Hello my first question is are you an automobile engineer? 2) why do u ask us to prefer other fields over automobile 3)isnt the job market for automobile engineers as good as for any other engineering job in Germany
4)if vehicles are going electric or autonomous then isn't the same taught in the respective universities for automotive engineering
I would really be grateful if you explain this as much as you can
    Thank you

      1) Nope
      2) getting an admit in automotive english taught is difficult because of high competition. Secondly people don't know much about what is taught in Automotive. "Many" a times it happens that they think that they are interested into Automotive, when in reality they are interested into some other field but they don't know. So exploring and tasting more things is one of the best methods to know what you might be interested in.
      3) Yeah it's good depending upon what you are looking for
      4) Yes it is taught but people don't know many still think Automotive like what they did in student racing competitions!
Hope i answered your questions correctly

@@infinity2355 2) okay so we should explore other fields and we should taste different things maybe we find the other field better right?
      4) So it'll be important to check the course subjects etc because the subjects might be different from what we thought it would be(like different from the contemporary automobile) right?

      Hey...
My doubt is, people do say that while applying for a job in germany, after master's, they ask for previous work experience, and its difficult for students going for master's right after their bachelor's to find a job... What's your take on that? Thanks in advance...
Keep making videos like these... The truth should get out there ✌️

Hello I’m confused too much right now. I have don’t Bach in Automobile and now don’t know what to do. I have options of either IIM (totally change line), masters in automobile in Germany, or dads business. I have wasted enough time 6-7 months. Tbh I don’t even think there “future” for automobile engineering alone. Help

    • @infinity2355
      @infinity2355  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi thanks for the question.
First of all you do NOT have IIM as an option. IIMs are very difficult to crack and if you have done your Bachelors from a Tier 3 college then getting directly into IIMs right after your engineering is next to impossible.
Regarding future of Automobile engineering, you're right about that, it's the case with India, "currently". The Automotive sector in India is not strong at all, all we have are service based companies which contribute to almost 54% of our GDP. So pursuing Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering in India is not a wise decision. Combine this situation with poor, outdated education and the population graduating every year, you'll have a recipe for a catastrophe. That's why people switch to IT jobs because they're available in abundance and require minimum skills to crack. And there is nothing wrong working in IT sector because the "geographical location" you're living in provides only those opportunities.
You gave me 3 options, honestly speaking that's for you to decide. I ain't gonna take life decisions for you.y suggestion would be to research more about Data related fields. Focus on what you found interesting during your bachelors and be logical, do not go into fantasies. Take logical decisions whether you were really a good student? Were you really interested in your studies? Which subjects did you like? Do those subjects have any use in the industry? Do those subjects have more inclination towards research or towards industry?
Does the course of study for your masters really matter to you or just coming to Germany is you goal? Do you have enough capacity to manage your expenses here? And so on. If you try to introspect you'll definitely get answers.
Regarding your decision of getting into you Father's business is entirely your call, I have no say in that.
I wish you all the very best!

    • @infinity2355
      @infinity2355  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

Well I can help you by telling where to look but in the end its your call to make
Well as you said that you learnt nothing in the course, is it true? I mean ask that to yourself. You definitely know things related to automobile which people of different study background won't.
So now you need to decide is that what you like? Did you find it interesting, i mean the course of automobile engg? Are you curious to pursue more?
You can also look into what opportunities are there (job) related to your field. You can decide whether you will be satisfied to do a job into this field. For that you can work for 2 years and look what is it that you want to do.
Next you can also consider non technical courses such as going for an MBA. But before that you need to decide whether you like technical stuff or not. In addition you also should be pursuing MBA from a very reputed college because its about the college reputation, as such in my opinion MBA subjects are pretty easy. You also have to consider financial capability while making your decision.
In the world where you can have access to information within seconds, I am sure that you will get the answers if you are really after them.

