Had a friend that attempted suicide by hanging. Her brother found her, still alive, but brain dead. She was taken to the hospital and put on life support. The next night I had a dream that I was sitting in my living room, when she came and sat with me and told me that everything was going to be okay and that she was going home now. Found out in morning that her parents had taken her off life support the night previous. Still can’t explain it, but the level of peace that I felt after talking to her was otherworldly.

My brother had a dream about the lead singer of Linkin Park, they had a long conversation and my brother got to thank him and tell him how he’d inspired him to start making music as a kid and to pursue it as a career. My brother woke up and quickly learnt that the lead singer had just committed suicide, making the dream truly bizarre.

How weird ,I randomly had a dream about a week after Chris Cornell died and found myself walking in a park with him .He was telling me where he used to play and what trees he climbed as a boy etc. Then there was like an abandoned small brick lock up of park building & he said that a girl had been murdered and found inside a water tank inside it & it scared but fascinated him as a kid.I had the EXACT same dream 3 times about a month apart and still wonder if a girl was found inside a water tank in 1960's--70' s Seattle ??

My grandad has Alzheimer’s and says a lot of random things. A couple weeks ago he tells us that the man that lives opposite us has died. We know this is not true and don’t pay him much attention. 24 hours later the man he was talking about had a heart attack and passed away. It was definitely probably just a coincidence but still a bit freaky.

@@extremecowz7694 when the human brain isn't functioning correctly, it can put its resources into solving "problems" that normal people wouldn't even notice. Heart attacks can often be caught early but the symptoms are sometimes so subtle you'd need superhuman attention to see the warning signs. So, while it's possible "superpowers" may actually exist; Alzheimer's probably isn't one. Source: My brain having about the same function as an alzheimer's patient. I got better thanks to the idiotically high level of effort I put into solving each individual problem with my body. You might think someone that far gone is just "gone" - no, we're still home, but the lights are off and curtains closed...

I have a weird one that happened to me recently. I'm actually doubting whether I should actually speak about it.
One regular evening, I went to bed, said goodnight to my family, and went to bed as usual. This was not late at night, but just before the start of my examinations.
I dreamt about nothing that night like I normally do, but then, I just started dreaming/woke up, and saw a circle of colours, and it was so bright that I had to shield my eyes from it. When I looked again it was gone.
That night I felt as though I saw a new colour but I have no way of describing it.
The thing had a bright red rim, with a white outline around the red. The new colour made up the major portion of the circle, and if memory serves me correctly I think its centre was red as well.
I have no idea what it is or was, and I do not know if I was dreaming or if I woke up.
Anywhosle, then I woke up/got up looked around my room and saw nothing. It was just as it was before I went to bed. Then I went back into an unsettled sleep.
Next morning I still remembered it, and told it to my mum a day or two later. She asked me about my health and I said that I wasn't feeling unwell, dizzy, etc.
I still feel usual, as I felt before the incident. It never happened again. I don't think I will ever know what that thing was or is.
Edit: I was not on drugs.

I went to hang with some friends one night at this place we called “the barn,” big hot spot for parties, right outside of town, private land, you get it. Anyways, we had maybe 7-10 people there all in front of the barn-looking-house that was there, and we were all sitting and shooting the shit. I took a break from the conversation to look up at the starry night sky cause I always thought it looked really pretty when you’re outside of town. I noticed a pretty big light thinking it was just attached to the top of the house for whatever architectural purpose, and thought nothing of it- until it started moving forward over me and the group of people around me. I tapped my friend to the right on the shoulder and just pointed up. I’ve never seen a human beings face look more terrified and happy at the same time, as he started shouting for the rest of the people around us to look up, as the light slowly moved even further past us. At this point, it was dark enough that whatever the light was doing up there illuminated the field in front of us. Then, once all of us were caught in dead silence by its awe, it shrunk almost completely in size, in a matter of seconds, and then shot off like a shooting star. To this day, none of us can explain what we saw any better than that.

I've only had 2 weird experiences in my life.
One I was sleeping in a friend's garage and awoke to something standing behind me, it was tall (like unnaturally tall) with unnaturally long limbs and red eyes. I remember feeling an overwhelming sense of dread like it was evil, I couldn't move or even turn my head to look at it after the first initial glance. It got closer and closer and eventually leant over me completely and was breathing on me, after that it tried to lie on me (almost absorbing itself into me) and just when I thought it was going to kill me it left. This was like 2am in the morning and I didn't sleep again til like 2am the next morning Lmao. After I learnt about sleep paralysis I feel a lot better about this experience but it freaked me out for years. The other one happened at work in broad daylight. I was in the bathroom at work alone and I could see this translucent "thing/figure" and I don't know how but when I got closer to it I felt physical pressure from it and I somehow knew it was "sickness" this thing put so much pressure on me I passed out and when I was woke I had flu like symptoms. I still don't know what that was to this day but put it down to a combination of stress, anxiety and watching too many things about viruses. Probably some sort of psychosymatic type episode. Normally there are logical/rational explanations to any circumstance when you look hard enough.

