👀 Wow 👏 I really appreciate how you have a checklist of parts and pieces used to make these figures. That's very generous of you and greatly appreciated. Saludos y Dale! 😎👍
Great job in recreating that Alex Ross painting. You managed to capture it perfectly without making it look too gruesome. I can't say it enough but you truly do outstanding work. Your videos are always entertaining and informative. 👍👏
Thank you very much! I had it in planning for a while, and the figures required fit just right. The scars were the detail that would make or break the figure. Glad you like it. Thanks again for watching
Thanks Mario…. This figure has many possibilities…the Liu kang torso is excellent for stuff like this …. I have to see the figures from seven deadly sins, those look really good to customize
Es solo un ejemplo de que puedes hacer - cada artesano hacer lo que tiene en visión… no hago escultura, solo pinto y doy idea de las posibilidades… es tas figuras se prestan para variedad de posibilidades Gracias por ver el contenido
unfortunately it work require loads of work since this resin sculpt isn't designed for a plastic hair sculpt... can it be done? Yes. But requires more work. thanks for watching
using the torso as a base tone I only add a small amount of light flesh tone, that then provides a texture for the washes of yellow, blue and orange to adhere to. I add the spots in between layes of the flesh tone to create the illusion that its under the skin. No need to pop the joints as they are already in a skin tone.. Refer to tutorial on Bane for skin tone painting Thanks for watching
Heath the plastic with a hairdryer and pull apart…. The ball joint is exactly the same on both figures… I the removed the waist / hip joint just the same way. That ball joint is also the same size but each convection under that is particular to each figure.
Stopped back to watch again as I am working on a similar Bruce Wayne custom with scars and this video has been a perfect inspiration! THANKS

It would be a lot better if McFarland do unmasked Batman with a Bruce Wayne head and that would be really awesome to have a figure of that?
Oh yes, I’m all for having two sculpts…. But sometimes we have get creative
el unico pero que le encuentro son los antebrazos. les falta modelado de musculatura, todo lo demas un 10.

What skin tone did you use? Just flesh tone?

How did you remove the bracers on the forearms?
good old hot air from my hairdryer ... and a flat head screwdriver.

What arms and lower torso did you use
It’s Mortal Kombat …then removed the gauntlet
How were you able to remove the top halves and swap them
Heath the plastic with a hairdryer and pull apart…. The ball joint is exactly the same on both figures… I the removed the waist / hip joint just the same way. That ball joint is also the same size but each convection under that is particular to each figure.