@@infinity2355 hey do you have any courses in mind to which I can apply alongside automotive Engg? I completely understand the high demand for automotive and i don't want to risk by putting all eggs in one basket as I really want to apply and get admits to THI/ Esslingen/FH Aachen/rwth. As you mentioned production and manufacturing in the video, can you mention any specific English taught programs (paid/unpaid) you know that's good and is related to the automotive sector. Also I checked DAAD and couldn't find such courses :( . I did my bachelor's in Mech. Engg. fyi.
In some of the automotive courses (rwth and in THI) they specified control engineering as a requirement, which is a subject that I haven't done in my bachelor's (I'm in my final semester now.) But I'm doing my final year project in engine calibration for biodiesel, will this help or should I do something specifically for control Engg.?
Also do you know anything about the Aptitude test for THI? How and when is it conducted, is it difficult??

    • @infinity2355
      @infinity2355  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@@nikhilsaju2053 Apart from Automotive you can apply to
      CVT at TU Kaiserslautern
Advanced Manufacturing Processes at TU Chemnitz
      Networked Production Engg at RWTH
As you said that you want to get admits from THI/Esslingen/Fh aachen. I don't know your profile or qualifications but these universities are very difficult to get into looking at the competition which comes from India. They have limited number of seats for students from "each country".
To your other query about courses related to "Automotive sector".
Brother, why are you focusing only on Automotive sector?? Don't you know about SpaceX? Why not focus on Aerospace? Why not focus on sustainability? Why not focus on Environment related fields? Why not focus on Advanced manufacturing? Why not focus on construction? Why not focus on laser technology? Why not focus on Machine tool technology? Why not focus on Robotics? Why not focus on different Joining technologies? Why not explore Digitalization in Manufacturing? Why not explore Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing?
Buddy, I can't tell you how much I get pissed off when someone focuses only on this Automotive shittt😅
Look, the knowledge matters! The knowledge which you would gain after studying Advanced Manufacturing processes can be used in Automotive sector and the same knowledge can be used in Ship industry, Aerospace, fucking military rocket technology, Medical science where different surgical instruments are required (which are difficult to manufacture) etc etc. There is just so much in Mechanical which I can't explain in one comment!
All of the things mentioned above is what I was going to speak in my next video(i am not getting time to do that)
Your next question about control engineering. If they have asked for it you should have it. If you don't then what can be done is that they would give you an admit and you have to take "extra subjects" apart from your Master subjects. You will have to complete those extra subjects to get a degree. Now there is a "limitation" to the number of extra subjects which you can take. If that limit exceeds then the university will reject your application. And many people get rejected from these Automotive related courses because of that, even though they have 100 years of work experience as a CEO of an Automotive company (you know what I mean😂)
The problem is you can never know whether you match that limitation for taking extra subjects which were not covered in your Bachelors(there is a different word used for this, but then again I will have to explain you everything, so let's stick with this)
The question now is are you interested in control engineering? Or are you doing is just for the sake of getting an admit just to regret later in your life? The project which you mentioned can help you to boost your profile but it won't compensate the subject control engineering and you cannot do anything about it. If you are interested you can do some courses related to it and write down in your sop about it. But doing one course without having any interest in it just for the sake of getting an admit is not the right thing to do (in my opinion :) )
No I don't know about that test like what is it about or what type of questions are asked but I have heard about it. Your selection depends not only on the test but your overall profile. They then give you points and based on your points they decide whether to give you an admit or not.
Just do your best and apply to the courses, you can get an admit, if you get just go for it. I hope that you get an admit from the university and the course which you mentioned above :)
      All the very best :)
Edit- I used Advanced Manufacturing Process just as an example to explan that knowledge of a particular field matters. The very same knowledge can be applied to different industries.
Also if you are looking only for courses related to "Automotive" (man I hate this word so much now) then you are actually putting all the eggs in one basket

Manufacturing and materials engineering is a field that I like the least tbh, I don't like studying phase diagrams of Fe3C, nucleation, grain boundary and about single point cutting tools lol, I disliked studying and memorizing it in my bachelor's so I don't want to do a "masters" course focusing on it entirely 🤯. I may be wrong here but Aerospace is a dying industry (ironically very popular too) mostly due to low job opportunities and the limited scope (sooo...).
Also I know you've mentioned this a 100 times but automotive field is something I like personally, partly because I was part of an electric fsae team for a long duration. I'll surely take your advice and apply to other courses leaning to different fields.
I'll try doing some online courses on control engineering as a temporary measure to meet that criteria.
I'm also interested in production, industrial Engg. & Sustainability, so I'll find related courses to apply. Honestly, I really fear the possibility of me not getting any admit, so I'll try best and apply for courses wisely!!!!

