Before triggering this mission I had explored around Armadillo's graveyard and found a Terracotta army worth of graves of McFarlands who had passed away in relatively recent years. That discovery definitely gave this cutscene a lot of extra weight.
I love the McFarlands. They're a respectable family, with good moral values, and they have enough compassion to help a stranger on the side of the road with a hole in his chest.
If it weren't for the reading abt history I've picked up in the last couple years, I'd agree. But bro is literally a settler colonist 😂 it's wild how much wild west stories feel different when you learn abt genocides
Considering the state of Armadillo in 1907. The McFarlands prolly had to escape the area for a time. Because we do see Bonnie in 1898 in Red Dead Online. She will give some passerby wanderers and their posse some more honorable work should the need arises.
Y’know, I just realized that the Indians Drew and his family fought, could be Rains Falls ppl. Highly unlikely, maybe, but entertaining thought nonetheless
Bro had Arthur not clntracted TB, he and Bonnie could have made a very nice couple. Hated that Rockdtar pussied out ane didnt let us explore NA as Arthur. Inagine Arthur meeting a younger Drew McFarlane...
What makes more sense ? I don't see what I would be missing in this scene without RDR2. Or, put in another way, I don't see which pieces of RDR2 enlighten me here.
If you’re turning in regularly and you’re not throwing my main man Andy a like every time, you’re part of the problem. Come on how about a thumbs up for the hardest working man in football TH-cam. No not Tom Grossi. MF ANDY!!! Love you man. Go MN! Go Vikes!!

Sucks there could never have been a romance option with Bonnie she was a damn good woman and certainly was fond of John
@@DeusVult777-YHWH But... John's married
@ and? It’s a game who cares besides all his wife ever did was cheat on him and nag we seen that in RDR 2

She was in rdr2 😮 but we didn't meet her

Arthur should be able to go to new austin and have random events there
I never knew he will come up to u and talk
It's an interaction that's not easy to trigger.
"Nothin'. Me? Huh. Just hanging around"
Beetlejuice
John Marston: City Dweller
Jim Milton: Been around the country since he was a young lad
Drew MacFarlane and Bonnie were my favorite characters in RDR1.
Two of the few characters I feel you could sit down and have a decent conversation.
Atleast it ain’t Seth McFarland
Looollll
Lois, this is like the time we were chased down into a ranch by some federal agents and then fought them till death
To this day my crush on Bonnie McFarland remains strong
Bonnie’s house porch is a bit different in rdr2 than rdr1
The more I watch rdr1 the less I understand why people complained about graphics
Why does John look so cursed in the thumbnail? xD
Ozempic
How he should've looked in the game
The way he looks at Drew when he mentions outlaws
Y’know, I just realized that the Indians Drew and his family fought, could be Rains Falls ppl. Highly unlikely, maybe, but entertaining thought nonetheless
You know those aren’t the only Indians right? That’s stupid

"Sneaking around.spying.secret missions" sounds like R⭐️ was hinting at the cancelled game AGENT.
Imagine we could burn the house.
That would be a big L tbh.
@@Scarlet_Officer it should give you lowest honor.
I tried to trigger this encounter in rdr2 but had no luck getting it at all
This is rd1 gameplay sir
@ @ rdr1**** , and I’m talking about the beginning of the video which had a rdr2 encounter not rdr1
It's the first time you visit MacFarlane ranch

Nothing... Just looking around 😂😂😂😂
hey that don't sound like bonnie
I hope RDR3 combines both RDR1+RDR2 the timelines kinda confusing tho to understand

And what does this have to do with this video? 🤨
@@Godless-Being why does it bother you?
Oh nvm. Just read your name. Makes sense why you’re triggered
