I’m a skincare person since I’m useless at makeup but since I’ve started watching your videos my eye makeup has never looked better. My bestie loves makeup and was horrified when I wasn’t wearing any during my wedding rehearsal dinner. Needless to say, she approves of this new hobby. You’ve made my bestie proud.
I always have this thought as well! It’s not too loud, not too soft- it’s just right. I actually clicked on the link at the bottom of the description of Robert’s last video to listen to it because I always wonder what it is. It finally occurred to me to actually look for it 🤦🏻♀️ 😂
This is not related to makeup, but Robert, I just love your voice. It's so soothing! I suffer from an anxiety disorder and when I have an "episode", I just watch a few of your videos and I instantly feel better. Thank you for being you and existing :)))
Same. I suffet from chronic insomnia thanks to anxiety and watching his and James' videos has been really helping me chill out before bed recently. Thanks from all of us guys. 🖤
Would u and James ever consider doing a video where u swap channels and parody each other? Does anyone else think I’m a total genius or absolutely not??
So, I did not grow up girly at all. I had given up on wearing makeup, feeling confident in applying makeup, all of it. Called it quits. Until... A friend recommended I watch your channel because you give so many tips, you explain what you do, and even when reacting to possibly cringy things with kindness and humor. In 1 month, I've changed up everything FOR THE BETTER. I have a routine and products that are (admittedly evolving, but) fitting my skin and my face shape better than I've ever been able to achieve. Fun fact: I thought James was your impersonator for a hot second. (Why did he shave a swipe in his Brow? Did it grow in ao fast?? What is going on??) Now I watch your twin videos when I feel sad and all 3 of us just giggle along together. Sorry for being sappy and thanks for the empowerment 💜
So enjoyed this ... As someone who's pushing 50 with mature super dry skin I appreciate the use of all cream products. So glad this trend is here ... Thank you .. Always enjoy watching ... More videos on mature skin please need those pro tips 😍
Hey, does you skin get dryer as you get older? I'm in my 30s and I have quite oily skin, I got acne in my late 20s so I would look forward to my skin drying 😂 especially since time is already ruining my joints
Thank you, Robert for doing cream products!! October is usually when my skin really dries up and I switch to cream products. That doesn't mean I know what I'm doing, ergo, I watch you!! But this will be a blessing when I get used to using them!
In terms of cream products I use and love - Trinny London is where it’s at for me in terms of cream products. BFF De-stress, the cream lip2cheek and flush blushes, and also the sheer shimmers. 🤩
Off-topic but I love how you always take the time to address the newbies and introduce yourself! I just recently found your channel and that made me feel welcome so I subscribed :)
Robert!!! You’re almost at a million!!! I’m so happy for you. Watching you brings me so much joy and knowledge. All of us are so lucky to have a you, James, and Marcus. 🌲🦋🌲🦋🌲
You deserve SO MUCH MORE attention and praise! Beyond amazing artist! You’re my absolute favorite artist and appreciate your videos SO much. I am autistic, and you are so informative and explain everything so well that I have no trouble following or understanding which is so amazing. So thank you! Also, if you get the chance, could you please do a video on how your suppose to apply matte foundation and what to use. I love the coverage but I am not sure I am applying it correctly. Thank you so much!!
You’ve literally helped me to see how you apply/blend that Danessa Myricks colour fix paint. I purchased some and had a bit of trouble using them. I used my fingers to apply the product and it kept blending away when I tried to layer it. Thanks Rob! I’ll try a synthetic brush next time.
I doubt you’ll see this now, but I bought an iPad arm with a clamp on it and that’s what I use to hold my mirror, so you can pull it closer but still have room on your desk, and you can tilt it however you want. I just bought a square mirror to go in it. The arm thingy that I bought is actually marketed to clamp to your headboard to hold it over you in bed so you don’t have to hold your iPad up. It works like a charm!
I've been trying to add more creams into my looks too! especially with the season changing and drying me out. I like using the Lune+Aster creamy cheek duo, and RMS Beauty luminizer and eye polishes 😍
Robert you are so interesting and informative not to mention hilarious too! Watching you always improves my knowledge and my mood! Congrats on 900k+ views❣️❣️❣️
That Milky Way shadow is stunning😍🤩 never really thought about how cream eye shadows needs to be applied differently from powder ones, so this was very interesting!

I too wish there was a magic mirror...I am so nearsighted, there is no room between me and the mirror for brushes or pencils. Ugh!! Many blessings!!💖💖
I love Illamasqua, I have the highlighter OMG, the lipstick Maneater and a big tub of the hydra veil primer which literally makes your make up (almost completely) oil resistant.
I love checking my subscriptions and seeing a new Welsh video but got extra excited with this as I’ve been into Cream products for a bit now - maybe since the pandemic and minimalist vibe going around 🤔 I’ve been hoping my FAVORITE MUA would one day show us some tips and tricks 😉😚 Maybe because I can’t be bothered but I always end up just using my fingers for everything except concealer - I’m going to try to incorporate some of your brush techniques 😌👌🏼

Not a good long distance, dramatic (stage) look but beautifully natural up close especially in outside light. If understated is not what you like- you won’t like this line.