    • @infinity2355

There are no top universities here in Germany. Every university is good as long as it is public university. Ofcourse TUM RWTH are considered good but that does not mean that companies don't hire from other universities. Apply to tum, rwth and all other universities which offer the course you want to pursue. Once you get an admit, then decide which one to go for.
To your second question I would like to say is that no one can tell. Admission depends upon lot of other variables apart from Grades. If you are truly into doing a master degree then whatever might be the situation you would do it.
Just do the procedure, apply and wait for the result. Knowing the result even before you started the process isn't going to help you in any way.

I am currently doing my bachelors from TU in mechanical Engineering but would it help to do a masters from RWTH in aeronautical engineering as I couldn't find a relevance of topics and subjects in Automotive engineering to my field of work or rather what I want to do. Now is aeronautics also applicable in the automobile industry or only in the aviation industry? Thank u very much

    • @infinity2355
      @infinity2355  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there!
From what I know is that the Automobile industry now has a lot of requirements in the software sector. Autonomous vehicle research is on a rise and therefore computer science background is a must. Speaking about electric vehicles there are lots of innovations being done in the manufacturing part. Like manufacturing of electric motors, battery packs etc. What the industry needs is to automate the manufacturing as well as improve the efficiency, reduce waste etc. Thus Data Science in Manufacturing is on a rise as hell lot of manufacturing data is being collected and can be used to improve the processes. For Data science and machine learning again you need a software background. So IT sector is on a rise everywhere.
Your question about aerodynamics and everything. Tbh I ain't sure because when searching for jobs I have never searched for an aerodynamics engineer if such a position even exists.
Furthermore, there is no specific course or area of car design engineering neither would you find any jobs in a field thay doesn't exist in the first place.
I would highly recommend you to initially work for a few years before jumping to pursue masters. Please try to understand how real world actually works. I can see that there is lack of understanding of work that is actually being done in industries.
Aerodynamics is one of the many parts of Automotive production and there are 1000 other things as well. There are companies who have already solved this issue as they're in the market for several years but R&D is still there but is a very tiny space. All in all I would say it totally depends upon the company whether they offer jobs in the field you want.
Again I would first advice you to enter and understand how real world actually works because at this moment that's more important!

@@johniitjodhpur You are right about the fact that computational requires an outstanding profile
The part where you told about taking a loan and coming back empty handed, for that I would say that even I don't come from a wealthy family and the probability of returning back empty handed is always there especially in this Covid crisis. But I was determined to work extremely hard, which I do, so I was sure that I would do something with my life if I made this decision. Not only me but there are people I know who work harder than me and are far more talented than anyone else can ever be!
I never appeared for GATE or ESE exams because these were not my cup of tea. I had decided to come to Germany very early in my Bachelors. For me it was the only option and to be honest I was not at all interested in Government Jobs.
Even if in the future I return without a job I won't regret my decision because this is what I always wanted to do. I had no other alternatives of a Government job or cracking Gate, but if that time comes I am prepared for that, but also I would not give up which is the mindset with which everyone comes here ;)
That does not mean that you shouldn't consider financial background. You would always struggle financially here(if you belong to middle class like me) and there is always the risk of not getting a job, no one can guarantee you.
I don't know much about GATE or ESE but if your rank is between 500-1000 thats still amazing according to me(again I don't know if it's a great rank or not)
If you have financial problems I would recommend you not to come here and if you still decide to come please have some resources which can help you financially. Resources can be scholarships, funding from govt or maybe personal savings with which you can survive here atleast for 8-9 months!
Other option is to again try for the exams you appeared for to improve your rank and get into a good college in India.
The thing which you told about being lost in life, believe me I have been there several times, and yeah that is also the time when people show you their true colours ;)
Just work hard and keep on doing that
Also "try" to make the decisions which you feel would be good for you! You can never ever reach the "perfect" decision because you never know what the "alternative" would be and that's how life is!
      I wish you incredible success🙌🏽

