They prepare lots of native snacks as well. Visit Angeles City & Mabalacat, interesting place 2 see & explore. Best cooks r Kapampangan. Lola Lin in Lake Elsinore, California.

Those foods that you bought from eatery simple carenderia its an typical Filipino food that can cooks in every household, its simple but delicious, Your family and even Valentina parents, are so simple we really loved watching you while eating youve just like a typical Filipino families enjoyed eating some Filipino food your the only foreign vlogger and your family eating that. I laughed at Valentina reaction about what gecko did its kind of yucky for sure you will get mad😂, even i experience that too in our house at province im going to eat then gecko drops something 😂. That green long chili is "siling haba" it can be eaten it not too much spicy, we make it also as dynamite chilli put something inside the chilli then wrap in lumpia wrapper then fry at oil. Your children is not picky, i really loved watching them while eating filipino foods, now a days more Filipino kids not eating that food they eat too much choosy especially when it comes to veggies. Just enjoyed what youve doing, and Valentina parents hope they will enjoyed also there vacation here in the Philippines. Anyways take care of you all, here in luzon were experiencing bad weather now coz of typhoon and heavy raiins its almost a week.

Your dad says Masarap like a true pinoy hahaha!!! Russian people are very cool! The siling labuyo are the small ones. Then there is Siling mahaba or espada (sword), siling daliri or siling pang sinigang. The long green ones. The long green orange or red are differ in spiciness and the long spicy ones are used in Bicol Express dish or ginisang lada in Albay.

every region have different cooking styles
sisig originally came from the mid north of the country which is Pampanga or the culinary capital of the Phils (but most pinoys would disagree because we all consider our towns as the capital 😂 and our moms as the kitchen president 😂
anyways going back to sisig, it's usually made from pig mask (including the snout, cheeks, ears)
what you ate may not be sisig, it might be another dish which we call Bopis or Kandinga (kan-deeng-ga)
it's made from the pigs/cows' respiratory organs ( throat, esophagus, lungs) and yes plus the liver.
cooking process is not the same
but the outcome looks like the same because all the meats are minced

They mostly like sinigang na bangus always and fried chicken. The lizard agrees to what you said Sir... enjoy your stay here in the Philippines and we pray for your country. Here you can find peace. Enjoy all the foods... God bless!

The difference of labuyo red chilli and the long Green chilli is that the red chili is more hot and spicy compared to green chilli. Because green chilli is usually used for cooking like sinigang / dinuguan/ kilawin even in ginataang gulay and many more.. unlike the red labuyo chilli is you can put it if you like more spicy into your cooking style.

Adobo is the sauce, so you can make it with anything, even vegetarian adobo with tofu and green beans. You might also want to try using red and brown rice instead of the white rice. Closer in taste to buckwheat and healthier. Valentina's parents are nice, very open to try new things. Do you only buy food from one place? Are there other eateries there?

My first Impression to you at first in Valentina her vlog i taught your ah very strict person ah serious man. but now we already know you. always be a nice person my friend coz you see how Filipino people interact with you. sometimes they want to talk with but I notice some of them are very hard to speak in English. even me I admit I'm not good in English but I already practice my way of communicating with you hear in YT that's I know my grammar is not so good but I hope you understand my point of view. Just keep on practicing Bisaya and Tagalog so the people around you is comfortable talking to you, it's very nice to know each other culture by knowing the person by means of communicating specially while you talked. Because Filipino wants to talked they want to communicate share some interest something like that.🥰😊✌👍👍
