Recommendations on rotary pad repair? I have some scoring on one of my engines, more than I'm comfortable with. My first thought was JB Weld, fill and smooth.
The only person I know that could repair this would be Hot Rod Al in the states. The only other solution is to go with a reed valve setup.

What might be some other ways to remove the crank if we were going to reuse it? 18:56
You can still reuse the crank with the way I removed it. You don't want to ruin the threads if you intend on reusing it.
Are you going to add Milos kit to it?
I’m not sure what a Milo’s kit is.
