Think it's more the money on the table they don't want you to take (there's suppose to be money on the table) At least there's always money on the table when I've done this robbery.

If you manage to silently kill the guard at the entrance to the poker room, you wont get a wanted lvl, don't need to hogtie him, you just have to kill him before he shoots you, (but silently, like a knife) And you can do that with the rest as well. Take the money and loot everyone, blow up the safe, And then leave by rooftop. At least when I've done it, I've gotten away scot free.

I’ve played through beginning to end at least 5 times and still haven’t robbed the poker room lol thanks this gives me something new to get into when I get home from work today lol 😂 I’ve been basically exploring the entire map and doing every stranger interaction that pops up along the way because during most of my play throughs I stuck to the main story quests and didn’t do too many of the side quests. This is one of my favorite games of all time so it’s pretty much the only game I play lol well besides God of War RAGNARÖK. I bought a ps5 god of war bundle so naturally I played that first before I started replaying RDR2 lol. I’ve learned so much from TH-cam that I never would have found on my own in RDR2 lol. Thanks 🙏🏼
@@Avlarrr1988 no you don't need to do this in low honor you can just blow open the safe but it can injure or kill anyone in the room, any safe you can rob you can blow open, safes on trains, safe in Valentine doctor's office, safe in Saint Denis gunsmith.

I really like RDR 2, but I think the game should be more like this and less like ultra scripted events. Even this side mission is very strict. Would be good if the next RD (if it ever happens, since the online flopped) need to put more effort in the immersive sim aspects.

I did this but with a much more violent but equally successful method, I shot the guard and the guy who doesn't tell the other man to open the safe, then when the po-po arrived I hid in the bar area till they left and then snuck out over the rooftops without being seen.

I blow up the safe and someone heard it, so i jumped off the window and do some parkour😎, two days later i came back to the gunsmith and i see the shopkeeper using a bandage in the head😂

For me i got reported for crime no matter what unless i hog tied the guard at the steel door downstairs…. As soon as i hog tied him it was smooth sailing from there… no crime
That is not a big amount of money. Same is the valentine medical store. A player who finished the story, shouldnt need 50-60 dollars and do all those stuff. If anybody see this worthy, they better kidnapp horses and sell them.
Pre watching: knock the door mask on threat the clerc rope the door dude rush and rope second rope dude rob the poker place / do not attack the players rob the cash mask off walk out slowly
You can also rob the register without a wanted level after you tell the gunsmith to open the back door

If you kill the 2 guys with throwing knives or tomahawk, the thirs will automatically open the safe, then you can scape by the roofs

The online was destined to flop seeing as how online mode removes literally all of the features that were selling points of the game.