The problem is everyone is interested in "automobile" without knowing what the "course" and future opportunities are about.
Even computer engineers are "Automobile fans" buddy, that doesn't mean they are interested in "studying" Automotive!!! And this is the reason why I made this video, which explains everything!

You are questioning viewers' decisions as if they are 10 years old. Man, everyone going for masters have completed their bachelors, and surely know what they want to do in their life. Your task is to either guide them or show them facts. You just have no right and 'qualification' to judge their decisions. You are doing a masters in production and I saw your video titled "built face detector app using python". Just LOL. You should not be telling people what to do! Getting into English taught public university is possible for some other course. But if you aren't from IITs or NITs getting into English taught Automotive Engineering is not possible at all.
It all depends upon the availability if there is any university providing semi english and german course.
Of course if you want you can go for German taught course but is it really worth it?
Moreover, coming to Germany without any prior work experience is a career suicide. You need to have some work experience because that's what the market demands.
To put things more into perspective just google
      Audi karriere
      BMW karriere
      Porsche karriere
      Daimler karriere
Look at the job openings at these major Automotive companies and then you can reply to this comment as to how many job positions were related to what you studied in your Bachelors. Please do this exercise this would put things more into perspective!!
By doing this you would realise that you need not necessarily pursue Automotive engineering, instead you can study something else and use that knowledge and work in an automotive company.
I have been repeating the same shit in 3 of my other videos and I really hate repeating myself but I guess I would be doing that for the rest of my life :)

Hey bro . Good video . But can you tell me how the universities in Germany select their students ? I mean what if somebody has 2-3 year gaps after completing his Bachelor degree ? With a 7.16 cgpa
And, is 7.16 cgpa good enough for good universities in Germany ?
I wouldn't mind if you tell me the truth but right now I really really need some guidance . If you think I can still enter in any Automobile course in Germany please do tell me and if you don't then please give me some other options ...that would be really helpful . Thanks 😊

      Hey there!
      Thanks for the question :)
If you have 2-3 years of gap you can tell what you were doing at that time and how it has helped you professionally or maybe personally.
Tbh no can really tell what the admission committee decides. Cgpa is not the sole factor on which your admission depends upon BUT it is extremely important because that is a kind of filter.
I don't know whether this is correct or not but from my experience universities shortlist your application based upon your Bachelor grades AND then they go ahead with rest of your profile such as reading your SOPs Resume etc!
Getting into an english taught Automotive course is very difficult with a 7 cgpa! But you can still apply if you want to there is no harm in it. You already know there are several stupids out there who know only about Automotive Engineering as a course for masters🤦🏽‍♂️ They can't think of anything else and that is why the competition is so high. Now there are ways through which you can enter into Automobile industry because these industries are also require Manufacturing, Production, Business studies, Finance and many more.
If you are from Mechanical then Production is something you can look into. Believe me Production in 2021 is very different from what it was few years ago. Everything is now digitalized. Just search for Industry 4.0 on TH-cam, you will get an idea about that.
I hope I was able to answer your question!
I wish you insanely fucking success🙌🏽

@@pradyumnamishra4810 in your first question are you asking me is it "easier" to get into German taught courses compared to English? Then the answer is YES.
Universities here don't have a ranking system, so there is not "top" university here like it's in India. As long as the university is public you can go for that but even some private universities are good but you have to spend a lot of money. Don't go according to the ranking system that is absolutely bullshit. Go with what you are interested in (apart from Automotive because that's very difficult), search for universities, check whether they are Public or Private (Public> Private always) and then apply.
7 cgpa is not that baaaaadd and you shouldn't worry too much about something which cannot change now. Move forward in your life you have a good profile apply to universities and wait for them to reply.
And finally learn German that is the single most important factor which will make or break the deal(you can trust me on this)