I strongly suspect that premonitions - especially those in dreams - have something to do with our limited perspective of the flow of time. My dreams occasionally come true. It happens once every few months. They're different from regular dreams; they're clearer, sharper, and last only for a few seconds. Just long enough to hear part of a sentence or get the layout of a room. The moments are entirely random and have no context or direct benefit; it's not like I see winning lotto numbers or anything awesome like that. Nor do I know when the event will occur in real life. Sometimes it happens a week later, others several months. But I dreamed of my aunt's near-death, a fire and burglary at another relative's house, and various small moments and locations during my travels. Even when I was a kid in school, I learned some lessons easily because I'd seen them in a dream. I used to chalk it up to deja vu, but keeping a dream journal has proven that wrong. As someone who is logical and science-oriented, the fact that I can't prove any of this is ridiculously annoying.
But the absolute worst one was when I was still awake. It happened several years ago, when I was living with my aunt and uncle. I was just drifting off to sleep around 5 AM, when I suddenly heard my uncle scream my name from right outside my window. It was loud and clear, and it sounded like he was terrified. We lived in a very dangerous neighborhood, so I thought he must have heard something outside and found a prowler. I immediately jumped up out of bed, grabbed an axe and flashlight, and went outside. But there was no one there.
My uncle screaming my name shouldn't have been possible for several reasons. He worked the graveyard shift at his company, and was always out the door by 4 AM. I texted him, and confirmed that he was already 40 miles away. But I had heard his voice. The area outside my window was not easily accessible, either. It was a side path that could only be accessed by the front gate several feet from my window, and the back gate that lead to the alley behind the house. Both gates were barricaded to prevent prowlers from getting in. If the front gate wasn't barricaded, it was big and noisy enough that it would've alert me that someone was using it. And if someone had climbed over the gates, there were fallen leaves all over the path. I would've heard the footsteps. Not even the raccoons and possums that regularly snuck through there were that quiet. What kind of burglar would go through all that trouble just to sneak up to my window and perfectly mimic my uncle's voice?
I told my aunt and uncle, and they said it was just a dream. But I wasn't asleep. There was the possibility of it being a hallucination brought on by exhaustion, but somehow I knew it was more than that. I never forgot what it sounded like. Skip forward six months later, and my aunt is in the ICU with a coma and heart and breathing trouble. My uncle and I were home when he got the news, and he screamed my name exactly same way as I remembered. What I'd heard has been a premonition, or maybe a warning. Since then, I've been keeping track of my dreams, and my family takes them far more seriously. Again, I have no way to prove or explain it, other than the flow of time isn't as linear as we perceive it to be. My theory is that some events are happening simultaneously and are somehow connected, but we can only experience them in a certain order due to how the human brain processes information.
Also, some of my belongings go missing at random, and then eventually reappear in plain sight. Usually it's something small, like a flashlight or chapstick. But the most recent one was an entire Lego set. I get an Architecture set for my birthday and Christmas every year; this time I'd gotten the Shanghai skyline and the Great Wall of China sets respectively. When I finished the latter, I took it to my room, thinking about what I'd have to move around in order to make enough space for it. The obvious choice was the Shanghai set. But it wasn't there. It wasn't on my shelf where I left it. And I couldn't have misplaced it; it's one of the largest Architecture sets I have. My room is pretty small, and there's no place to hide it. I also couldn't find the box it came in. Nobody would've broken into my house just to steal a Lego set. I asked the person who'd gifted it to me, and they couldn't remember giving it to me. But I clearly remember building and putting it on my shelf. I didn't take any photos of it, so I have no way to prove that such a memory actually happened. But I know it did. I don't know if I ended up in some alternate timeline, or if this is some kind of warning. Oddly enough, I went to Shanghai back in October 2019, but nothing crazy happened.
A couple of minor things: Sometimes I'll suddenly think of someone that I haven't seen or spoken to in a while, and then they'll call me. When I used to watch TV (don't own one anymore) I'd be channel surfing and sometimes think that a certain episode of a show will be on, and I'd be right. These two might be just coincidences, but the dreams and the missing items certainly aren't. I've also had a few moments of depersonalization/derealization. There have been a few times (usually when I'm really tired) where I've thought my reflection didn't look right, or that I'm just observing things, that my surroundings are just a recreation of the real world. I remember my mom being mad at me because of something I'd said offhandedly in a private conversation with someone else, and there's no possible way she could've found out unless I was being watched or reported on. That was back in the 90s, when there were no cell phones. It made me think of The Truman Show. Logically, I know that can't be right; there's even a delusion specifically about that kind of thing. But it seriously made me wonder how much of what I'm seeing is actually real.
TLDR: Some of my dreams are premonitions. It isn't deja vu. And one time, it happened when I was awake. Stuff goes missing, and other explainable things happen as well.

I often get those dreams. They will usually be a full conversation, or a very specific scene, and just like you, they are always way clearer. It's like watching a high quality movie of yourself, directly in your head, and unlike normal dreams, I always remember then in full detail. I managed to have a premonition of my relationship, and how I ended it, with the love of my life. This time instead of a direct scene, it was like a summary of the entire ending, being exactly the reasons for ending and the feelings. It was so emotion filled when I looked in his eyes I was shaken for two days. I barely even knew him at this point, this was months before I even had interest in him.
I used to see shadows moving, or have an irrational, unrealistic fear when I looked into the corner of certain dark rooms. It's like the shadows themselves were tangible I don't have any irrational fears, I absolutely love the dark and I believe I'm quite brave, but that certain type of darkness can drive me to madness. Not to mention the footsteps, and what looked like light bouncing off of eyes that sometimes accompanied that darkness.
I also can't look in mirrors intently anymore, both because of that distortion and a very real dream of mine where I saw myself behind me, staring at me through my reflection, while crouching in the corner of my room, on my ceiling. Anyways I just wanted to get that out there. I probably seem crazy to most people, but I guess thats par for the course.

