the world.
Even the gods tremble to watch the plunge being taken... this most human leap which bears the toll of a total loss of an unbearable and pervasive illusion. You point poignantly, Shunyamurti.💐
The other core signifiers or wounds are fear and separation/mortification (mortification makes the rest feel nice. Fear is a splinter in the amygdala. Mortification is a hot knife to the heart). Not to mention that this video is 10 minutes of pure brilliance.