Look buddy "I DON'T want you to work in Automobile industry." I want you to explore other fields in mechanical engineering which are less competitive than Automotive (Automotive masters is very difficult to get in Germany). Mechanical Engineering field is fucking vast and unfortunately we did not get a lot of exposure to a number of other interesting fields during our Bachelors!
But you surely have Google with you and that friend of yours can help you with that if you are truly on this path of seeking the truth ;)

Look buddy it's good to have dreams and ambitions. I don't know about your background at all BUT based just on your question I can say that you are living in a fucking fantasy! To design and develop something of your own, especially the things which you have mentioned requires extensive knowledge and number of years of experience into that field! And that is the reason why people spend half of their lives in doing a PhD.
I want you to start thinking "practically" now. You are too much detached from reality which at this age is not helpful ;)

    GATE 2021 5577 rank
    projects and seminars okaish
i have few questions also :
1)I dont have any work experience , can i still land decent job and copeup with german employment system(assuming my education is gute )
    2) Till what level should i conquer german language ? (depends on course though)
i general for working part time and earning for your expenses what level is required ?
Also i heard all non EU students should take compulsary B1 training in campus
3)What mechanical softwares should i learn if i am inclined towards CAE ?
My analysis told me to do NX/catia/ansys for sure
4)I have 6months of time in hand even after completing all tests like Ielts, gothe
what should i do to get max benifit towards MS in germany
5)I heard people (2-3) say that we need to have knowledge on python and Matlab. is it true
6)I am not writing GRE as many institutes aren't asking that in there respective websites
not achen ! ( Is this a good move ?)
if my selected course of study doesn't demand GRE ,is it ok to not write GRE or it still matters and plays its part in admission? (GRE preparation needs 2-3 months of time )Thats why i am skipping
7)Do references play important role ? i heard without reference from family and relatives ,its almost impossible to get hired for job or intern
    is this true
PS : This is too lengthy ,sorry to eat away your time...i am doing my part of research...but still find somethings very difficult about MS .
I am sure you will answer
    Thanks in advance

      Hey there
      Sorry I missed your comment
      Alright let's begin
You said that you sre learning German. Do NOT stop at A2, do as many levels as you could. A2 is nothing, it's just Kindergarten stupid level.
CATIA, CREO, Ansys are the most commonly used softwares and I had to use those during my Bachelor studies. You don't know to use even one of them is kinda weird, but it's alright I cannot make any judgements without knowing shit. If you want, you should atleast learn CATIA and if you are interested in simulation then only go for Ansys. But CATIA is fine. You can join some classes if you can afford, else you can learn via TH-cam. The certificate has no value but skills matter a lot.
Coding is extremely extremely important. I would suggest you to learn Python. There are lot of courses on Udemy which you can give a try. The courses are cheap, like around ₹450.
Yes Germans have a fixed pay scale but wtf it has to do with selection of course.
I would say that since you are in your 4 th year and final semester you might have had figured out where your interest lies. All you have to do is search courses related to your interest on Daad.de (you know what this site is, don't you? If not just tell me).
Your grade is extremely good, but fucking make use of it. I really liked that you have already started learning German. Don't you fucking "stop" at A2 my friend, rather do more levels, if you have time. It would be really worth it!!!!
      1) Work experience is extremely important. Not only it helps you to get a job after your masters, but it also helps you during your studies to get a student job at the university or maybe internships.
I would highly recommend you to work somewhere and gain experience. In my opinion, you shouldn't come here without any work experience.
      2) Till what level? Till it becomes your fucking mother tongue Period
No there is no compulsion of taking B1 level training in any university. I don't know about each and every university but this thing might be true for some courses in some universities.
      3) For CAE- Ansys
      For CAD- CATIA, Solidworks
You can learn both. Again depends upon where your interests lies. This is something which I learnt in my second year of Bachelors itself. CAD and CAE are the basic requirements in Mechanical!!!
      4) Learn German more. Keep learning till you become fluent.
      5) NOTHING is compulsion! But it is always better to have knowledge in either one of those.
      6) If the university did not ask for it, DON'T DO. Most of them (not all) would use your GRE result as a toilet paper if they didn't ask for it.
      7) YES references can give you an upper hand always.
BUT Who the FUCK told you that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a job without reference?? Who the fuck are you talking to about these things dude??
Thanks a lot for the question
I hope I was able to answer every question of yours. I did my level best to answer everything.
      Hope this helps :)