When my sister's son was 3, he out of the blue started telling us that he once had a different mother and a younger brother and that one day while all 3 of them were riding bikes he fell into a hole in the middle of the road and there he was with his new, current family. My sister told him it was either a dream or his imagination, but he insisted it was true. He told us the same story a couple of times later. A couple of months later, I learned from my parent than my grapndpa once had an older brother, but he died in a bike accident when they were both like 6. When I asked my nephew about his "former family" again, he said he didn't remember what it was about. Also the name he claimed to be of this non-existent brother was the same as my grandpas name. I've had the same dream around 3 times within a range of 9 years (starting when i was around 8). Exact same dream, exact same order and waking up at the exact same moment with the exact same feeling. I'm basically a young girl in the dream but I'm not overlooking her, i am her so first person. I remember I was in the woods with my little brother and mum and it seemed really old fashioned- almost like late 1800s-early 1900s and i could tell we were probably more poor. i remember my brother going missing and me and my mum looking for him and then all of a sudden my father coming out from nowhere and hitting me with an axe on my head, killing me. I would wake up at that exact moment each time, crying and panicking and the sense of losing somebody i love and feeling general sadness. and the weird part is how i always just refer to the girl and brother and mum as me and my family. I tried to research a bit about it but couldn't find anything and don't have enough information to go by but it really interests me to this day. my family don't think much of it though. the weirdest part is how i was born with a huge red birth mark covering the entire area of my left eye that eventually faded and theres that theory that people with birth marks show how people died. so that plays a lot on my mind too because i was hit in the face.

Probably my strangest experience was in the early 1990's, I was in the military and stationed in Alaska. Once a month I would travel to a remote radar station on top of a mountain to do maintenance and repair work, would fly in and land at a small runway (really just a strip of relatively flat ground). Usually there were two of us, but this time it was just me. Pilot dropped me off and was suppose to come back a few hours later. When the work was complete, I got a call on the radio that the plane was grounded due to high winds, and wouldn't be able to make it until the next day. That was fine, the outpost had a small emergency shelter with heater and supplies for just such an event. So I warm the place up, eat an MRE and go to bed, about 3am I see a very bright white light coming in the small viewport window, moving back and forth like someone is walking toward the outpost shining a large flashlight or spotlight. So I assume the plane came in and I just didn't hear it, which would have been odd since landing on an unlighted airstrip in the dark would have been nearly impossible. So I get my stuff and head for the door, open it and nothing, just complete darkness and silence, no light, the moon isn't even up. Nearest living soul was over 50 miles away. Needless to say I didn't sleep much the rest of the night, the next day when the plane did pick me up I asked the pilot if someone from the base had buzzed by last night and shined a spotlight to check up on me. He said, "God No!" Everything was completely grounded! Trying to fly to the mountain would have been suicide!"

Later, like, 5 months later I have read the final chapter of manga where she is an MC. It turns out she also had an imaginary friend. And when this imaginary friend left they told her:"Don't be sad. I will always be in your heart."

About the one where they found themselves on the other side of the river, that's actually an explainable phenomenon. Your brain will occasionally go into autopilot. Everyone has experienced it, although it is dangerous while driving. Just this afternoon, I was heading home from work. I blinked and found myself halfway down my street, when the last thing I remember was being two streets away. That's two turns and a fairly sharp curve on a dark road that I don't remember navigating.

i was a little kid, probably age 6 or 7. it was summer and i’d just come in from playing outside to tell my dad something. with the way our house was set up, you could stand in the kitchen and get a full view of the 2 bedrooms and the living room, as well as the laundry room which was also where the back door was. i’d caught my dad in the kitchen and was blabbing to him about whatever had me all excited, and at the same time my sister had come in from the front door, walked through the living room and past the hallway into the bedroom we shared and promptly walked into the closet where she shut the door. when she passed my dad and i, we both said hi to her but she ignored us and had this really angry expression on her face. we both watched her the whole time and needless to say i was confused and i’m sure my dad was too. i was about to ask what was up with her when my sister came walking through the front door again and said “hey guys.”
queue my dad and i freaking out asking her how she got from the closet to outside. the only way she could have done that was through the bedroom window which we had full view of, not to mention it had one of those twist handles and was basically impossible to close from the outside.
i ran into our bedroom and opened the closet door only to find nothing inside, and the window was closed. i even checked to see if there was a secret passage or something. my sister was confused and rightfully so, and she didn’t know what we were talking about. according to her she’d been outside that whole time talking to our mom, who then verified her story that they’d been talking outside for a while.
meanwhile my dad verified my story.
i think we left the house for the day.

The story at 4:18 sounds like someone was secretly living in their house & they stayed barefoot so no one would hear them, only coming out when no one was home but when getting near the room, they heard the TV & realized not everyone had left so they quietly went back into hiding.
12:40 sounds like a lucid dream. I used to do that a lot & I eventually got used to it enough that I'd just calmly stare at the spider (it was almost always a huge black spider in a random spot in my room) until it disappeared because staring directly at it would always make it disappear faster.
The thing about animals being cautious around the babies of a different species is very true. I had a dog who was super brave, tough, & actually quite insane. The kind of dog who picks a fight with 2 or 3 dogs far bigger than himself at the same time with no signs of fear even though they're in their own yard & would obviously wreck him. Despite this, whenever a kitten tried to play with him, he'd just sit there & turn his head away with his eyes bulged like "I'm not touching 'em."
20:45 might've been a huge drug deal or a transfer of huge illegal funds. That way, they're not seen giving each other anything. Alternatively, it could've been a way to transfer a stolen car to someone who was paying for it.
21:51 sounds like a serial killer killing anyone he can convince to pull over. Probably pretending to be lost & in danger. Maybe acting like a kidnapping victim who needs a ride to safety. You'd think it would've been all over the news if that were the case though.

