Can't stress enough the importance of that layshaft assembly and the shift cross function. Learning this the hard way is part of the reason people hate working on small frames.
Always a pleasure! You have the best sigh in the business...it's always a hoot to hear you heave one right before you move to your next step. I'm not sure that I'll ever use any of the knowledge I'm picking up from your vids, but they are quite informative...and fun to watch. Thanks! Oh...and whatever happened to that ET2 I used to see stashed on the side of your garage?
Another great video…..You are so productive! I’ve been working on my P200 for a year….still not done 😔. I have another question for you. The SIP tach/speedo….i believe I’ve seen you install them before. Looking at the wiring digram from SIP, they show power to the speedo box strait from the battery. Do you wire yours that way or power the speedo from the key switch? I don’t know why they want it powered all the time. I’m running the Vape 12vdc with a battery. Thanks again ❤
Thank you! I know I have quite a few projects going on right now but I will eventually get them all done. There's just not enough hours in the day and I work 6 days a week :(. So for your SIP gauge, you will need to wire it to the key switch DC or the gauge will eventually kill your battery. I run mine directly to the voltage regulator because all my bikes are AC and the gauge only gets power when the bike is running.
It is pretty much a stock Primavera 125 4 speed with a Polini primary setup. I will be upgrading to a 12v fixed ignition and using a Dellorto 19/19 carb with a Polini pipe.
@@stefanotansini8024I already have 2 other small frames with the 25mm Dellorto and 1 with a reed valve setup. I just wanted a mild build for this because I may end up selling it when it is done.

That’s a nice little motor and those engine cases wow they look so good. I don’t have to try to do that to mine one day.
Love the videos, thanks 👍
Glad you like them!
Welcome back!

I was not able to figure out the issues with the ET2. I gave it back to the owner and she ended up selling it.
Man it was a long video 1:03:47 what grease are you using for the gasket?
Bel Ray waterproof grease

@@smallborecorps yeah, that makes more sense. Thanks again!
Have you tried the dry ice technique to shrink bearings and crank for fitting with the heated case?
I have not but I have thrown them in the freezer a few times before installing them. Doesn't always work though.
Uh oh, p200 coming up next!!!
Sorry one question, What is the final configuration of the enjine?

Ok but the 19/19 dell'orto is not already standard on the 125?
@@stefanotansini8024 That is correct but this motor was a 50cc and used a 16/16.
@@smallborecorps ah ok, maybe better put on a 24 carb and a reed valve pack ? ...or is too much....