    • @infinity2355
      @infinity2355  2 ปีที่แล้ว

It totally depends upon whether you want to pursue bachelor or only masters abroad.
There are no such qualifications you need. All you have to do is focus on what you're doing currently! If it's 10 th boards focus on that and study hard. Focus more on science and mathematics and try to score well in these subjects atleast.
The next would be to opt for Science stream in Junior college. Again score well in your 12 th boards. I am not sure which exam you have to give for getting an admit in Bachelors because thay totally depends upon the university you are applying to.
Focus on where you're now and move forward step by step.
And just don't stick to Automotive because your decision is totally based on fancy driven mindset which kids of your age have. You don't know how would you think after 3 years and you would be a totally different person then. So focus on now and take one step at a time. If you do things well now, you would definitely land into the right place!

Since you did not mention any exact work, I would advice you to look out for different fields. The fact is that everything is dependent on each other. For eg if you are interested into material science then you can pursue masters into that and can work in the research field of developing light weight materials for aviation industry. • @infinity2355
      @infinity2355  4 ปีที่แล้ว

Well the answer to your question is very simple- Just apply ;)
Now there is some chunk of data which is missing in your question. How many months can you do an internship? Is it mandatory in your Bachelors or is it you who wants to do that?
You should directly mail the companies asking for internship opportunities. Ofcourse you can also mail the universities. Then you can send your resume, your cover letter, transcripts etc to them and wait for their reply. There is a small catch here, from my experience you should prepare your documents in German or chances of getting a reply are next to nil. Now if that's a problem to you then I would say apply to companies with German documents and University with English ones, but again German would be better.
Besides, I would suggest to do an internship after 6 th semester or 7 th because by that time you have studied a lot and also you might discover your interests.
      Hope it helps :)

      @infinity2355  4 ปีที่แล้ว

@@tanaymungali6649 Actually I don't have a lot of information regarding this because I never applied for an internship while I was doing Bachelors.
Summer school is not an internship, although they provide you with grades and ects required. Indeed they are costly so in my opinion you should look only for internship opportunities. Now, I would suggest you to apply to universities for an internship at their research institute. In addition, I would like to tell that the systems here is different. There are many research institutes that come "under" one university. So you need to visit the site of the university and then you need to figure out the research area you would like to do an internship. You must have a very strong reason as to why you want to do an internship in that respective field. This strong motivation/reason can be backed up by good grades in that field or participation in competitions related to that field, or maybe some work which you did in your college voluntarily. There are many ways you can figure it out :)
I would also like to add that while applying you can also write in your application that you are seeking a voluntary internship. Now, remember you can only get voluntary internship in a university and NOT in a company, so don't ask companies for voluntary internships. You should also start applying 6-9 months before your date of start because it takes a lot of time. I don't want to build false hopes here but getting an internship at a university is difficult because universities already have students who are applying as bachelor thesis or master thesis, but there is no harm in trying ;)
Finally I would also like to tell you that its great that you are planning from now, however, sometimes you would also face hell lot of rejections. For that I would say if by chance you don't get a positive reply you can do an internship at your home country and then get some experience and apply to masters. No big deal :)
      Hope it helps!