I've worked as a nursing assistant in a large hospital for almost 7 years. At the beginning of each shift, I go from room to room to write my name on the board and greet my patients before I start working. There is a room at the end of the hall, and it was the last room I needed to go into. There was a woman sitting on the edge of the bed dressed in one of those 90s style business jackets - you know, the ones with the pads in the shoulders that made women look like they had broad shoulders. I said hi to her, wrote my name on the board and told her I'd be back to get her vital signs. She said "Don't worry about it, I'm about to leave in a few minutes." I said ok and went to the charge nurse to tell her the lady in room 609 says she's leaving. The nurse gave me a weird look and told me that nobody is in room 609. I reassured her that there was a woman in the room, and the nurse told me the patient in that room had died about an hour ago. I went back to the room and the woman was gone. I looked over at the couch and there was a folded blue garment. I picked it up and it was the jacket with the padded shoulders.

In 2018, a girl I went to high school with, Emma, had passed away from her battle with Sarcoma. I didn't know Emma very well, but she and I did musicals together, and she was a very sweet and beautiful girl. Coincidentally, I had planned on going to the same college she was going to at the time. Anyway, the funeral was in late April, and around September, I had a dream where I was in a cafeteria, similar in layout to how my cafeteria in high school was set up, and the people there were all grey and faceless figures, except for Emma. She was there, and she looked exactly how she was before the she died. She was wearing a dark grey sweatshirt, a black beanie, and hardly any makeup, which she didn't need because she looked beautiful without it. I remember thinking, "How is this happening?" so I poked her arm, and she just turned and looked at me like "wtf are you doing?" and then without even thinking, I just hugged her, and told her that everyone loved and missed her, to which I could feel her arms embrace me back.
That's the weirdest part to me, I could genuinely feel Emma; the fabric of her sweatshirt, the warmth of her body with the hug, and even her arms when she hugged back. I woke up with a bittersweet smile. It sounds crazy, but I genuinely believe that, for whatever reason, Emma really was there that night and gifted me that experience to hug her one last time.

Around 4 pm I got really tired all of a sudden and closed my eyes for a bit. When I opened my eyes I was in my bed. I looked at my phone and it was 2:16 so I was late for a shift I thought I had already went to. Figured it was a dream and I over slept. Here's mine: so one time when I was 7 or 8, I went to China on a summer vacation to visit my family and I made this new friend I forgot her name but I still remember her face clearly and her mom or dad had balding and she inherited it bc of Gene's(not saying It was bad she just had really thin hair) she was actually really pretty and fun to hang around with. One day when I was walking out of the house(my moms sisters house where I temporarily stayed) I saw her riding a bike and passing by, but older... like 5 years older, before passing by me she looked at me we only stared at eachother for like 1 sec or something but it felt like a while minute passed...She looked the exact same even the hair length was the same, her legs and body was larger since she looked about 15(the one riding a bike)...she was 10 or 9 at that time. At first I thought it might've been her sister or cousin but she never mentioned about having her sister and I also never saw that older version of her at her house either, as for her cousin even if they were related theres no way they would look the exact same like identical. No difference found. The more I thought about it the stranger it was to me but I w as young at that time so I didnt think much of it. I also didnt tell her about seeing a older version of herself and my vacation to China was already over anyways still weird whenever I think about it.

When I was younger I had fell pretty sick with influenza back in high school. Was on my bed, head swimming, when I hear a grown man coughing and walking in the hallway. Look to see a stocky bearded man approaching my doorway, blink, and he disappears. Fast forward to the lockdowns, I got it bad, and with my sleep apnea being worsened by the virus, was unable to sleep for five days. On the fourth day i’m walking down the hallway of my house, thought I was seeing things since the wallpaper looked like how it used to before renovations. As I near my room I see carpet still on the ground as it was before the work we had done and a younger version of myself on the bed staring back at me. Had a major deja vu moment and remembered how that strange man’s face looked, only to realize be it by hallucination or something else I had seen myself. Might’ve been losing my mind, likely was, still memorable.

When I was a teenager I was living in southern Tucson and we had a monsoon come right above our house at night it was one of the craziest storms like something you would see in a movie, the lightning was so bright that it would light up the whole block like it was daytime and cause all the street lights to turn off because they were light sensitive. everyone else in my house was asleep but the storm woke me up so I decided to just watch it from my window. While watching the storm after a few minutes I saw this girl come running up to our house and a few seconds later I hear someone knocking on our door very frantically. and being a dumb teenager I immediately went to the door opened it up to see what was going on. And there was this blonde woman at the door crying saying that her man is going to kill her and her kids. Not knowing what to do I told her stay right there I'm going to get my mom. My mom's bedroom was right next to the door so it took less than 10 seconds to get her up. all I literally did was just stick my head in her door and say mom there's someone at the door that needs help. I turn around to go talk to the lady again and she was gone. Just gone. Ivan brand down our driveway to see if I could catch her maybe see if she was running to go somewhere else but I didn't see anyone. the one funny part of this whole thing is my mom was pissed and thought I made the whole thing up told me to shut up and go back to bed. Every now and then I remember that and I just really hope and pray that that woman's okay.

This is my sisters story so its vague
We live in a rural area where the high school parties often end badly, not violent, but boring. My sister had been party hopping for quite a while and was drunk and high walking home with some of her friends. They were walking along the road when they see this drone flying above them. They could tell it was tiny and only about 5-7 feet above them, but it was completely silent and moved unlike normal drones. One of her friend's uncles knew about these drones and thought they were some crazy alien cia conspiracy type drones, but they all thought he was crazy. The weird part about these drones was when they would pop up. They were always found too far away to properly look at and never were found when shot down. Being teenagers they decide to pick up rocks and throw them at the drone, but when the rock finally hits, the drone and the rock disappear. They were close enough that they heard the rock hit, but it never fell back down and the lights from the drone instantly disappeared.

