Catalina Crunch was rumored to be selling over $1 million of keto cereal per month. Holy cow! Known as the world's first 0 sugar & low carb chocolate cereal. Suggested to be: 'healthy coco-puffs'
Magic Spoon, founded in 2019, has a huge online presence. Their cereals are grain and gluten free, with around 3g of net carbs per serving. The reviews on their website RAVE about the benefits and taste.
Ketogenic (Keto) is basically a diet that focuses on getting more calories from fats and proteins, while reducing intake of carbohydrates (carbs).