Hey buddy you can go through Daad site for that. You should look for what interests you other than Automotive
A few courses which I always tell when I get such a question are
      CVT TU Kaiserslautern
      Advanced Manufacturing Process TU Chemnitz
      NPE RWTH Aachen
I can't remember anymore thats why google Daad and then go to International Programmes section, there you would find everything
On a side note I know that's not what you mean but there is no course in whole Germany that will "easily" get you a job. It depends upon "You" buddy, your skills, your profile, your competence, your abilities, your hardwork and your consistent effort to become better both professionally and personally.

Go for computer science kid, your life would be much better and you would have lots of opportunities!
That's my point of view, ultimately the decision is yours.
The automobile industry in India is not that great, if you pursue automotive from a tier 3 college you won't get a job. In order to be successful in Germany you need to have a work experience prior to starting your masters. If you don't get into IITs/NITs you won't be able to get a job in India unless you have someone close working in a company and can get you in.
If you do computer science from a tier 3 college you still can get a decent job and once you start working upon your skills you can become better and get at a better position.
Getting into Automotive is also very difficult in Germany because of the unnecessary hype created around this field. Germans usually aren't that crazy with regards to Automotive even though their country is known for that :)
The automotive industry has changed entirely and now they want people from computer science more. People who can code, work with cloud, know about autonomous vehicles and work upon them, use machine learning to detect obstacles in autonomous driving, implementing machine learning in battery management system and so on. These are the fields which the Automotive industry heavily relies upon. All of them are mostly related to computer science.
I have been telling the same stuff in this video and also other videos since the last 3 years. In the era of Artificial Intelligence where the entire world is heading towards digitalisation, automation, robotics, machine learning and data science it's sad to see that we still want to pursue outdated and worthless fields.
I wish you all the very best :)

I need to take a deeper look at the syllabus to make a proper judgement. Just by looking at the names I won't be able to give a direction.
However, from the data you provided me 🤷🏽‍♂️ I would say
      3) Looks more of a management stuff
      1) It's a good field but still has a limited scope but in developed countries it's gaining popularity
      2) Looks better than the other two. Materials engineering opens a lot of doors such as into material used for batteries maybe 🤷🏽‍♂️ since batteries are used in e-mobility, so that can help
Machining knowledge is also necessary like if you want to manufacture something.
This is all I can say
I need to take a deeper look into the subjects of each of those specializations. Maybe you can send a screenshot or photo to me on Insta!
I can help you better then.
Also wanting to get job in a Design team of Automobile Industry is a very fantasy driven thing! It clearly shows that you have less knowledge of the abundance existing in the corporate world! Have heard about Machine Learning? Have you heard about Artificial Intelligence? Have you heard about Designing using AI? Have you heard about Industry 4.0? Have your heard about Digital Manufacturing? Have you heard about AI in Manufacturing?
All of these fields are the present as well as the future. No one gives a rat ass shit to design. I am not saying it's not important, what I am saying is that everything would be automated, even the hectic designing of parts(but still would require human intervention, if that's the right word 🤷🏽‍♂️) So why not look into this direction?

There is no such thing like placements here in German universities. Once you are done with your studies you have to apply to companies by yourself. Also companies always prefer here thay you hold atleast a masters degree. Also this trend is very common here because almost every student here does not stop after bachelors but they also pursue masters.
Job opportunities are abundant here if you pursue bachelors as well as masters here in Germany. Also the quality of education is far superior than in India, so you need not worry about that.

Bachelors in Germany is always better than any private university in India.
So that would be my answer as you did not give me any other data
There are many variables which come into play when making such decisions. Consider your willingness of travelling to a whole new country where English is not spoken. Can you cope up with that?
What about how you would fund your studies and living? Did you consider that?
Did you consider your mental preparedness? And so on..
My goal is not to attract students to come here and study, my aim is that people have successful careers and reach their best potential with the finite resources available to them!
Studying in India especially the universities you mentioned is also a good option. It's not that everyone should come to Germany, many people who study in India are also more successful than the ones who come here or go to the United States. BUT if you want to have a different experience with your life at such a young age, you want to explore more at such a young age, you have the balls to be independent and that too in an entirely different culture AND most importantly you have the financial capacity to do so, then Yeah you can come here, or maybe better go to United States.