I visited a vast overgrown junkyard in my dreams once. Cars piled on top of each other and were covered with vegetation.
Also this woman in a weird blue vest approached me and my family and said I was crying. It was quite strange since she didn't look homeless and didn't beg for money. I do have a sorrowful soul and this was before I was diagnosed with depression and PTSD.

When my mom was like 12, my grandpa took the family (my mom, uncle, and grandma) out for a drive one night. They used to do this whenever grandpa was in town, since he worked far away (they lived in mexico, my grandpa worked in the US for days at a time) and was the only one in the family who knew how to drive, a ride was a treat.
They go through town, grab some food have wholesome family fun. On the way home (they lived quite a distance from town) they were on a dark road and saw lights in the distance. The lights were apperantly in the middle of the desert, but that wasnt the weird part.
My grandpa thought it must be a circus, which wasnt uncommon. He asked my mom and uncle if they wanted to go, and of course they were excited af.
So they drive toward the lights, but they never get closer. They drove on for much longer than they expected given how far the lights looked when they first saw them. By the time they noticed that they didnt seem to be making any headway they were far into the desert. My grandma started feeling creeped out first, but soon they were all unnerved. They turned back.
To this day, my mom cant explain what the deal is and she insists the lights were completely stationary, or if they moved they were freakishly stable because they didnt seem to falter at all. She says she isnt sure she believes in anything like aliens, but from whats said of them it seems very similar. Whenever the story comes up, she half-jokingly mentions her theory that maybe it WAS aliens and had they kept chasing them they could have been abducted.

      @WorldWalker128 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

Sounds like a Wil o Wisp story. Though with that one the lights would lead people into swampy/marshy areas instead of a desert where they'd inevitably step into a pool of quicksand or deep mud and end up dying or simply vanishing.

Best story I have: My late great-grandmother once called my father in panic. She kept saying "call your father, he's not well!". After a while, my father calls my grandfather and he tells him that his best friend had just committed suicide an hour ago. Keep my grandfather was in France while my great-grandmother was in Portugal.
There's more from my great-grandmother. When she died she died on the precise day and hour of the year that my great-grandfather died almost 20 years before. She died in a sudden fire that came from an electronic device suddenly bursting into flames while everyone was outside the house with no way of knowing.

Not a " thing " I guess but This is something I really can't explain well.
Usually when I sleep I dream, most people do. but sometimes its a location or thing I have NEVER. seen before. At all, Like It could be a random place and a day, week, month, or year later I would run into that location I never seen before. It's so strange but nobody believes me about it. I try to tell my garudians, they don't belive me, family, nope. I even dreamed of this unknown loacation, it was a very big brick house, a few windows, some tree's around, it looked very old. Next thing I know 2 months later I was going to see my mom's friend at a cafe, we pass by this house slowly, or it felt slow and I see that exact same house I saw. Everything about it was exactly how I saw it in my dream. I also dream about trippy shit like When i'm sleeping but I see me sleeping as if someone was in front of my bed watching me sleep. It's so weird and creepy and I hate it.

when i was like 3-4 years old, i was a creepy child who had 3 imaginary friends, that i was convinced were real, so much so, that one day while i was out with my mother running errands i saw a random intersection i hadn't seen before, and proceeded to tell her, to turn, to peak her own curiosity and probably mine too, she followed my directions, several turns later, and a decent stretch of out of town roads i led her to an empty run down house, which i proudly exclaimed was where my friends lived, i swore that was their home. (we left instantly and never really revisited the idea, i also eventually outgrew my "friends")

So this one time when i was super young, like 8 or so, I helped my mom at my grandma's hardware store. Some guy comes up to me while I'm doodling and stuff. I thought he was a customer. He wasn't. So the weird part is he was wearing a McDonald's uniform, and he took my pencil. I looked up at him and he just stared at me and smiled weirdly. My mom noticed and told him to give it back. He slowly turns his head to look at my mom, looks back at me, and gives me back the pencil. I later found out that that guy was a drug user.

13:54 i had a similar experience to this as well. not really that similar actually, except for the flat brimmed hat-wearing fellow.
i was in the er for a surgery but don't remember much of my stay, except when he was there. whenever i was feeling a really terrible pain, ache, or even a chill to the cold, i remember seeing a fairly handsome lad, maybe 30ish, standing in the corner of the room. he would always kind of 'materialize' there during a pain, and sometimes was my only company, since my mum would usually be in another room talking with the doctors or making phone calls. he was like a shadow, but a comfortable one. he wore a fully black suit and dress shoes, and his flat-brimmed hat somehow always covered his eyes. i think he was either bald or his hair was neatly combed down, since i never saw it out of place. he didn't seem angry, but he was never happy either. he always wore a calm, neutral expression and i could never figure it out. i recall asking him once but don't remember what he'd responded, but i remember he looked kinda sad i think.
i didn't ever feel scared, but i do remember feeling a lot of peace when he was in the room with me. my pains would still be there, but they were more quiet. i was in the hospital for a few months, and during those months i made conversation with the guy.
once, i was walking around the garden area of the hospital in my hospital gown, even though it was a bit windy, and he was trailing behind me. i remember laughing and telling him he was like a 'gangster dad' to which he responded with 'sort of.'
when my condition started getting better, he told me he wouldn't visit as much since i needed to focus on healing and had to stop worrying my mum by getting sick.
on the last month of my stay, i asked if he wanted to come back with me to my house. he shook his head and said he wouldn't be welcomed there and i should be considerate of others. i told him that i'd be good for him and i remember he pat me on the head and left from my hospital room.
i never saw him after that and i don't remember what most of our conversations were about, even though I remember speaking to him a lot.
i spoke with my mum about a cousin's condition recently, and since we were on the topic of hospitals i decided to bring up those painful memories since i was curious. she stayed silent for a bit and told me I kept asking about "where Samael had gone, and if he was here yet" for around a week or so. since she was a bit religious when this incident had happened, she got me blessed directly after the hospital stay.
i still think about this incident sometimes but I've never posted it on Reddit lol

Once during summer break when I was 9 years old, I had stayed up until maybe midnight even though I wasn't supposed to. My bed was pushed into the far corner of my room and my feet were facing the window. I remember very clearly, I could hear the night bugs outside singing and I would count how many I could hear. Then it went silent. At first I was disappointed, but I got scared when this deep feeling of dread hit me like a punch in the stomach. Right as it hit me, there was this really really light knocking sound in the corner of the wall by the window. I could barely hear it, but I knew. It knocked three times then stopped. Then it moved maybe an inch closer and knocked three times again, but just a little bit louder. Then it would move up an inch and get louder. So on. It kept getting closer and louder until it was right next to my ear and my entire wall was shaking. I remember I couldn't make myself move at first, but it was like snapping out of a trance. I jumped out of bed and ran to my parents room. I told them it sounded like there was somebody outside banging on my wall with a baseball bat. They hadn't heard anything, but my dad walked all around the house for a while. He didn't see anything, but he came and sat in my room with me for like ten minutes to see if we heard it again. Nothing happened so he went back to bed. The second he closed his bedroom door down the hall, I heard the light tapping again in the corner by my window, right where it had started, but that was it. I never heard it again. It knocked in 9 different places on my wall that night. That was years ago. I still can't explain any of it, it still freaks me out, and not one person in my family knows what I'm talking about.

I cant point out if that was a future dream or what and I know I experienced and still do experience future dreams but this is the first time that happened that I even remember that before it happens irl. My memory was always bad, where I remember only scraps of the past 5 years(and cant tell when they were)
-Second thing, I find it weird that I did have "nightmares" specifically after I slept a few days on the attic(I think it was usually atleast after a full week) instead of my bed on the ground floor. What's weird bout these nightmares is that I know what they were like I guess but it was just.... that pulsing and stuff like when you see when you close your eyes or go immediately from a light to a dark room. And after I woke up I just started crying for a reason I didnt know...

When I was in my first semester of college, I made a friend and we shared music with each other almost daily. One day we went to her car to listen to a particularly bass heavy song as it sounded better over anything other than a phone. Her car was parked on the top level of a 3 story parking garage (the top level was just open without walls and a staircase leading up on the outside of the outer wall), we walked up the stairs, got to her car, and listened to the song. No one else walked up with us nor did we see anyone else there as we were going to her car. As we walked away from her car we saw a guy, probably around 19, wearing very green jeans walking away from us towards the stairs. We both made a comment about his pants and that we thought they were pretty cool. We were only about 6 seconds behind him, but when we got to the stairs he was gone. It was a quiet day and no one was outside, so we would've heard him running down these three flights of stairs. We both looked at each other and immediately bolted down the stairs. In that parking garage, there isn't an entrance anywhere close on that wall and the nearest building was visible from the top of the garage, so we would've seen him running/leaving/etc. There's literally no way that he could've left without us seeing let alone hearing him, yet it was as if he had just vanished. We talked about "the vanishing green pants kid" for months after that and occasionally still bring it up. If it weren't for the fact that we both experienced it, I don't think anyone would believe it, and some of our friends didn't and still don't. It was one of the few inexplicable experiences I've ever had.

A few years ago I was living in a different state from my family. I was supposed to be attending a local college, but in fact hadn't been taking classes for almost a year (money issues). My family didn't know this. One day they needed to do paperwork of what everybody in the family was up to, and they put me down as being in college, so the government demanded enrollment papers (to prove I was still in school). I was dreading this because I knew not just me, but my whole family was in deep shit. Keep in mind, my family still thinks I'm enrolled in school, so they're just thinking, "just send some papers from your school".
I called my brother, about to confess everything about not having been in school for almost a year. And one of the first thing my brother says was "Hey thanks for sending your school papers!"
I was honestly a little freaked out. What papers? I haven't been in school for a year! But in the moment I didn't question it because it benefited me if they didn't know.
To this day, I still have no idea what "papers" my brother received, or even from who. Sounds really bizarre, but I played with the idea that it was a future version of me who came back in time and sent those papers to save my own ass lol.

When my brother obtained fireworks one time, they were all little ones but he decided to take the powder inside them and put it all in one firework, the light was utterly blinding and lasted for ages, we walked around our property and checked the roof afterwards to make sure it hadn’t started a fire because that custom firework was definitely too powerful to be safely used in a backyard.

A few months ago I was on a not so crowded bus looking around bored while listening to music and at some point I see somebody a few meters away that looks exactly like my best friend.
The traits of my best friend are pretty uncommon, so immediately recognisable and I am their best friend I see them literally 24/7 I can tell pretty immediately if it’s them or somebody that just looks like them. This person also wear their same earrings and their same glasses and has the exact same physical appearance, the same iPhone and red cover my friend have.
I quietly call their name: nothing. Maybe I’m wrong and it’s not them? It may be since we’re all wearing masks. I call them again while trying to make eye contact. Nothing. Well maybe it’s not them or they can’t hear me. So I call them on the phone.
At this point that person probably can feel me looking at them and turns to my direction and looks at me with their eyes wide open in a weird, surprised and like worried (?) and alarmed expression, I wave at them and right then my best friend answer the phone telling me I just woke them up.
    I immediately freeze.
Next bus stop this person still looking at me jumps out of the bus as if they’re trying to hide or go away and??? literally??? disappears???? There are windows everywhere in the bus, my eyes were constantly on them and only a few people exited so where did they go??? They disappeared mid air. I ended up staying on the bus trying to understand what just happened.
I still can’t explain what the f*ck happened but I like to jokingly believe I somehow met my best friend’s alternate universe doppelgänger.
Still funny to bring it up with my friends