People here speak German. Ask yourself how much German you have learnt. Living independently in an entirely different country having an entirely different language is different.
Also you need to start applications atleast 6 months before the deadline.
Take your decisions wisely. It's not something which you decide after talking to someone who makes videos on TH-cam, in the end you alone have to go through all the shit
Why did you actually come up with this idea??

For the first question I would advice you to visit Daad site. Google Daad and go to International Programmes. There you can find about Automotive Software Engineering and the requirements for the same.
Yes, the master courses here are really intense and you have to study a lot sometimes. Often students do Student assistant jobs in the university, which helps them to gain experience and also earn money. The second type of part time is doing 'odd jobs' such as newspaper delivering, waiter in restaurants, chocolate factory etc.
My advice to you would be to come here with the intention to study and not to do a part time job. I totally understand how managing finance is difficult here and have gone through that phase.
I would recommend you to have enough finances to support you atleast for 1& 1/2 year (total 3 semesters) without part time job. During this time you can focus on your studies and score good grades. After that you can do a part time job depending upon your situation!

But I don't know what those courses are called. I have done my final year project related to electric vehicle. And I very much like this field. I like.the mechanical aspects in an electric vehicle, so can you help me to choose a course that would suit me?

      Hi Adhin
You are in the same situation as I was 1.5 years ago. Believe me your question itself has the answers. You are interested in the "mechanical" areas of electric vehicles. Well, I would like to dissapoint you here but no such field exists. I exactly know what you are thinking because I used to think the same. Even I had done bachelor project in electric vehicles. I know how people think because I used to do the same and that's why i made this video. I am also going to make another video related to this electric vehicle, probably next year as right now I am busy with other stuff :)
I want you to focus on production, manufacturing.
Take a look at NPE course at RWTH. It has the module Electric mobility, maybe that might interest you. But you'll understand only after you start studying. Like if you would check the electromobility job fields in huge companies like Porsche, you would notice that they specifically ask for candidates who have studied electronics. Electric vehicles are all related to electronics unfortunately. You are looking out for a field that does not even exist (Mechatronics is different).
I learnt this the hard way :)
Edit- Let me know if this answered your question or not

      Hi.
Thanks a lot for your response. It means a lot. And also. Can you tell me ways to strengthen my profile? I'm 2020 graduate and my CGPA is 6.7 , I know it's a bit hard to get admits. Do u have any idea, that you could just share?

@@AdhinGopuj German universities put a lot of emphasis on Bachelor grades. If you want to go for Automotive (most of which are free courses) they require a very high cgpa. Universities always screen applications first based on grades and then they go further. All I can say is work in some company related to "any" field you get into. This pandemic has already knocked off many job opportunities so its better to go for what you get as long as its related to Mechanical engineering :)

what are the other courses which we can get in if we had a passion in working in automotive field

Any course in mechanical engineering. Also any course in electronics even computer science. Automotive companies need people from all disciplines.
Automotive companies require production engg so you can pursue that. They also require manufacturing engineers so thats an option as well. Further lightweight design for electric vehicles is a research topic which most companies are working on so Material engg can also be an option. Then if you are interested in simulation you can use that knowledge to design aerodynamics of an automobile.
Same goes for people who are from other fields. It all comes down to your interest.
Moreover after completing masters your work would be more of non technical than technical. Also I know how people think, like when they say they are interested in Automotive field. What they are talking about are those blue collar jobs. Masters degree would land you to a white collar job and mostly your work would be of organizing meetings, projects and documents. The real work, the technical stuff which students are interested in, when they speak about their interest in automotive (as they participated in competitions like Baja and Supra) are the blue collar jobs which are done mostly by Robots now and this automation using Robots is getting more and more advance with time
      Hope it helps :)