I'd literally forgotten it ever since I moved, but when I lived with my parents in our old house (about 5-6 years ago now) at night, I would keep hearing a baby crying. It didn't always happen, but every couple of days I would hear it. We knew our neighbours, on the left of us was my childhood best friend who is an only child and have always been a quiet household. On our right, a middle aged couple (the wife used to work at my school). The crying always sounded like it came from the right (the couple's home) but they didnt have any kids. Whenever I asked told my mother, she would come downstairs to listen and it would stop. When she goes back to her room (1 floor above mine) I would hear it again a few minutes later.
Never figured out what it was, maybe I was hallucinating it for years. I'd honestly just pushed it out of my mind because I moved and it was never a big deal to me since I'd always had an overactive imagination and it was just a baby after all.

A while ago(maybe like a year ago) I was lying in my bed at night with my head facing the wall. I suddenly felt this overwhelming feeling of sadness wash over me and my immediate thought was "this feeling is not mine" and I became aware of a young woman standing in my room(It was real, I could have sworn I wasn't dreaming) I didn't look at her with my eyes but I knew she was there and I knew what she looked like. I was feeling her sadness. She seemed confused like she didnt know where she was so I spoke with my mind(????) And told her she was going to be okay. I then breathed with her, in and out slowly until we were calm and then she was gone. For some reason I wasn't scared at all I just knew I was supposed to help her. I fell asleep after and told my siblings about it the next day and was adamant I wasn't dreaming.

Here's one from when I was knee high to a grasshopper, one of many. When we lived in Texas we moved into a house that had sat vacant for a while. Nothing out of the ordinary, pretty sweet house, all things considered. First few nights were uneventful, but one night my brother woke me up and said, "Did you hear that?" and I was like, "No, I was asleep. What?" and we heard what sounded like a Civil War cannon being fired and he says, "That! What is that? It sounds like a cannon from those old war movies we used to watch!" So we wake up my sister and she's speechless cuz we don't know what the hell it is. Not long after, we hear more noises in our backyard, like horses, men shouting, and muskets, along with cannons firing. We look and there's nothing there but it sounds like a Civil War battle is being fought in our backyard. It lasted for at least an hour and then stopped. It happened every few nights for the majority of the time we lived in that house right up until we moved back up north to Massachusetts. One of the weirdest things I've ever experienced.

One time 6~9 years ago, I was talking with my mom and younger brother outside ( at the mall I think ) then everything suddenly stop for 2 seconds; like 2 seconds time stop, I realized becaused I was in the middle of a conversation with my mom and she suddenly stopped talking. Everything become normal after that 2 seconds, and yes my eyes was wide open in that 2 seconds because I was about to blink but that happened and my eyes was really dry after that.

So very recently I was dreaming, and what I remember is the song “You’ll be in my heart” by Phil Collins began playing, and that song already makes me super emotional. I had a feeling of grief wash over me in the dream as if I had lost a family member and I began crying. Shortly after I woke up and was starting to clear my mind. I figured “ok that’s just a dream, wow that was still heavy though.” So I tried to go back to sleep but a deep feeling of unease and worry came over me, an urge to check on my family. So I text my dad at like 3 am to ask “how is everyone”. He doesn’t respond till 6 cause he’s asleep but when he does he explains that one of our friends daughters had passed away due to COVID that night. It wasn’t quite a close family member but It was still extremely haunting to me and I hope I never get a feeling like that again.

My mom had 3 really notable paranormal experiences:
1: When at a gas station, my mom was getting gas, cigarettes, etc, when she gets this horrible, deep, gut feeling of something being very very wrong. So she wants to walk to the gas station, just to go back inside and be comfortable. She told me that she thought she felt my late grandfather, who died when I was a few months old, telling her to basically “GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE” My mom booked it out of there.
2: After one of her cats, B.G, passed away, she was laying in bed later that night, obviously very sad, and felt a weight get into bed above her head, where B.G always slept. She said it felt like she was actually there, saying her final goodbyes. My mom sat there, not sleeping, for about an hour before the weight suddenly lifted.
3: While using an Ouija board with a few of her friends, the board told one of my moms friends that her sister, Inga, was going to die young. All the girls were saying “I didn’t do it!” When everyone claimed to have never done it, they stopped the session and tried to go the bed. Everyone was really freaked out, but most of them thought it was a sick joke from one of the girls. 15 years ago, Inga indeed passed away in her mid 20’s from cancer. It might’ve been one of the girls joking and coincidentally predicting her death. It might’ve been a spirit.

I suddenly continued a dream that I had 9 years ago but in the dream I was 9 years older.
Some of the contents of the dream changed but the main focus was the same.
There were these robots that fused with my friend's and I's bodies allowing us to fly in the original dream but I couldn't fuse with them this time because my 'vessel' wasn't suitable. There was a weird virus or whatever that greatly changed your body in one way or another and my body had gotten like 2-3 times bigger than it should. After it flew way, I followed some lights that led into a garden across the street but when I had entered the garden, I was suddenly transported to a bar-like place where there were these people in cloaks that were speaking in some ancient shamanic language, which looked like Minecraft Enchantment Table to me, but somehow I could understand it. It gave me directions on how to 'undo the curse,' how to 'attain the perfect vessel body' and lastly how to 'perfectly fuse with the purple glow robotic aliens.'
It was really fucking weird but it was a continuation of my favourite dream when I was younger so I'm cool with it.

I have two of these. Lol
Im gonna give ya the tldr: right here
    Story 1: I teleported
Story 2: Was basically in a Horror movie scenario without realizing it
Just finished a 10 hr shift at work and had been invited to a friends house for a bonfire. Being that im a very Warm Blooded individual I placed my chair a bit further from the Bonfire than the people around me. Was just sitting outside around the fire pit with like 6 other people and I was just staring straight up at the Stars because the house was surrounded by woods on all sides, so you could see the stars really well. After about 10 minutes of staring at the Constellations I started feeling my shins getting ridiculously hot so I broke my concentration from Stargazing and refocused on the fire pit to notice that my chair had fully moved about 2 feet closer from where I had initially placed my chair. Thinking my buddies had SOMEHOW moved my chair without me noticing i leaned over to my buddy to get his attention and he looks back to where I said I had moved from and pointed out to me there were still 4 leg marks in the sand from where the chair and been placed originally. No other distinct footprints or drag marks in the sand around me either. Even if I was the one that moved my chair forward, there would have been footprints in the sand from me standing up, which there were none, nor was there any other type of evidence that would say I purposely move or was moved by others... even thinking i had somehow misremembered the incident because I was tired I asked my friend the next day to him being unable to explain it, but concurring that it did indeed happen.
Second One: I was 13 and my mom had left for work, my brother was in Summer School and I was reaping the benefits of passing my classes by drinking ice cold lemonade in my backyard in my pajamas. I keep my back door open when Im outside cause my dogs like to go in and out. I was sitting around watching my dogs run around when suddenly they both stopped running and slowly trotted up to the back steps i was sitting on. It seemed like they wanted to go get some water but they refused to step inside. They just appeared to leer uneasily into the house, which was incredibly unusual as they have ran full speed into the house without a shit to give. Being a dumb teenager and not even thinking for a minute something could be wrong I walk into the house trying to get them to follow but only my large dog followed in right behind me, the dog still seemingly unnerved. Getting a bit scared myself from their behavior, I walked through my kitchen, into my living room, then to the hallway that connected to all the bedrooms. I sat my dog in the doorway from the living room to the hallway and went into my room to get this .22 rifle my dad had taught me to shoot with. As soon as I grabbed the gun, my dog I left outside started barking and growling. I jolted out of the room and my large dog was pointed towards the kitchen with her teeth barred [she was not a warning bark dog, she was a straight assassin.] I popped around the corner to look into my kitchen, trying to get my large dog to follow but she was not budging, even when giving her Commands she been routinely trained with for 4 years, she refused to move from her position. I moved through the Kitchen and back towards my other dog. Peaking outside I noticed my little dog was now facing away from the door, barking towards a thick patch of woods and shrubs we have behind my house. As I starred out at the woods and shrubs behind my house looking for anything he could be barking at. I kept glancing back and forth at the dense treeline to see if i could figure out what was there. I started to look away thinking whatever was going on and spooking, I just dont care anymore, when the noise of branches creaking redrew me back towards the treeline. Noticing the exact spot my dog was barking at was where this noise was coming from, I peered directly at the location and as soon as I did the noise abruptly stopped. I raised my rifle towards the area and when I did the bushes started rattling and I could hear something moving away, hitting other branches as it ran away from my yard. I hastily walked back inside with my smaller dog and regrouped with my large dog who seemingly calmed down and we all proceeded to the back yard, where I called my mom and told her what happened and she told me to call the cops. When cops had arrived, they asked if they could do a walk through of my house while I waited outside with another Officer. After about 15 minutes they came out of the house and let me know that an exhaust vent leading from my kitchen to the outside had been nearly torn off and was dangling by a single screw and there were faint somewhat dry muddy and bloody trails leading inside the vent. Given that the vent was very large and almost 10 feet high off the ground the officers were a bit puzzled as to what Animals could have gotten into the vent. They came back inside and removed some more vent covers leading to the same ducts that lead to the outside, and noticed the same bloody and muddy skid marks leading to above my stove. After taking my statement and checking the entire area around my house the officers gave me their cards and thinking it was prolly some rabies crazy raccoon that had weasled its way inside, most of the officers left except for 1 who stayed for about 15 minutes after the call. Feeling super uneasy being alone, I called my Uncle and let him know I needed to stay at his house with the dogs until my brother and my mom came home

Thank God for dogs, I can only imagine what more creepy things could have happened if your dogs didn't let you know something was up. My dog frequently barks at "nothing" at my front door when it's completely dark. My first thought is it might by a squirrel because dogs can see better in the dark, but he never barks at squirrels and looking at his eyes when he barks you can see he's focusing on something close. He always stops after a couple minutes. It's not as extreme as your case but very odd.

    • @Marewig
      @Marewig 3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

I agree with you, thank God for your dogs.
As to the first scenario, there's actually two possibilities. Either you teleported, or something else teleported you. The second option is a tad more unsettling.
(On the other hand, it might be a reason as mundane as something was passing through your area in the woods, and simply moved you aside since you were in the way. You _were_ visiting a place where humans don't naturally live in).

@@bornmonk4234 I was just accepting the premise of the story out of hand and then applying logic to see all the possibilities open.
OP thought they teleported. I only wish to point out that all we can be sure of, is the OP's perception of movement, with chair legs impressions of where OP had been before on the ground supporting that theory. Also, no signs of chair being dragged to be moved and no sound that it happened.
The OP's hypothesis was that they teleported. I'm just saying that if we accept that possibility, it doesn't have to be OP that moved him/her. It might be something else who found them to be in the way, the same way that we can thoughtlessly shift things we unexpectedly bump into when traversing our own living room.
